Do not call here with any questions about products. The sales team are annoyed with answering questions when you ask them to repeat themselves because they are talking with food in their mouth they hang up . The guys in the cities are great to deal with . If you must go to the Fargo location do it in person .

I waited 20 minutes for someone to assist me with a pick up order. You really need to have more than one person working with customers. Call once I was helped the customer service is very friendly and quick.

Great place to get truck stuff. I go here for roll covers and bed liners and mud flaps but not heavier customization. Always ask for Brandon, hes pretty much the most excellent!

The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable regarding the product line, and pleasant. I felt respected and important as a customer. I got discount quotes that were honored, and the technicians and manager even cleaned out some debris and swept out the truck when I forgot to prepare the bed for my bedliner, which was installed free of charge. Great products, great service, positive atmosphere.

I sure appreciate all the great customer service I’ve gotten from the Radco crew. We have a Toyota Tacoma that we had a Radco topper installed on. Due to the design of Toyota Tacomas, the seal on a topper is challenging. They stood behind their product and re-installed the topper at least once. Very happy with their customer service!

This place has customer service a cut above average. I was going to buy a topper from one of their clients directly who ordered a brand new one from them .Something was miscommunicated between me and their client and it did not fit my vehicle. I still wanted a Topper so they worked an extremely fair deal on a used Topper they had in stock. Very responsive and courteous the entire time. Elijah runs a great location !

My experience this week was less than pleasant- I had stopped into radco to talk over and get quotes for a few different items. The only salesman who seemed to be available(sitting behind the counter in the corner) acted as though I wasnt there. I tried to get his attention a couple times to no avail.As a company you need to make sure your employees are attentive to customers. I was hoping to avoid the dealership but I had to defer to using your services.

Radco goes above and beyond the competition. They treat their customers great and stand behind there work.

I have been forgetting to get replacement shocks for my topper. I finally remembered while in Fargo and looked this store up. It was a very pleasant place and they had exactly what I needed for a decent price! I wont forget this place!

Complete lack of skill and/or ability to even replace the back door of a leer topper. Completely ruined my perfect paint job and match by screwing through the topper from the inside to outside leaving a hole and chip along the new door. Also put new scratches in the newly painted topper- through to the fiberglass...not to mention gouging the brand new rear door frame in several spots. They returned it to the Collision center like nothing happened and all was well...even a complete idiot would know they caused that much damage. The rear door doesnt even close well!! NO TO RADCO!!! DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

Employees were all friendly and the store is set up nicely.

My husband and I just left radco with newly installed running boards. The quality of work and knowledge on top of the sincerity of the employees has made us first time customers set up another appointment to have further exterior enhancements applied to our pickup next weekend!
