Amazing service was there told last Sunday morning to get an accessory for my phone. The gentleman helping me. Was so helpful and nice. I thought for sure he must be the owner . I was wrong he was a great employee. Not there for a paycheck but there to be the best he can for the customer as well as the business. ... I really hope the owner gets To see this. As. Employees like these are so very hard to find.

Wow! Talk about fantastic customer service! Angel A. deserves a triple raise! Hes very personable and completely attends to customers. I called and was worried that I wouldnt be able to make it in time before closing.He kindly waited for me to arrive. I was about five minutes late and he submitted my Verizon Wireless payment quickly effectively! Hes by far, the best customer/sales rep. Ive ever had from Verizon Go Wireless. He made my day! Im so grateful!

Store manager sold us a plan involving a $1000 discount on a second phone (Buy One Get One). When it was not on the bill of sale she told us that Verizon would apply the discount on the second biling cycle. Verizon now says there was no such offer in effect. The manager (Mariah) is no longer replying to our messages. Verizon says Your problem is with GoWireless, not with us.

My daughter and I had a very positive experience at GoWireless. I only wish I had asked the store employee who helped us for his name so I could have recognized him publicly for his friendly, outstanding service. I received a hand-me-down iPhone 6 and needed a new SIM card to transfer it to my daughter. Our friendly representative handled the entire process easily. We are grateful for his kind, friendly attitude and technical expertise at setting up the new used iPhone, without any hard sell tactics to encourage us to spend more money on upgrades or accessories we didnt need.

I can’t say enough praise for the Verizon staffer, Veronica H. Who helped me at the South Mission store in Fallbrook on March 20, 2021. She helped my elderly parents, 93 & 90 who are hearing impaired, transfer information from our iPhone to another iphone due to being locked out from too many password attempts on the original phone. Since the iphone was disabled, I contacted the Apple store initially for help but the instructions were so confusing and would have taken too long to rectify. My parents depended on their iphone with the hearing aid app. We could not wait any longer and walked into the Verizon store to see if they could help. Veronica went over and above to help us! She was so kind and patient and did not make us feel at all inept due to our lack of technical knowledge. She is talented, not only with her proficient technical skills and knowledge, but very sensitive to the needs of the elderly population that may not have the skills and dexterity to keep up with complex phone issues. I wish I could have given 20 stars for this review! We are very satisfied Verizon customers.

I had an awesome experience at this Verizon location. After multiple times of calling customer service over the phone and having no luck, Sam was able to fix the issue for me. Both Sam and the manager Amani took great care of me and were able to resolve my issue while providing great customer service. The entire staff at this Verizon location rocks!

The Verizon store representative was very polite and helped me upgrade my current phone and in the process told me about this great deal where you buy a new phone and get one free. What he forgot to mention was that this promo deal only applies if you add a new line which he failed to disclose. So now I’m paying for two new phones because I was lied and told something completely different. I tired going to the store and solving this matter but the assistant manager was of no help, she was rude and wouldn’t give me any of my account information. Don’t waste your time and money in this store it’s not worth it all they do is lie.

Go Wireless in Fallbrook provided me with excellent customer service when porting a prior work cell number on Sprint to a new personal iPhone on Verizon. I first noticed that they picked up the phone when I called, unlike any of the Verizon company stores who never answer phone calls! Initial info from Angel was very helpful as I was not quite sure how to proceed to obtain the necessary authorizations for the inter-carrier transfer. WHen I cam in to order the large-memory phone, Mohsin knew what needed be done and answered my questions accurately. When the phone did arrive, Mariah (store manager) was a true professional in her customer service skills and got the number transferred as well as syncing the new phone with iCloud and other set up, so the phone was ready to use when I walked out the door. She also informed me on how to keep my monthly bill down via auto-pay, saving $10 each month. While some may have had poor experiences, Mariah, Mohsin, and Angel made sure things worked and get 5 stars!

Before l begin, it is important that everyone reading this be assured that I had NEVER stepped foot inside this store before today !I was lucky to find this Verizon store in the same plaza as the Albertsons grocery store I started patronizing a week ago. I had grown disenchanted with my provider (Boost) after 12 years. My phone wasnt working well, wasnt charging, and it was clear that I needed a new phone. I figured it couldnt hurt to ask questions at Verizon, and see what is available.The BEST thing I have done in a long time!! What a great decision, and ALL thanks to Mariah and Angel who could not do enough for me.I was put into a VERY similar plan, and I purchased a phone at a more than 50% savings. All my saved documents and data were carefully and efficiently migrated, and I was cared for in the most delightful way.I NEVER met Angel ( a Superstar) or Mariah (Manager of the Year) before today, and I am so Grateful that the universe steered me to them on this fateful morning.I have a fabulous phone, Excellent service, and 2 new friends !!Angel and Mariah, you should be lauded for the way you represent Verizon !!Thank you.

