The sales representative Gary Jean of the Falmouth, Ma. Store was excellent to deal with. He was certainly an expert in his field and knew everything about mattress’s and beds. My wife and I purchased a Split King Bed and have been completely satisfied with it. I needed an additional twin-sized, comfortable mattress quickly to accommodate guests coming in 2 days. I thought I might have difficulty getting it delivered in time (and my car was not an option), but the salesperson quickly suggested the memory foam bed in a box. He was able to put it into my car and I drove off happily. It popped out easily when I got home and was very comfortable. Beyond the ease of purchasing and satisfaction with the product, I was pleased to see that the owners ask for and show support for foster children.

Gary was very helpful each time I went to the store both before and after my purchase, allowing me the time and space I needed to make my decision, while at the same time answering any questions/concerns I may have had. Gary worked with me to help find the best deal and when I opted to exchange for a different mattress, he was very accommodating. Flo was also very helpful as well. Thank you both.

I came into this store to purchase what I thought would be a simple metal bed frame. Gary Jean waited on me and because I was hoping to convert a full size headboard and footboard to a queen since frame, choosing the correct frame was important, since there were two types. He spent so much time helping me figure it out and explaining the different types of frames and the process to do what I wanted and showing me examples of frames on the showroom floor! Astonishing customer service for a relatively small item was very impressive. When we do get to the point of buying a new mattress, I know just where I’ll go!

Visited Mattress Firm in Falmouth, MA, twice, once for my first time on Nov 28, 2020 on my own to learn what was available and then the next day together with the person who was actually interested in purchasing. The sales person (Gary) was knowledgeable and professional and observed proper pandemic protocol (mask, distancing) at all times. He even wore gloves when he handled anything one of us would also be handling. In addition the store was extremely clean.In the end my friend purchased a top-of-the line mattress and platform, taking advantage of the various discounts available during their “Black Friday” sale. She will also be taking advantage of other customer-friendly conditions including the opportunity to exchange or return her purchase or to get a further price reduction if the product goes on sale in the near future. And we were even able to contribute to a program to support foster children sponsored by Mattress Firm to add one more plus to the extremely pleasant experience!

My experience was very, very good. I was trying to purchase a hybrid matress online. Even though I compared the top online companies I was having trouble putting together exactly what I wanted sight unseen. I have only ever had a traditional mattress and box spring. Venturing into the realm of hybrid mattresses and movable platforms was all new. It was important to me to have my old bed and box spring removed also as mattresses can be difficult to dispose of these days.Going into the store clarified the products and the salesman was very good at explaining differences and leading me through my search. There was no feeling of sales pressure and lots of good information was offered when asked.Perfect experience for me! I cant wait to get my new bed:) Thank you!

The salesperson, Scott, listened to what I wanted, explained my options well, and provided examples of the features of each choice. I chose a twin mattress for a bunk bed that my grandson says is “”awesome”. Not only was this an easy process, but the mattress was on sale for half off!! Overall, excellent experience!

The Mattress Firm store in Falmouth bent over backwards to help me find a mattress in my price range that could be delivered before my houseguest came. They worked with me and stopped at nothing to get everything in order for me, even helping me resurrect my mattress firm account!

The 120 day exchange policy is a joke. We went mattress shopping and with the amount of choices out there had a hard time picking a mattress we both agreed on. Pillow top, hybrid, gel, foam, and whatever other options are out there make it confusing. However, being told there is a 120 day trial period makes you think you can’t make a wrong choice. With that we chose the Jennings black hybrid, a $4599 mattress. After 100 days , the mattress wasn’t the correct choice for us, so we contacted the original store to exercise the 120 trial. This is where the fun begins and where the treatment changes. We were told that we go to another store closer to us and make the exchange, I’m sure we wouldn’t have been told that if we were buying for the first time. So now here we are at a different store trying mattress’ again. We decide on the S&F Cassat pillow top, regularly $3299, on sale for $2899. Agreeing that this is the correct one, we get to writing up a new order. We are told we owe a little over $200 more. We owe money? Frustrated I ask for my paperwork and then more computer strokes take place to bring us even, it would be an even swap. This still doesn’t make sense, a $4599 mattress is an even swap for a $3299 mattress, but I agree and take the Mattress Firm math punishment to just move on, lesson learned, it’s been a long year and this is just adding to it. Well it’s not that easy, the extra computer strikes to get us to an even swap didn’t allow it to go thru. So here we are with a mattress we are not happy with, and hoping we can get a mattress exchanged under the 120 day policy.

