Shotwell did an amazing job on flowers for a friend. Always unsure of what you may get when ordering flowers, especially out of state, but they were beautiful. Paid for deluxe and well worth it!

Nancy at Shotwell did the bouquets for our wedding and they were just gorgeous! The bouquets exceeded my expectations. Nancy put pine into the bouquets since it was a winter wedding and tipped the roses with gold paint. What a fantastic job! I highly recommend!!

Ordered a simple arrangement for my husband and when I called to change the name and check the status of my order, they were very rude and sounded like it was an inconvenience contacting them. I also happen to own a very successful floral shop in the cities with my aunt so to see how other people run theirs is interesting.... I had asked for it to be delivered at a certain time and they said their orders don’t get delivered by 12PM... First of all, that is very late to send out flowers and second of all, I asked for a specific time frame because my husband won’t be at work after a certain time. Very disappointed. Hopefully it’ll look nice at least, but never again here.

Very quick turnaround time for online order and delivery. I ordered an arrangement as a birthday gift, and after ordering in the morning, they were already delivered by noon. One of the flowers in the arrangement wasnt available that particular day, and they called soon after the order to confirm a replacement. The flowers were beautiful. All around great experience.

Ordered flowers for my wedding and they arrived half hour late, which pushed my pictures back a half hour. The vased flowers were beautiful, but the bouquets were not at all what I had asked for.

The arrangement I received was of the lowest quality. of course I read where they say that the photos and the result may vary from the image you choose. But this was a flop it doesnt look like it at all. Ive ordered arrangements from another places before and I wanted to give this a try since it had somany good reviews but it turned out bad

I had flowers delivered to me for my birthday, they had a couple beautiful lilies in them. Since lilies are very poisonous to cats, I decided I’d just head to the store and see if they would replace them. All the ladies there were so nice and wonderful. My lilies were replaced with big beautiful roses and since the water was low (my fault I spilled it) they even trimmed all the stems again. Thanks for making my birthday flowers beautiful and cat friendly! 💕

Online ordering was easy. But spending $160.00 plus on a one sided bouquet, with blown out roses, is disappointing. Not to mention any florist sending a one sided bouquet should be embarrassed. I dont care what the recipe says. Not impressed to say the least. I could have gotten a better result from a grocery store.Update: After leaving this review I received a phone call from the manager of the store explaining they delivered the wrong bouquet and would send another one. The new bouquet had better roses and was delivered first thing in the morning. I appreciate the effort and quick response. Thank you.

I had bought some roses for my daughter birthday. The arrangement was supposed to be white roses which would be spray painted blue with babies breath. The cost was $190.00 WOW it was expensive but OK IF they looked all right. They suggested another flower delphinium which is a bluish purple color, I said ok. When I came to pick up the flowers a couple days later. The person was wrapping them up as I came in the store but from what I seen it looked all right. It was when I got home I took off the plastic and noticed that these delphinium were all drooped over looking like they were dying. The roses seemed ok, We contacted the shop and expressed our frustration. The clerk insisted that that was the way the flower was supposed to look like drooping. So we googled for a comparison. WRONG. All the flowers we were seeing on google did NOT droop. We told the clerk that it was not what we were seeing. EVERYONE of these type of flowers were ALL dying. We were told to call the owner the next day. We told them what had happened and they credit us $28.00 for the flowers. The Problem was with we spent close to $190.00 for a flower arraignment and for that amount of money things better be in perfect living order. Those flowers should NOT have left in that condition. They should have NEVER been put in the arraignment.

Ordered an arrangement a day in advance and requested AM delivery. I called after 11:30 to confirm my order as they had not yet arrived. The name was confirmed and I was advised they would still be there today and were probably going to be there soon. I wouldnt have been as disappointed if I didnt have to call again 3 hours later to find the order was lost and wasnt going to be there on the requested day after all. Pleasant to speak with over the phone, but not a great experience overall ordering for delivery ~

Asked for a simple favor over the phone. Wanted to know what kind of vase theyd make a succulent plant in. Lady talked down to me, as if I was a burden for even calling and asking something of this sort. Sorry that I want to know what Im paying for! Told her many times just say yes or no, but she went around in circles. Said she couldnt help me with this because shes too busy. Wow!

Great customer service. The lady that helped me was very patient on a very busy Valentines Day morning. She toik time to understand what I wanted and my daughter loved the flower. They made it easy for me to send flowers from California to my daughter in college in MN. My only complaint is that the arrangement seemed to be over priced..

Recently purchased bouquet of flowers for one of our team members birthdays. Selection on their website was great and the order was delivered way faster than I expected after placing our order. Everyone was very friendly and overall great experience, will definitely be using again!

I went in needing flowers but not really knowing what to get since i know nothing about flowers. I described the occasion and the staff showed me a few options and helped me find the perfect ones! only place ill buy flowers now

On Valentine’s Day my husband spent $95+ for a flower arrangement which consisted of six long stem red roses and short greenery in a white with kissing lips vase and it looked horrible!!! So that same morning, Valentine’s Day, I called and asked if we could trade it for a better arrangement for the same amount or less and they said no. So very disappointed!!In response to your response, I did call back however your staff was still not knowledgeable of the situation. I had spoke on the phone with two ladies that did not know what to do and would look into it and call me back. One lady did let me know that the owner would be gone for a week. On Friday, around 5:30pm another lady called and said she was in charge and wanted to find out information. Then she said she knew nothing about the situation but I guess if he said to exchange it you can come in now. I said unfortunately there is not enough time with dinner plans to bring flowers in and exchange them before closing. I also informed her I would be out of town Saturday otherwise I could come in but unfortunately I have prior plans. She said she will get a hold of the owner and find out more about the situation and have him get back to me. Saturday morning a little after 10 AM I received call but since I was skiing it went to my voicemail. The message was from the lady in charge saying she had spoke with her boss and if I will come in today (Saturday the day I said I would be out of town??😕) and exchange the flowers I will get 50% of the value for exchange since I’ve had the flowers for about a week now. (??)Now I am more disappointed and amazed with the message. You were already informed I would be out of town Saturday so I don’t see how that is even a solution. I would’ve already brought the flowers in if the workers were informed with the situation during my first call. I was understanding when they needed to check on things and get back to me. I don’t feel I had the same understanding with my schedule.I feel I did my part responding to your message. But unfortunately it seems to be too much trouble to make a situation right for what happened on Valentine’s Day. We have had nice flowers in the past but bad experience this time.
