We found a swivel recliner chair at Unclaimed Freight Furniture which we purchased with the assistance of Taylor, who was our salesman. Taylor was a perfect salesman and he provided excellent customer service. He answered all of our questions and was always cordial and very accommodating. When the chair was delivered the chair lift was not as we expected. We called Taylor to inform him and he said he would come to our home on his own time after work to check it out. This action by Taylor was beyond his responsibility as a salesman but was a very kind gesture and thoughtful of him as we are in our mid 80s. His actions resolved our concerns and we were pleased with the outcome. We are very impressed with Taylor as a salesman. Thank you to Taylor!

Do not recommend. Great variety of goods, good prices, but... fulfillment is awful. I bought a bed and a table, both were chipped on the delivery, called about 10 times during a few months, receive 10 promises and zero results. They did bring another footboard which had been probably recycled already, pure garbage. And never a table. regret the purchases.

I bought a La-z-boy Rocker Recliner at the end of the year. I was told before I made my purchase that it would be some time before the chair would be delivered due to Covid. It was made clear that if I wanted to, I could make a selection of a chair that they had in stock. I had my heart set on this specific chair because with all the pain issues I have I need something very soft. The chair was a little later than expected due to issues with the manufacturer. Due to the delay I was told that I could make another selection or try to find something else at another furniture store. I decided to wait and I am so happy I did. I love the chair. Everyone I dealt with at Unclaimed Freight Furniture was kind, very personable and there was no pressure at all to make a purchase. Overall it was a great experience and I couldnt be happier with the chair I purchased.

This is the worst furniture store in Fargo. We bought a couch and a Accent chair from them. When they delivered the 2 items the couch was big enough for the space we had and we decided to return the Accent Chair to them. The delivery guys took the chair back with them the same day. It’s been over a month and we haven’t gotten our refund. I’ve called, went in store. They are always giving us the run around. I’m starting to think there’s more at play here. They’ve treated us with a lack of respect. Any other store would have already refunded our money.

Worst customer service I’ve every dealt with. Purchase a sofa and a spin couch, The sofa was perfect but the other item was way to big for my living room. Told movers I would like to return the couch right away. Was told it takes 7-10 days to get my refund back been over three weeks haven’t got back a penny. Was told all these wild stories how I’ll get my money on this day, that day bunch on lies. Don’t wast your time, they are all smiles to get your money but give you hell when asked for it back. Never in my life again purchase or recommend anyone to this place! So disappointed and discussed

Unclaimed Furniture Fargo is such an awesome store. Last summer my son and I was looking for a lift chair for my daughter. We found that we couldnt buy the chair that day. Alexa took the time to explain all the features on the chair we liked. She did this knowing that we would be leaving without a purchase. We went to many stores and found several chairs we could take home that day. None of them compared to the chair that Alexa had showed us. We came back and she ordered the chair for us. It took a few weeks to get but was well worth the wait. My daughter loves the chair and is getting ready for another surgery. I am so glad that Alexa spent the extra time with us that day. She is an outstanding employee.

Large selection of furniture and beds. I would have to say I expected Lower prices than what I saw but in the end I found what I needed from a company I believe to have an excellent reputation and product.

Never buying anything here again! Purchased a fireplace tv stand with 2 piers that my wife fell in love with , got the fireplace and was told I will be receiving the piers a week later. Called about them and were pushed another month called the 3rd time telling me “probably” towards the end of next month. Friendly service until you hand over your money. Canceling for sure!!

We ordered a sectional couch and on the day we were to pick it up we were told that the order hadn’t been submitted. We had already hauled our furniture away so this left us with nothing. Their resolution to the matter was to give us the FLOOR MODEL (Which clearly has been sat on by many people) or wait another 6 days for them to get one to town from their warehouse. I ended up cancelling my order and buying the same couch somewhere else in town. The handling of this by the manager was poor at best. She offered no remorse or understanding. I won’t purchase from here ever again.

