Went to get my car sprayed .. first off the car has to many flakes so the color is darker then I wanted.I told him not to do that ... It took them almost 3 weeks when promise to have it done in a week they did a very poor job on the paint it has orange peel still on it and you can see the dark lines from the paint and the lighter lines beside them they didnt fully paint the car spots are misses they didnt clean and off the primer off my tires and rims and under my hood where I just paint the motor cover the same as the car ,well it now is covered in primer also! The clear coat is running down the sides and on the front finder and very heavily on the top under the antenna and to top it off I called to speak with the owner and he tells me that they are not doing anything for me nor to my car and to not come to his shop or he will be calling the police for trespassing and I just a few weeks ago spent 2,300 with his company .........

They repaired my radiator, headlight, and fixed my hood latch for under $550 and it only 3 days because of another company selling faulty parts. My car has been running good ever sense.

Great job on paint and body. Very impressed with the initial look. They did some great repair work on the body. But, it took way longer than they said (3 weeks, not 5 days). Lots of the detail work (lights and trim pieces) was not fixed. Still need to wash out inside too because it still has quite a bit of sand.

Never had such a bad experience like here. Never had my car fixed..Disappointing .. Car was in shop for two weeks.. Was told weather was an issue due to cold temperatures... Finally they decided my car was not gonna get fixed.. And refunded my deposit... They did refer me else where... Not worth the hassle..Go somewhere else........

Very friendly to work with. Theyre very detail oriented and talk everything through with you before doing anything. They make sure you get the best quality for your money and are very reasonably priced. I took my truck hood in on a Monday and it was done and installed 2 days later. I highly recommend them for any painting job or body work to be done.

Give these guys a chance. I brought in my 1987 Monte Carlo SS In needing tons of body work, and a full paint job. Black is notoriously hard to get right, but Paul and his team did a great job. Don’t elect the cheapest package and expect perfection. I opted for the most expensive package and they did a great job. It’s not perfect, but I wasn’t going for show car.Talk to Henry and Paul, and tell em the guy with the Monte Carlo SS sent you!

Paul and the guys at Maaco did an absolute fantastic job with my Dodge Challenger. They replaced the front bumber, dents, and rust. Put a cool matte black on it and the car looks brand new! Will always go back!

Super friendly and down to earth people here at Maaco Fargo location, got few quotes around town to paint my after-market bumper and they offered the best price! The bumper came out great, and their customer service was incredible!

I came in for a rust restoration as well as a full body touch up, they guaranteed my car being done that upcoming Friday but I wasn’t called until 4 days after it was finished. Once I got my car back, I noticed they did the complete rust restoration and it looked amazing as well as putting the rust guard on both side skirts - but only a few scratches were touched up. I brought it back the next day and there was a lack of communication between the three people I talked to and once I got it back they touched up maybe one more scratch within the two extra hours they had it. Keep in mind, I was very specific with what I wanted fixed. Not only that, the paint did match in color but not with the pearlescent sheen. Majority of my scratches that were touched up look like an amateur did it in their garage with cheap paint.

The MAACO associates I encountered were friendly, courteous and eager to help me with my project. The estimated cost and completion time was very reasonable, I was pleased and satisfied with the finished product. Would do business with them again and would recommend them, as well. Thanks!

Maaco did a rust repair job on a used F-150 I just purchased. They did a great job for a reasonable price, and it appears that it should hold up for some time. Will be taking a classic there for painting in the future most likely. I recommend for an affordable quality job, nice crew of guys who displayed professionalism.

They kept on giving me a run around. Won’t answer my phone calls. When I showed up twice. They locked the doors on me and didn’t answer me. This happened multiple times during business hours

I would have given you a 5 star but had to bring it back for paint runs and a area that was missed. Good value for the price. Not show quality but very presentable. This was on a 1959 Chev Apache pick up.

