My husband and I go here all the time. Theyre reasonable and dont cheat you out with service or price. We were recommended to come here by a fellow local and we dont regret taking their advice. Schumacher employees definitely know what theyre doing and are flexible with what you need. They dont pressure you to make decisions youre not comfortable with and are fairly relaxed. Really appreciate the mechanics and will go here as a regular customer!

I stopped here to get help with my daughters tires and the guy was very helpful, he called around to find help for us since their schedule was full and didnt have any openings! I appreciate the guy who helped us get the locks off our tires so we could buy new tires.I recommend this business

I went in with a slow leak in one of my tires. The leak was found, but I was told that I needed a new tire and they couldnt fix the current one because of where it was. They also told me another tire had worn thread, in spite of the fact that all my tires were under 3months old. When I went in I had 4 caps on my tires, I only had 2 when I left. I took the worn tire to MY local shop and they said it was fine. I can promise you I wont go to Schumacher again, nor will I let anyone go there!

I brought my vehicle to Walmart, down the road, and they stripped the plug to my oil pan. They blamed it on someone else but it was obviously them. I took my vehicle to Schumacher Goodyear and they took care of me. They were quick, professional, and fixed my vehicle and gave me a discount on the oil change. I highly recommend this place. They are good people with good ethics. Start here and youll never have to go through the struggles Walmart made me go through.

I knew I had a leaky tire and they worked till they found it. A tiny piece of metal. Great people!!!

They were courteous and professional and installed 4 new tires in a timely fashion. However, on the drive home, my low-pressure-tire warning system indicated that one of the tires was significantly underinflated. (It was 21 psi with 36 psi recommended.) I stopped at my local service station and inflated it to 36. There were no additional problems.

The service and staff are amazing! I was driving all around Fargo trying to fill up a low tire in nearly -40 degrees, but the air at gas stations weren’t working. Thus, my tire was getting lower and lower. I swung in to Goodyear to see if they had any recommendations on what could be going on. They let me pull in my vehicle right away and topped off all of my tires. I cannot thank them enough!

Highly recommend! They gave wonderful customer service. Jason was amazing, he was so helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process was explained very well to me so I understood what issues I had and what can be done to fix. They are very transparent with any issues your car has and work with you to find what works best for you. Will definitely be going there again!

I did buisness here for almost 10 years. These guys where amazing. Shortly before leaving Fargo I had a small problem with a tire warranty that we got resolved pretty quick but that is the only issue I can think of in all those years going there. I cant say enough good things about this place.

Was working with Todd to fix some issues that arose from another driver hitting a curb in my car hard enough to bend the steel wheel. They fixed the problem over the course of two days. First had to replace the wheel because it was no longer round, and after that there was a noise which they thought was a bearing needing replaced. They quoted me at $350+ for the problem, and I called several other shops to get a quote... Most of which told me they dont do quotes over the phone, which is BS! That is total BS! I have really been disappointed in most of the auto repair shops here, back in KS where I am from you would always get quotes no problem. And I wasnt asking something vague like how much to fix a noise i said specifically how much to fix a blah blah on the blah blah blah of a 2007 make/model. This lack of transparency is disgusting... anyways, Shcumacher was up front about their costs, and they ended up repairing it quickly and for only $325, so below what they quoted me at.Some of the guys who answer the phone arent so great at customer service but at the end of the day they do a good job and get your car back to you, at what has seemed like fair prices so far. I will most likely bring things back to them in the future.

I had a set of GY Duratracs put on my truck 5/25. I made the apt a week in advance. I was scheduled for 3 but when I arrived they had me down for 2. I checked the e-mail I received and yep I was told 3. They said they could still fit me in (good) and estimated it would take 1.5 hrs (also good). 2hrs later I was still waiting while other customers came and went (bad). They did discount the install for my wait which was appreciated but Im still on the fence with this shop. Ill likely try them again when I need a rotation and see how it goes.