Got furniture in Sept. Couch, love seat, coffee table and end table. Still working on getting a good coffee table. He even referred us to another chain/store when one of the items we liked was on back order at his store. The store name does not give justice to the variety of furniture there and the atmosphere, though their prices were very good. Dont let the price on the tag scare you away (though many of them were very competitive also), as there were discounts/sales I didnt know about until he told me and calculated them out.

I dont recommend getting anything that is backordered here. We got a sectional almost 3 months ago during their labor day sale and they said itd arrive November at the latest. They got everything in, but gave one of the pieces to someone else. Now were left with 2/3 of a couch for the next month. The salesperson seemed helpful at first, but now just acts like were an annoyance

I have gotten multiple things from here, everything was meh in quality. They do have really good deals, which they SPAM you with advertisements of constantly. Everything was solid enough for the most part. I got a desk from them in July of 2020, that had electronics already fail on it 2 months in, and it just hasnt been at all what I wanted, and it was priced way to high, for a below average quality build. I wouldnt tell people not to go there, but I wouldnt brag about them either. Just do your research.

Purchased a sofa on 8/22. The wrong color sofa was delivered on 8/29. Arranged an exchange. The same wrong color was brought out on 11/27. Still have the wrong sofa after 3 months. Not very happy.

I ordered a complete living room set, the rocker recliner is crooked when extended, and I was under the impression the sofa was a sleeper, it is not . I have repeatedly emailed, no response. Super disappointed in paying $350 for a piece of furniture and the quality is not what I expected. I would like it fixed or replaced. So how to get that done?

My roommate and I came here to get a couch and maybe a TV stand and not only did we find two perfect pieces, but the price was incredible and the customer service was the best I’ve received in a long time! Also with this knowledge was a refreshing honesty, and she gave us honest opinions on what was a good deal (which, to be fair was almost everything). We were just in over the weekend to purchase a new mattress. My husband and I absolutely love unclaimed freight! In the last couple years we have bought our bed, our girls’ bunk beds, and now today we bought a sectional couch, and fireplace!! We have bought 2 beds ($2800) love seat chair and a half and ottoman, leather living room set and again last year leather reclining set and now this year a sectional all from them. They have the absolute worst customer service. I received a message stating our furniture would be delivered Friday between 3-5. At 2:44 stating they driver was at my house. I told the lady my husband was in his way. He was home by 3:00 and they had left. Called the manager and they said they would waive the delivery fee and bring it on their own truck ( not the subcontractors) it would be here today between 3-5 -- its now 5:49. No one answers the phones and we got a call stating that it would be after 8pm. We cancelled out afternoon plans and rescheduled for the evening and now we sat here all day and still no furniture. The manager did say that he would refund our money 😳. This is the second and last issue I will have as I will never go back. You can find the exact same furniture online for the same or less.. never again-- so angry!

Went in just to look. Wed never been in there before. Met the fabulous Jerry and he showed us a mattress on sale and my brother and I both bought one. Then we purchased a coffee table and sofa table. The two gentlemen operating truck #5 were absolutely amazing. Despite this ridiculous snow, they arrived a half hour early, were very laid back but professional, and got everything into my tiny apartment in 10 minutes with no issues. Forgive me for not remembering their names, but they definitely deserve pay raises for being as awesome as they are in this terrible weather! I recently went into the store for the first time. I was amazed at how much stuff they had and the wonderful choices of furniture! I needed to get some things to furnish my sons apartment, and we sure found a ton of stuff! Benjamin was fantastic! We went back and forth and changed our minds at all parts of the sale and even left and came back with a totally different idea and he was patient and answered all of our questions. I ordered furniture. I love my living room set but the delivery guys messed up on some parts for my bed frame and were unable to put it up. They left all the screws and tools laying out and just left. It’s been over a week and my bed frame is still not up. Whenever I call no one knows what’s going on and always say they’ll call back but never do.

It’s nice to go into a store and feel like the salesman is there to make a profit for you as opposed to off of you (don’t get me wrong; we will be spending quite a bit of money, just on a LOT of different items). Working with Jerry has been a great experience. Always knowledgeable, on the ball and overall great to work with. Most recently we called 15 mins before close, told us what he had for a mattress, walked in 5 minutes before close and walked out with our purchase complete.
