Great target I really like there own target brand of healthy food options. Pickup is awesome here, quick and easy. As well as self checkout all in one area. The newly remodeled store is a great place to shop and easy to navigate.

Pick up is bad, workers will give orders to the wrong people. then, put a 12 pack of pop on your 3 dollar loaf of bread and squish it. don’t have expensive things in the trunk either, they also have a habit of putting heavy objects infront or pushed into it. for example, i have an open box subwoofer in my trunk. i get home what do i see? a 12 pack of pop squished into the middle of my sub. then, you call to make guest services aware of how things are being put in your vehicle and they don’t care, and give you attitude while trying to make them aware of what they can do to avoid it in the future.

Well, this was a mistake, back to the moorhead store... These guys sent us a store coupon to get people to check out the improvements, so I stopped by on a slower day. The coupon ended up not working, they were super rude about it so it felt like a wasted trip. (And on my birthday no less, I realize a somewhat petty side thought)Additionally isles are tight and and the bathrooms are pretty unpleasant. Everything was really low stock for a slow morning. Employees seemed really unhappy.(The two stars are just for the one nice gentleman working womans clothing)

Waiting a half hour for a drive-up is absolutely unacceptable. How is it supposed to be a convenience if it takes 30 minutes to even get my things, let alone not having enough spaces for the drive-up. I shouldnt have to circle three times to get a spot. You had more and then you took them all away. Get your act together.

There is currently so much construction and renovation, the parking lot was dangerous with one entry and one exit. It was entirely full on a Saturday morning. I only had to pick up an online order but spent 15 to 20 minutes maneuvering through the lot to get to the order pickup area. Otherwise, my order was correct and ready on time. I will either avoid high traffic times here or order for delivery until renovation is over from now on.

Its been along time since Ive been to a Target. It hasnt changed much, still clean, brightly lit, ample isle space, friendly staff.I was kinda surprised though as I went on a Sunday morning and the parking lot was somewhat full and by the time I left it was fairly packed. Glad to see people going their.

I like how the store is laid out. It’s very easy to navigate through to find what you are looking for. Checkouts are normally quick. Employees actually help you unlike Walmart. Thanks for the great experience!

How easy it was to order and pay with my red card, and get the related discount. I liked how the app had me identify my vehicle, tell them I was on my way. I clicked that I was there, and staff member ready and waiting for me. Target is the best!

Oh sweet Target, Ive loved you for so long, but today was my point. I use drive up which as a mom of three, I instantly fell in love with. It was perfect. Now, it takes up to 20 minutes sitting in my car (with three kids🤪) all for it to be brought out by an unhappy, unfriendly employee. No thanks. Its become the norm. Let me know when yall get that figured out. ✌

It isnt a Super Target, but with the recent upgrades, it makes a fair stand in. Generally clean and well stocked unless it is the day after a holiday and people are early for sales. Could use a Deli, Bakery, or Liquor Store, however that will likely not occur at this location.

The drive up service is the best thing ever and I hope you always offer it in the future! Excellent customer service and a great selection.

Very disappointed in my visit to Target today. I was waiting in line behind a blind man to exchange a pair of shoes. When the man finished his transaction he asked the employee for assistance finding shavers. Said employee called over what I think may have been a supervisor and the blind man asked her the same question and her response was we cant really do that here. This man was BLIND! Our store is remodeling again and its hard for me to find what Im looking for let alone someone who is blind, but dont worry Target employees I got this! Even though I was running late to pick up my daughter I chose to be kind and help this gentleman find a shaver and we even received help from another male patron in picking one out. So not all of my faith was lost today.

Lots of trash in the parking lot and by entry door, but thats because of windy days and lack of disposing of full trash bins. Inside, its a clean store. Organized. Lack of limit authority on employees pertaining to TCG/Sport Cards, yet customers literally get harassed if they grab more than the 2 limit. On occasion an employee has been seen taking more than her limit and stashing the product in the employee room in the back of the store. Manager denies it, and continues to allow it. As a former Target employee for security, seeing this in a manager disgusts me.

