Being from Chicago this seems like a sort of dollar store but they have great deals, great selections, lots of unexpected bargains.

Great place to buy some unique items and also a great place to stock up on all your holiday and yard needs. This is the cheapest place around to buy spices with almost every spice being $1. This is also one of very few locations where you can buy decent wine for a cheap price. There are also fairly decent prices k-cups.

OSJL is what it is. Always affordabe. Many quality items and poor quality stuff too. It doesnt pretend to be anything more than what they are.

Very disorganized store. No signs stating that the line starts in the middle of the store. The manager just sits there and does NOTHING, he should be directing traffic to make life easier for everyone. When I said your line system sucks to him, all he said was sorry. That’s not good enough, something should be done to correct

Always great bargains at OSJL! Never know what youre going to find. Today we got a water dispenser and a large tailgating grill! Went in looking for coffee! Shapes vary as to how organized they are so sometimes the hunt can be tricky, but always worth it!Also grateful for the charitable giving that happens. Keep up the good work!

The store provides a shopping experience 100% as expected based upon how they advertise. I have found some great deals on clothing, snacks, and other miscellaneous items. Its a place I try to get to at least twice a month to make sure I dont miss something good. Several months ago, they had a really expensive Spin Bike for an awesome price so I grabbed it, and it wasnt of the cheap variety but a Spinner Blade Ion which is well known in the spinning community.

I stop by here occasionally and if they have what Im looking for, you wont find it elsewhere for less. Recent purchases include a canoe/SUP dolly, an air mattress and a few bathing suits. Weve also gotten a nice grill, comfortable porch furniture and more. But dont go here expecting to find anything particular - the inventory seems to change rapidly and the odds are against your finding anything too specific.

Very disappointed with this Ocean State Job Lot today. Started by being knocked off the head with a glass solar light from the top shop,WHY ARE THESE ON THE TOP SHELF??? which after hitting my head broke on the floor. Told an employee there was broken glass on the floor and it was very dangerous to have them on the top shelf where no one can reach them. All she said was did I see who did it? ya me . She just walked away. I was very upset by this but continued my shopping for the holiday weekend. Proceeding to the checkout there was a very long line with only to cash registers open and a bunch of employees walking around and or stalking. Again this is a holiday weekend on Cape Cod WHY ARENT YOU PROPERLY STAFFED??? While waiting patiently to check out the gentle men two people in front of me drops his Felipe heavy cooking oil all over the floor. Glass and oil everywhere. Same employee that oh so kindly helped me comes around and puts up a sign and calls for someone to mop up, then proceeds to tell the rest of us waiting in line ( at least 6 or 7 more people) that we will have to re direct around and pick a line. This isnt CVS first come first serve. Now move around to the other side. While all this is happening a kind lady with her full carriage sneaks in front of the whole line and says its ok my husband is 2 people in front of me checking out now. I proceeded to put my basket down and walk out. Do to the complete and utter rudeness of your employee as to the lack of concern after a customer was hit on the head with a glass solar globe, and the rudeness as to tell your customers that it pretty much doesnt matter how long weve been waiting just move, I WILL NO LONGER BE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION.

The Joblot in Falmouth is the best. There is a good selection of snacks, beer, wine and a variety of other random but useful things. Highly recommended.

One of the larger OSJTs on the cape, and the only one I’m aware of that sells wine.

The staff was very friendly, efficient and courteous! I found everything I was looking for, and the store was very neatly stocked.

This place is DIRTY and DISGUSTING. There is stuff all over the floor..Things are hanging off of the shelves..God only knows what kind of germs are floating around in there. I went in bought a mop and got out of there.The register I went to the woman was very rude and the things she said was out of line. If I where her boss she would have been fired on the spot. That place has turned into a junk shop. PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN IN THIS STORE. All I can say is shop at your own risk. I will not be a returning customer. I can remember when they where clean and organized..DISGUSTING!!!

A mess

I was recently in this store and the line was very long. I didnt mind waiting though as that wasnt the issue. They had two registers open and you entered both through the same line. The line had about 7 or 8 people down the aisle waiting to be checked out. The cashiers were extremely slow. There were people waiting to be checked out at both registers and the lady in front of me was waiting to see which line would open up first. I had some 6 ft rods sticking out of the front of my cart so I was waiting to until one of the lines got closer to opening up as I didnt want to block the entire aisle and or hit the person being checked out with the poles. One cashier (older lady) yelled for the customers to get closer in line because it was making the line too long. The other cashier(older male) made a comment that apparently we all just wanted to stand around in the store all day. I thought both cashiers were out of line and had no customer service skills. Additionally, them being so slow was the reason there was a line, both still had customers they were checking out when they started telling customers to get closer as they were the reason the line was too long. I wont go back to this store. This took place on March 18th, 2018. Very disappointed.