The WORST tire service Ive ever had!! Their staff recommended a tire other than what I wanted, and theyre terrible!!! Called multiple times with vibration, awful road noise, tires kept shaking lugs loose and yet they did nothing! They Quoted me another tire, but after our service, well never go back, they expect me to deal with manufacturer; I guess they dont understand what Customer Service means! I replaced these tires with what I originally had on it and I finally have my Jeep back, no road noise, no loose lugs and no more vibration! No more Shucmacher and no more Cooper tires!To your response: you’re a flat out lier! You told me the shocks and struts we’re fine plus you’ve never once mentioned a word about cupping tires, and I made sure to do plenty of research on this. I had the new place who put my original request for tires check the shocks. And they too said they were fine. It’s not uncommon for a tire or tires to have a manufacturer defect, and the company dealing with them on that, not the customer. The customer should not need to do this kind of work. Again-poor customer service. Since you yourself told me the shocks were fine, the only other problem is either not proper balancing or poor tires, both of which I believe to be the problem, since there was an issue from day one. And I certainly find it quite odd how you drove the vehicle when the check in and check out odometer reading are the exact same number. Again, a lie. For an owner to do such poor work and have such terrible customer service, that says a lot of you as a person. Lies get you nowhere in life. Best wishes as you’ll need it.

The store manager was very helpful with replacing my flat tire. I was able to order a new one myself and lot of places around will not put on a used tire. Very friendly and helped me greatly when I was in a difficult spot.

Needed to get my right signal light replaced and I called at 7:30am, they were able to fit me in, and I was back at home by 8:30am. Excellent service.

The dark haired guy at the desk lied and told me no one in North Dakota would install the Goodyear online tires. Then told me I was getting their price and the rebate buying them in the store. Went to check in and saw they were charging me $150.00 more than I was quoted online. $50 for blown tire assistance and an extra 20$ a tire. Goodyear policy is to meet or beat any other tire price if its lower.(based on what I read on their website) He would not honor this policy, but wants to wear the Goodyear name. ( He did say he would honor the rebate, to be clear) When I went back online, while in their waiting room, I found 3 non Goodyear stores in Fargo that would install them at the online price after delivery. Plus the rebate. I asked him for my car back and booked the tires online at Dakota Tire in West Fargo. As I was leaving I appologized for being a pain and he said, Thats ok. Dont bring the new tires here. Uh, GLADLY, SIR! You lie to get customers and omit information. $150 more for the same tires and better service??? SURE!Also should say that your attitude on the phone, until I said I would pay 600$, and your attitude in person was very negative. I watched you while you were badmouthing other companies advice, and even now, reading these other reviews, you go above and beyond to tell them theyre wrong instead of listening to their concerns and bad experiences and learning from it. You are arrogant online and in person. Many would benefit from a more humble approach on your behalf. Without the Goodyear name backing you for a fee every year, you wouldnt have much left.... I do think its comical that a Goodyear store wont install Goodyear tires purchased from Goodyear and delivered separately from their own stock because I wont pay the extra $20 a tire or extra 10$ for installment. What are you good for as a representative to me?

Been going to this schumacher for about 3 years now. Theyre always courteous honest and very reliable . Have not had a bad experience once. If you wait there theres wifi. if you need to leave the car there they give you courtesy rides. If I could give them seven stars I would!

I never take my vehicle anywhere else. Tom and Jason and the other staff are always polite, and I have never felt that they have tried to upsell me or overcharge me. They always consult with me before they do work that will incur additional costs.

I have gone to Schumacher a few times now for oil changes and tire repair. Each time I have had great customer service, and LOVE that they provide a curtsy ride!

Called talked to Brandon, told him what I needed, size of trailer he would be working on. He told me he could get me right in, I arrive 10 minutes later. When I arrived he said he didnt have a large enough jack. When I told him I had one , the time went to 2 hours. I left without saying a word. Terrible company, Brandon need to be fired.