Fargo’s Target is clean, well organized store. Not a super Target, but has a nice grocery side. A recent update to the inside makes it nicely laid out. They have a big health and beauty department with a large section devoted just to men’s products also. Employees are very nice and helpful. Covid-19 rules are followed as best as possible with employees wearing masks and social distance markings. There is a nice Starbucks inside and a food court counter for ordering hot dogs/pretzels etc with Pizza Hut pizza also available.

Fargo Target wont change the trading cards stock day and time to friday at 8am creating an unsafe environment because the secret shopper there buys all the cards and the employees are friends with them so they wont change to make things fair. I tried to speak with the manager and she was more than rude. Employees are allowed to talk to customers however they like. If you have an issue there skip the employee and manager bs

When the security guard literally acts like your stealing, keep in mind youre at the cash register right in front of her and has target person scan all of your stuff without asking.. I shop at target for everything and will never come back... Glad to know when your not trying to seal anything you get acted like you are🙄, and on top of it I had no bags with me like a purse, backpack anything it was just the target clothes and my wallet and I was at the cash register scanning so obviously I was going to pay for them 🙄🙄

The store was so very neat clean social distancing was great mask were required of which all was practiced they truly have everything I needed. Employees very polite and clean very helpful. I have changed all my shoppi g to Target.. Best food choice, best clothes choice just a all around best store. Love it.

Love going to Target every time. This trip was super clean and all the product was so nicely displayed.

Came to do a drive up order and was told that they werent able to bring out my order. Considering the fact that i have a four month old daughter and needed the items I ordered , Im very disappointed in this. I should not have to be forced to enter the store during this time, just to get my order. I talked to a team lead Maria and was told that they wouldnt even bring the items to the door for me. Im very disappointed in this whole situation, regardless of what weather is present.

She took the time to show me how to take advantage of the coupons within the app. Even though the store was busy and she easily could have shuffled me through the line, she took the time and made me feel like the only customer in the store. I’ve always had a great experience at Target, and even with the new remodel that hasn’t changed. We have a toddler which can make shopping a bit more stressful with the extra time, crying and the added energy. Today we had to pick up some Super Bowl party items so it was pretty busy but the workers were extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction or even letting us know that some things were out of stock for the big game. Fran was our cashier and was incredibly friendly, patient and engaging which made our trip the best. We appreciate it so much!

This is a nice, clean store. I like their variety of home decor and beauty products, they have some clothing brands that I like, and a lot of their store brand products are great. I only wish they had a better selection of grocery items.

This is the most Walmart-esq target you will ever go to. Everything is dirty, it’s crowded, the shelves are stripped of products and the poor employees can’t keep up with the demand. It’s so over shopped and highly trafficked it’s ridiculous. Target Corp NEEDS to open another full size location in either south Fargo or west Fargo to help with demand and population growth.

Staff is always friendly and they always have what I need (along with some I forgot that I need!). I plan on going here more than other places now.

This is the worst stocked store in Fargo. They never have anything I need. If there is something I can only get from target I can not depend on this store to have it. It seems they do not stock anything more than one or two times total. Worst target I have ever been to.

I 💖 Target! After the remodel, our Fargo location is Thriving! There’s so much more room! It’s so clean, the employees are so nice and I can always find everything I need! Not to mention the coupons that are coming in always and the mobil app that lets you do in store pickup! Makes shopping a breeze!

Convenience, cleanliness, product selection, prices, and employees. I appreciate not only the products Target sells, I also appreciate the way Target staff members treat each other and their customers. It makes the whole shopping experience so much better.

Giving five stars because compared to the horror show that is called Walmart this place is heaven and I haven’t had anyone be rude to me in any way. The only negative I would say is I’m not a fan of the remodel, you can’t get down most isles with a cart so I dunno who was paid to do the measuring but they should have hired someone else.

The “security” lady staring me down while I was self checking out. Short, chubby, brown hair. It was extremely busy towards close and every self checkout was being used and I was the only brown person checking out and she was standing 3 feet from me staring and when I went to grab more out of my cart she came and stood one foot from my cart looking in it. And when I finished and left she went and stood by the door and watched me leave. Wow. I was with my husband and 18 year old getting supplies for her dorm room. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT TARGET... ever!!!

When I cant find something at Walmart then the next place I go to is Target. Can find something cheaper at Target then most places. Target has more of a variety when it comes to certain departments.