Very very poor working conditions mixed with a complete lack of leadership, organization, and skill. 100% lack of quality work and all work being done is rushed and extremely low quality. Would highly not recommend working for this company or trusting the “technicians” to be giving you any sense of Quality or Professionalisms in their skill. In conclusion when you pay bottom dollar prices expect to receive bottom dollar skill, quality, and customer service.

The job they did was excellent, it took a long time for perfection and I had to wait a few days without getting around for them as they dont provide transportation for you.

Maaco in Fargo North Dakota is the worst autobody shop I have ever delt with and my opinion is stay away from Fargo North Dakota Maaco autobody.I had a pickup back into my car at a motel on the passenger side of my car effecting the fender on the bumper on the passenger side also pickup with a hitch low to the ground sticking out a few feet punctured the bottom side of my car below the grill, neither incident effecting the drivers side fender or the front grill.I took a replacement passenger fender and bumper to the Fargo North Dakota Maaco and delt with a Paul in the office and when I took the car home I see what appears to be adhesive smeared over a crack on the front part of the drivers fender with a crack going all the way across the fender. I called Paul at Fargo North Dakota Maaco and he said he saw that in the shop and not sure what happened and would get back to me. I then found a replacement fender which would cost Maaco about $50.00 and called Paul back and told him I would be ok if they fixed my drivers fender in house and would only cost them about $50.00 and he said he would get back to me. Then a Henry called me from the Fargo North Dakota Maaco and he said with the damage on the passenger side of car and what happened on the bottom side of the car in the front caused the drivers side fender to be damaged. I said to Henry if you had nothing to do with the drivers fender then why did you smear adhesive over the crack and he said we were doing you a favor.I told Henry that I am willing to allow you to fix this in house and the drivers fender would cost you about $50.00 and if you dont work with me on this I will have the credit card dispute this charge and I will file a complaint with the local Attorney General Better Business Bureau and report this to the local kvly tv station tip hotline and Henry replied when you get off your meds call us back.Fargo North Dakota Maaco smeared adhesive over the crack on the drivers side fender and then when I picked up the car they said nothing to me about this and put nothing on the invoice and ridicule me on the phone when I try to negotiate with them on a remedy.So I in good faith on my experience with the Fargo North Dakota Maaco I cannot give them any positive rating and would recommend to find a different autobody shop.

Got my replacement fender, same color matching my car looks great!

I had body work on my 2015 Lincoln MKZ..I was nervous but it turned out beautifully and even better the price was more reasonable than other shops.

My experience started out great. Very affordable and friendly people to start. I brought my 2016 car in for two screw mark on the rear end which were hardly noticable, and a front wheel plastic covering on my car. I brought in Wednesday and was told it would be done that same day, however when I called to see how close to being finished it was the gentleman told me he had Friday wrote done. He did say he could have it done the next day though and it was done the next day. Thank you for that. I picked my car up yesterday at 445 and the marks on the back looked great! As I was driving home my fiance was trying to call me but I was on the phone, so it wasnt till we got into the garage and I asked him what he was calling for that I found out I had a hugh dent on my passenger door by the handle . I immediately called maaco and Joe agreded that he had seen the dent, however he claims it was before they even brought it into the shop that he seen it . He said to call Henery in the morning which is a manager-how I have no idea- to see if I can bring my car in and just have the dent pulled ( not sire what he called it). I Called him this morning and he blames me for not noticing it and says if I didnt notice it but my fiance did then it has been there, and I just havent seen it. I also said to him that there is no notes of this damage on the report to cover there asses and he stated Im sure we will be now because of you. I than told him you know what your just being an ass I want your corporate number. He then proceeded to spell out Google and hung up on me. I have contacted corporate and valley news whistle blower. I would have noticed a dent like this. I do go on my passenger side when I put my child in the back seat. I also am a clean freak so I take car of cleaning my car out often and would of seen it then. I brought my car in for minor marks on the rear that wouldnt be noticed unless you are you close, believe that if I had a dent it would of been repaired.
