In town on vacation and our daughters car had strange electrical issues. We came in and Greg was immediately understanding and supportive. He did a great job working through the issue with our daughter. They took my truck to be fixed very quickly. Even though the time on the warranty had expired, the mileage was low and they still put it under the warranty. The staff was kind and professional. The work was done very quickly and done well.

Management and mechanics are very professional and courteous. When they changed my oil they did an oil analysis to insure no underlying issues with the engine were present, which is their normal protocol when changing oil. A report with pictures and recommendations of critical areas of my F150 truck were presented and sent to me by email. Very nice feedback! We’ll be using them again in the near future for my other vehicles as well..

Saw good reviews, so I scheduled an oil change in filter. Price is very reasonable. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. They found a somewhat obscure potential safety issue and notified me about it. All around, just a great place and experience!

We are very impressed with Battle’s Auto Center. They saved us a LOT of money by carefully and patiently working to loosen a frozen tie rod end on our Prius. A lesser garage would have just ripped it out and done and R&R. They also did an outstanding job on our Corvette! Apparently, they can fix it all from economy hybrid to muscle cars. I also like their electronic technology to keep in touch with us during a repair by providing updates. Thank you!!

Best experience with the car repair place I have ever had. Had a small problem (stone in brake). Fixed right away. In addition, did a whole safety check with picture illustrating what works great and what needs work.

Greg went out of his way to make salvaging my car possible. When no tow trucks were available in the area, he drove to where I was, jump started my car, and drove it to the shop because I wasnt comfortable driving it. Altogether a great experience.

Best experience Ive ever had with an auto center. I bought my 2017 Kia at a Nissan dealership in Hyannis and had the worst trouble with them trouble shooting my car for 3 months. At Battles they found the trouble and corrected it in a day. I would HIGHLY recommend Battles to anyone looking for great work at a very reasonable price!

Ive had two of my cars serviced at Battles and they have exceeded all my expectations. I recently bought a used Subaru that had a bunch of problems that were hidden from me by the dealership I bought it from. After being lied to and treated poorly by other mechanics, it was a great feeling to have my car serviced at Battles by honest people. They are always friendly, willing to listen to exactly what my concerns are, and explain the work they did in a way I can understand. They were able to fix a wheel shaking issue that three other dealerships couldnt seem to figure out. At Battles you can be sure you wont be taken advantage of, and everyone there genuinely wants the best for you and your car.

Brought my wifes Honda Pilot in because the front end was making noise. Turned out to be the drivers side wheel bearing. Battles got the part and had it fixed in just a few hours. Not only that, but the final bill was less than the original estimate. That speaks volumes for this honesty and integrity. Outstanding service.

My stepfather has been going to Battles for something like 35 years. When I moved to the cape 4 years ago I knew this would be my garage. Ive had my inspection sticker done here for years but have been auto trouble free all this time. Recently I needed a complete brake job all around. I spoke to Greg who is a pleasure to do business with and was open to identifying a stages approach to avoid having to take on all of the unforeseen bill at once.Im referring multiple people to this garage. The mechanic is fantastic, the service is class act. They take the proper steps to run an honest garage.Listen to the customer, evaluate, set expectations with customer, mutually agree to work, complete work and finally debrief customer. Not alot of garages take this approach. Transparency and an honest business.A class act operation.

After visiting another local shop and being very dissapointed. I called Battles and spoke with Greg. I was treated with top notch service. My truck was in and out in a timely manner . Some shops just want your money .which heck if they didnt they wouldnt survive but I felt like the only customer . I will be returning if/when my vehicle ever needs any work again. I would very highly recommend Battles to anyone in the Falmouth area or on Marthas Vineyard. They are very helpful and so honest and nice!! The check-engine light in my Acura was flashing and the transmission started to slip badly on Rt 28 (on way to MV ferry). I was right in front of the Falmouth Toyota when it got really bad. I went in and asked them if they could have a quick look and see if it was safe to drive. They refused to even look at the error message becuase I had a Honda(Acura). I drove it to Battles. They could not have been nicer. They looked at it, and becuase it needed a little attention, they gave me a ride to ferry. When I came back to pick it up, they told me it needed a new transmission. They topped off the fluids and test drove it, and got it in condition so that is was safe to drive it to the dealer becuase I am able to get credit back from Acura becuase the transmission failed at low mileage. They did not try to sell me new transmission. They did what was best for me, the customer. So honest.

I came to Battles Auto Center with a problem with my transmission. They solved it in a quick, pleasant, and professional manner.