Senior Shopping Hour: This morning while arriving at Target I was greeted by two Target employees at the door. They opened the door for me and asked if there was anything they could do to help me. When getting into the store ,I saw the store manager was there helping to disinfect each cart people were about to use. Leslie Brown the store manager greeted me by name and asked how I was doing. (We met several months ago when she was helping to stock store shelves.) Each of the store employees were kind and helpful, I appreciated that so very much. I observed that they had cash registers going in various places to reduce congestion. I was almost moved to tears in how kind the employees were to me and others. Thank you Target! I am a retired school teacher and administrator and I realize the responsibility the store mangement has in this most difficult of times, but they are chosing to be helpful, kind and considerate. I am very impressed with the store and its employees.

Never was greeted or asked if I needed help even when I was right next to an employee stocking the shelves.They also didn’t have my deodorant. But the cashier was nice.Hopefully they caught the guy I saw stealing cards from there.

The larger of the two Target stores in the FM area. Store is clean and well stocked. Store staff generally friendly without that in your face your every five seconds mentality. Self checkout handy for those quick in and out runs. Popular location, so store can be busy at times, buy never feeling overcrowded while shopping. Lines at time at checkouts during those times, but never a real long wait.

Rather impressed with the level of service I received back in electronics! Abby, one of the workers that assisted me, was an incredible help. Knowledgeable and friendly, she answered all my questions on a particular set of headphones. I highly recommend this store!

The whole buying something online and picking it up in store is great and target actually gets it done within a decent time. I couldnt tell you how many times I got something from walmart and it wouldnt be ready or its lost or the email is wrong... I have had nothing but issues with it. Target was fast and the employees look happier.

A great Target location, but it can get pretty busy, at times. Recently tried order pick up and was impressed by how smooth it went. Usually I love walking around Target and browsing, but this is a great option when it is busy or you dont have a lot of time. And the employees are really great.

Today I went in to make a return and didnt have my receipt but thought it would be okay because I used a gift card from my Target wallet on the app. They were not able to find the item or receipt by scanning my wallet and said that I could get a refund for the highest price on the last 90 days. That amount was less than $3 for something that I paid $10 for. I was upset at first but then Grant from the exchange and return desk went above and beyond to pull the transactions from the register I used to get me my full refund. He is an asset to this store and I appreciate the great customer service he had!!

I love the Fargo Target store. I get a lot here. I mostly order online and either pick up in store or have delivered. Target usually has what Im looking for and they carry good quality items. I wish I could order more grocery items online. Also I wish I wouldnt have to go IN to the store to pick up my order. Or if they had designated parking spots for online order pickup - that would be great! Parking at the Fargo Target is terrible. The door is on one side of the parking lot which is dumb. It should be in the middle of the parking lot.

She saw my mans work jacket and instead of avoiding us like everyone else was in the store she came right up and was chipper and cheery. She brought us right to mrs. Myers hand wash and directed us to the man cave of target. That little old lady needs a raise. She does you guys good!!!!

Huge store, very odd layout compared to other Target stores Ive been to. The bathroom was trashed, but it was 10pm on a Friday evening. Otherwise the store was as youve come to expect from Target, good selection at reasonable prices without the drama of Walmart.

Target, unlike Wal-Mart, feels safe and local. I know its a large chain but it never feels like it when youre there. The employees are helpful enough when you need them to be, but they dont bother you while youre shopping which is awesome. Targets where you go to find everything you want, generally.

I love going to target! They have such good clothing selection! Nice layout, and the store stays relatively clean. The bathrooms could use work but otherwise I have no complaints. I love their cartwheel app, which allows me to track my savings. I feel far more comfortable here than at the ghetto walmart down the way. Makeup selection is amazing, with good brands. Food and Starbucks is just a bonus :)

Target always knows what i need.The online store does not match at all what I wish it would. It lacks the Target feel. Online, I feel like I am buying from Walmart. In store, I feel like the store serves my needs.

Ive been to a lot of targets in u.s. and this by far is great for customer service. I love to coupon . Very coupon friendly cashiers. With the exception of a couple. Still more pleasant than most targets.

I sprained my ankle and needed a brace and was so thankful I didnt have to run around Target, since they offer drive up! I just ordered the brace on their app, drove to the store and my order was brought out to my car.
