My favorite place to eat in Fallon. Good food good variety of choices. and reasonable prices. Great staff.

The Starbucks store in Disney World refused to honor my free 70th birthday coffee. I have been a member since 2016. Its sad a big corporation like Starbucks would not honor my request on such a momentous day.

They were very patient as we worked through several old gift cards. Really appreciate the staff for letting us figure out which ones have money and which ones we can discard.

I only give it a 4-star rating because it takes a long time to get through the line, and I know some of those drinks are not easy to make that other than that its a good place.

Slower than most Starbucks and my last couple of drinks at this location just taste off.The last PSL I got just tasted like foamed milk.

The workers here are amazing, even when its really busy, and theres only two of them, they keep cool under pressure. Now if only they had a drive through.

This Starbucks was very dirty floors bathroom tables all of it showing needs to be wiped down. Staff was nice once you had their attention it seemed more worried about talking to each other than doing the cleaning that needed to be done. Coffee was good.

The staff members were very friendly and worked through the line very quickly and efficiently. Made my first cup of coffee in a new state very pleasant. I do wish they had outdoor seating, though.

They make their own hours. There is no consistency with drinks or customer service. It says on the website they are open until 730pm it is 414pm on a Wednesday and when my wife and I got there I was rudely informed that they were closed and had been for a half hour. Irritating.

I like SB coffee, who doesnt.? I went in for a bag of Decaf to bad they only had one choice. I got it anyway and yes its good.. its cool that they grind it for you.

Wish it was cheaper but the coffee is bomb so I keep coming back

Today my drink was made perfect by Brittney! Usually my Venti caramel Macchiato has never been this delicious!

The staff does a great job, but they need more help and a bigger workspace! Often the wait is quite long. Its a busy place!

It really depends whos working how your experience will go. The manager is always rude and leaving the other person to do all the work. I feel bad for anyone who works there.

I still remember when Starbucks charged first responders that were treating shock victims for water on 9/11.Even though Starbucks did their damage control after the fact, their attempt to make the manager a scapegoat and firing her for following company policy left a bad taste in my mouth. She was in a no win scenario, because giving away thousands of dollars worth of water would have also gotten her fired for NOT following company policy.Never giving any shop under this banner my business.

Coffee is great. My only complaint is that if you say you close at 7:30 you should stay open till 7:30. Not turn your customers away at 7. If you have to clock out at 7:30 then obviously you need to change your hours and not say you close at 7:30.

In Safeway - A little slow but its a small shop and over all I like the place.

A bit hard to get in and out parking wise. Very enjoyable service. Pleasant staff. Drinks came as ordered. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Tables and chairs were cleaned.

Many orders being made with smiles and quickly.

Starbucks has gone down quite a bit with the new employees. We really love Katelyn, and Brittany and the Japanese girl (Im so sorry I forgot your name) but if anyone else is working our drinks get messed up, they add extra stuff, theyre rude, etc. Our favorite drink had become the pink drink with vanilla sweet cream foam, which is pretty simple! But multiple times now, the creative morning girl has put chocolate syrup on top of it without asking- I hate chocolate covered strawberries, and what if I had an allergy? I understand wanting to take creative liberties and make people happy, but please dont add stuff to a drink that wasnt requested!!

Starbucks has it all and fix it all for you and you walk out with oh boy everything is great everybody should go there I know youll be happy by giving the highest rating they can let me OK everybody go to Starbucks and get a bunch of stuff.

Great staff, always do a good job at making the coffee. Ive been to starbucks that dont make it the same way (even though its the same recipe so Im not sure how they mess it up) but this location gets it right every time. I wish they had a larger location outside of Safeway but they are still great. I prefer to go here for coffee over the other two main coffee shops in town.

These baristas do the best they can with what they have. I know working in a coffee shop that small is no easy task and theyve been doing things right every time Ive come by. Plus the ambience of the waiting area is really nice even though its inside of a grocery market.

Made drinks correctly but service was slow. But it’s not surprising that it did take a bit considering it’s located in a grocery store. But overall clean, nice little place. A little note about this place, you can use your Starbucks card here but you’ll need the physical card and can’t use the app.

This worker who worked in the like Starbucks shop had the audacity to tell me that they closed at 7pm when on the Safeway website and the Starbucks app it clearly states 7:30pm. I drove 10mins to get there by 7:15pn to order coffee and low a behold she tells me that they closed at 7pm. Well you only got this 1* because I couldnt give you zero in order to be leave a review. Needless to say wont be coming back to this place.

This Starbucks is not on the rewards program. They have young staff. It is slow and a little dirty when I was there. The counters were in need of a good wipe. Also the very small desert case was empty and still not cleaned out. Lots of crumbs and wax paper in there. My drink was ok.

Just wanted to say, the other day I had a GIANT order. The only person working there was Cheryl. She handled the order very well, was prepared, and made no mistakes. Cheryl is kind and a very good barista!

Nice to have a Starbucks in Fallon, NV... which is my half way point between CA and ID where I live. Conveniently located and open when Im heading out in the morning. Coffee is hot and well caffeinated.

This Starbucks is okay (being inside a Safeway), but Dahls Pharmacy down the road was originally built as a stand-alone Starbucks around 2006. It only lasted a year or so, then was abandoned for unknown reasons- if I was a Fallon resident, I would have been super POed!

Sometimes the lines are really long. If ur in a hurry not the place to go. But is worth the wait.

Awful! First, they wont reload your app. Second, they only have 2 workers when State Track and Field Regionals for the entire northern state is in town. I waited at least 30 minutes for an incorrect drink. There is literally no coffee in my iced white mocha.

Starbucks is anti-gun and does not support the second amendment. That, and since tbey merged with Nestle, they are likely going to be involved with profiting from the impending water crisis on Earth.