Visited this store earlier in the week and met with an associate that helped my fiancé and I return a mattress that was uncomfortable. He helped us with a quote which was somewhat pricey but I understood what the costs were for. During this visit the associate was somewhat rude to my 2 year old daughter who is very ambitious and likes to play with all the fun “toys” she saw in the showroom (remotes and pillows) honestly I would be giving this rating 1 star but my visit tonight completely changed our outlook on this establishment. The sales manager Mason Lopes went WELL above and beyond to help us out with setting up the delivery and pick up of our old mattress. He was SUPER polite and very nice with our daughters. On top of it, we left there paying over $200 less than what the original quote was from our first visit. Anybody looking for a mattress should visit mattress firm and ask for Mason right away. Two thumbs up my friend, you treated us exactly how someone in sales should treat their customers and you gained a huge amount of respect from me tonight !

My partner and I decided to upgrade to a bigger mattress. Upon entering we were greeted by Gary, the manager, who was just as nice as he was helpful. We ended up taking advantage of the Memorial Day Sale and purchased a mattress and adjustable base at a great price. We weren’t sure what we wanted when we walked in, but we gravitated towards the Purple mattresses. Gary told us about the Purples and then gave us the space and time we needed to try them out. We weren’t ready to purchase then, or even the next time, but every time Gary was just as friendly and never pushy. We finally purchased the Purple 2 and WHY DID WE WAIT SO LONG?! Ha! I’ve had the deepest, most restful, consistent sleep ever since we purchased a few weeks ago. I also have the Purple sheets and pillow - they’re incredible. The pillow is always cool, no need for flipping or turning needed and the sheets are insanely soft and stretchy. I absolutely LOVE our Purple mattress, pillow and sheets and highly recommend this Mattress Form store (especially Gary!).

This was the BEST mattress buying experience I have ever had. We were greeted by a no pressure sales professional with over ten years of sales experience (Stephen). Since I had come in with a lot of research I felt the pricing was reasonable. Luke Clougher went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my purchase and delivery went smoothly. I live in TX and the mattresses were being delivered in MA. I was so well informed that it was a breeze to arrange my caretaker to be at the house to accept the delivery. My caretaker was extremely impressed by the care and respect the delivery people had for my home that she took pictures!

We can recommend visiting this store, as we did buy a firm mattress there. There is wide selection of softer mattresses too. The store manager Luke was very helpful.

I went in on September 9, 2016 (at about 4:30 in the afternoon) with my 83 year old and mostly blind mother to buy her a new mattress. Its not easy getting around with her and i thought this would be pretty straightforward.Also the windows at all the sleepys stores in the whole area had big signs saying 1/2 off all mattresses in the store so that would be a good thing for her too.We get inside, no one is around but one man who asks us what we are looking for . We tell him and he says it would be better if we went to their other store in Falmouth because it is closing and everything there is marked down super cheap. I didnt really want to pack mom back up and leave. I just wanted to buy her a new mattress and the sale price was not our only goal. It was apparent this guy wasnt interested in making a sale so off we went.So we went down the street to the OTHER sleepys in town... we get in there and the first thing the guy asks us is our price point. Mom says to him not too expensive...just a double mattress, no box spring needed because she lives in assisted living and doesnt need one. He promptly tells us they will not deliver anything that is on sale. If we want delivery we need to pay full price... So I ask him where the less expensive mattresses are and he says downstairs. Mom cannot make those stairs...I told him that and he got even more nasty and told us that we should try the OTHER sleepys then. Wow.... how do people like this stay employed anyway? If this is sleepys policy how does the company? And since when do people have to pick up their mattresses? ( by the way moms assisted living place is 2.5 miles from the store. )There are 5 mattress stores in this town....So we went to MATTRESS world , were greeted by the nicest guy that listened to us and sold us the just right mattress for mom, delivered it the next day and charged us $400 or so delivered.....Yeah Mattress world... guess i know where we will go from now on... and its sure not sleepys!
