I was charged full price for the Lion Brand Mandala Cake yarn that was on sale. I was told its because the Lion Brand Mandala Cake Ombre is not included in the sale. Its not stated anywhere on the shelving area that its for certain Cake yarns.. I would post a picture of their sale sign that is hanging in the store if I could..What I bought WAS Cake style.UPDATE: I guess it does specify excludes Ombre BUT, the sign posted is on the bottom shelf near the floor so that FINE PRINT could not be read. It needs to posted up higher!!Do better JoAnn Fabric & Crafts!!!!

Life altering. My life was given purpose with the new discovery of fabrics. So many textures and colors and designs! How could I have been in the dark for so long? Truly a wonder for the senses. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and great to work with. A++++

Staff did not wear masks, nor did any customers outside of my mom and I.Also an older employee followed us around weirdly for a few minutes after we asked one thing. It was incredibly awkward.Deals are always great though. Wish there was a store closer to home.

Big store. Impressive amount of craft stuff. I wasnt expecting that. Only 3 stars because for the size of the store the only person I could find to help me was all the way at the checkout at the front of the store, and my concern was far away in the back.She called someone but they could only give an option over the intercom, not personal service.The person I did deal with was great however, and made the experience worthwhile.

First time visiting but I loved the selection of things. Alittle easy to get carried away browsing. Haha

All the sales and coupons are amazing, seems like Im always finding some great deal there. Staff are almost always very helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be the fact they put big displays in their main aisles that are too big to the width of their aisles, so you have to pretty much squeeze past them if you have a cart, always seem to be either snagging myself on something on the way past or knocking something off the display trying to get past. A friend of mine that often comes along with me is handicapped and uses one of their scooter carts and its like threading a needle him trying to maneuver it past one of those displays.

Its a corporate box. It is one of a couple choices you have locally if you are a sewer. Same boring homogeneous material. Customer service is very good. Cutting table can have a long wait at times.

Staff was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. The store has a lot of good stuff, I particularly love the selection of fake plants but getting them on sale is a must since they can be pricey.

The phone app is just as good and often better than the hobby lobby app. The staff know how to get you the best deals. I personally like the selection of fine wire and bending tools.

Terrible customer service! Placed an online order was informed that it was ready to pick up drove 75 miles to get it only to be told that they wouldnt open the doors to give it to us come back in 5 hours. Which isnt possible since we made a quick trip and had to be home. Asked for a refund and we were told to call back at 3 as they wouldnt do that until then either. Should have just ordered off Amazon but tried to support a business that is local

Out of all the stores like this, this one is by far the the best. Their prices are more reasonable then Walmarts and there sales are crazy good! But one face mask get three free!! 70 percent off all xmas stuff all ready! Prefect store !

JOANN carries a greater variety of products than smaller shops. An employee was knowledgeable enough to compare different options for hat brims.Always check for coupons, because sales are frequent.

I crochet for a living... So Jo-Anns is a lifesaver for me! I fully recommend them to anybody who wants to buy yarn thats for sure.

Its a Joanns, lol, a bit smaller footprint than the store I frequent at home in Utah, but well stocked and well staffed...at the time of my visit there was quite a line at checkout, but they opened up all registers right away and the wait wasnt long at all.

They were very helpful in finding the product I needed. However the price online was different than price in store. It was an online only deal. But I could have paid online, selected in store pick-up and got the online price. Not sure how that makes any sense at all. Price should have been honored.

Because of the virus had to wait outside! There were 9 in front of me! Within 30 minutes i was inside! Cutting area had 4 in front of me! The lady helped me figure out how much material i needed to make 2 lap quilt

Terrible customer service. I went in for one item and the employee by the sewing department would not even look at me or help grab another associate to help me because I had not grabbed a number. I was not looking to get fabric cut, simply looking to get someone to help with a question. I called to let the store know of this situation and was just told it was interesting.

Manager quickly and pleasantly corrected the price inaccuracy on my purchase.

Huge selection but seems like everytime im there i grap something seeing the price at $4 and get to the register and its $8. The clerk didnt even check the aisle when I disputed the price just said well thsts whst its ringing up too but huge selection for crafts.

I was really disappointed in how poorly sales were signed. It was hard to tell what items included in the sale and what items were excluded. I ended up at checkout with some items that were included and some that were excluded on a buy 2 get one free when the signing had led me to believe they were all included. The cashier was willing to double check for me, and I did end up still buying some items just to not waste anyone else’s time.I didn’t mind paying regular price for the items I did get, but if there are sales I want to be able to take full advantage of them without having to find an employee to walk me through exactly what is and isn’t included.
