Wheels is by far the best motorcycle dealer in town. I went in to buy a bike and their team was extremely accommodating, eager to win my business, and fair along the way. They even went out of their way to bring up their mechanic from the back to speak with me after the purchase - just to provide tips and advice. Dylan was a nice Salesman who was knowledgeable about the bike world, and the manager Kyle was the best dealership manager I have ever encountered. Would recommend anyone to just stop by, even if its just to talk bikes and take a peak at the lineup.

I just got my first bike at Wheels today! Its a brand new Kawasaki Ninja 400. Kyle, Dylan, and Alex were super helpful and informative! The price wasnt bad either! I will be purchasing another bike there soon for my husband! They even tax, title, and register the bike right on the spot so you dont have to waste a trip to the DMV! Thanks again for years of fun!!

They hands down nailed my mystery snowmobile issues that I assumed for sure was engine related from past work done at All seasons motorsports. They brought everything back into specs with the clutch and no more sporadic loss of power!!

Good selection of bikes and utility vehicles with very fair prices. For winter they have very nice snowmobiles that you can tell have been care of and brand new are nice.

The staff at Wheels are great. We went in just looking at a dirt bike for our son. The sales person we talked with (Charlie) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bike we were looking at. Several staff visited with us while we were waiting to complete our purchase- not one of them was pushy, just very helpful and they all had great information to share to help us with feel comfortable with our decision on the bike and safety for our son.

A very big thank you to these folks who helped me get on the road without any hassle or a booked appointment. I was travelling across country when the chain on my bike started to fail. Not only did they take the time to assess the situation but then made the repair immediately. I was back on the road in the same afternoon. Who can ask for better customer service? Amazing! Im a new motorcycle rider. The lady at the accessories counter was very helpful in tips and tricks for new riders and picking out gear. I forgot her name, but she was very encouraging.Kyle (in sales) was also encouraging to a new rider. As a woman who has stereotypically masculine interests, I tend to be extra cautious of patronizing behavior, language, and looks. I did not get ANYTHING like that at Wheels Inc. Even when I compared notes with other female motorcycle riders, they all recommended Wheels Inc.

Recently added the full Indian lineup (bikes and gear) to the showroom, so the Indian side of the showroom is fresh and on point. My preferred place in town for getting riding clothing. Always have LOTS of bikes (Indian, Victory, Kawasaki, Yamaha) plus several Polaris Slingshots. ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, etc.Always someone available to help. Fair, professional salesmen for the most part... But I have found that I usually know more about the Victory bikes than any of them do.
Always had good experiences with them. Always seem to have most common parts in and the other more obscure ones they can get extremely quickly. Havent purchased a motorcycle through them but Im guessing if their sale staff is half as good as their service and parts department they are okay. Only complaint which isnt a deal given the locale, riding season length and rider demographic up here, I just which they had more sportbike riding gear. I dont mind supporting local business but if I need a set of leather gauntlets for racing I want to be able to pick them up, not order them and see them in a week.
This is a total complete motor sports dealer that does everything they can to make it a fun experience when buying your new recreational vehicle. I have been buying from these people since 1988 which is a statement in itself.The parts department always get the parts i need and are very helpful when i have a special application. Service writers John and James are courteous and always try to get the unit back to me as quick as possible.Chris and Zach are a lot of fun in sales. It is always enjoyable to go there.The manager is very approachable and receptive to new ideas to make things better.The owner is very fair and has taken good care of me thru the years. All in all i am very happy to have this dealer available in Fargo.

Service department was outstanding. Got me in on very short notice when they were very busy. They replaced a rear tire for me and it cost about half of what I was expecting it to cost. very happy customer.
I bought a new Polaris sportsman 450 eps from them. I had a steering problem and a rattle. took them 2 weeks to get the machine in to look at the problem. They said there was no problem. picked the machine up still could here the rattle and the machine would walk allover when i was driving it. They put a piece of foam where they thought the rattle was. and said the steering was fine. I ended up bringing the machine to frontier power sports in Fergus Falls MN. they found the rattle and agreed with me on the steering issue. the valves were ticking really bad and they fixed the steering problem. save yourself some time and bring your stuff to frontier power sports for warranty. they take care of you there and the staff there is great to work with

The parts department really knows their stuff and they ask the right questions. Service doesnt seem to care how long it takes to get you into the shop or to fix the issue. There isnt enough competition around Fargo or we can look at it in two weeks wouldnt be acceptable.