Do NOT go here! The girl with the glasses that works there is completely incompetent and has the worst customer service. Super rude and unfriendly, I was having problems with getting my information transferred and she refused to help me because my phone was purchased from the Carlsbad store and not the fallbrook store. I arrived at 10 AM when they open, and as I was parking she walked out, locked the door behind her, and went into Panda Express, so I had to wait 10 more min for her to come back to even get into the store even though it should’ve been open. Going here is not worth the frustration it will cause you.

OMG! Do NOT bother going there. Everyone is very friendly and EXTREMELY incompetent! Everything one staff member answered, someone else disagreed. I got my new phone and was assured all data would be transferred over. Got it home, it was not. Brought it back, my husband picked it up for me, still not done. When I called into the store it went to a remote location who informed me I would need to bring it in again however, my email trail was unable to be retrieved. I specifically noted this was important, both legally and professionally, not to mention the personal pictures.

I went into Verizon to purchase a case and screen protector. I had a brand new screen put on my phone the day prior, and during the process of putting the screen on, the Verizon Rep cracked my actual phone screen. The Sales manager was present and said there was nothing she could/would do until she talked to her District Manager. I have since been into this same location 6 different times, calling ahead, and I have been told every time the District Manager is not in. I have left my business card for him to call me back and have called Verizon’s main line to attempt to get In contact with someone who could help resolve this. I have not received a single phone call or email back. Additionally, every time I have tried to go into the store to return the case, because I no longer want to do business with Verizon, they do not have someone there who can process returns. This was 21 days ago. Do not give your business to this shady store.

I have been with Verizon for about 8 years. Theyre always very helpful the minute you walk in the door. I just wish that they were cheaper than they are. I have friends that pay $60 for their phone a month and I am paying $130 sometimes $150 for the same phone w/less apps & extras..When my plan is over I think Im going to move to a new carrier.

Worthless. I went to this location 1 month ago to cancel three devices and decided to upgrade to the unlimited plan. After 2 weeks I noticed no changes to my account and went back to this location. The young lady working that day dismissed me and said not to worry because the changes wouldnt take effect until the next billing cycle.Fast forward to the next billing cycle. Still no changes to the account, so I called Verizon customer service directly. They had no record of a request to remove the 3 devices or any other changes to my account.The employees at this location need some adult supervision.

Expect a lot of sales pressure to buy tablets, cases, screen protectors, etc. We went here to get a Sim card for a new unblocked Google Pixel XL that I bought to replace a stolen phone. Staff were helpful and got the job done. The manager who was on duty when we came in conned us in to getting two Samsung tablets by telling us they were free for today only. A month later, when we got our bill we found out that we were paying for the free tablets a month at a time for two years. The guy is a crook!

The worst experience service ever. I have been in this store twice now and both times got bad customer service. Yesterday I went in to have help on a phone and was told to contact Verizon directly. Also told Blackberries were banned and the phone I was trying to sell would not be activated. None of this is true. Phone was activated by Verizon online and handed over to the new owner. One of the clerks even point blank said no one would buy a Blackberry. Sounds like these two young girls could use some lessons in manners and knowledge of what Verizon can do. I wont go back to this retailer location nor will the new owner who was treated the same...they dont even deserve a score of a 1! Very unprofessional!!

By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing phones and accessories. I dont think I could adequately describe the efficiency, confidence, and professionalism that Desiré displayed whilst navigating through the treacherous and intimidating realm of wireless communications :) Long story short, she was leaps and bounds beyond any verizon employee i have ever worked with. She went out of her way to explain all the details of each and every aspect of each deal, tolerated my childlike fascination and sarcastic responses to perfectly valid questions, and even stayed late in order to ensure that I had a solid understanding of my new s8! Went in to get a sim card for the two phones I bought online to replace my current Verizon ones. Online reviews say Verizon does this free. This store said they could do it, but it would be $10/line. For the convenience of being local, I was willing to pay that. However, it took 30-40 minutes to complete, and when it was done, not only was I told it was actually $40 for two phones (which the receipt showed was after a $20 discount, probably because they knew it wasnt what they said), but my bill went up from $135 to $188. I asked why the bill changed and was told it was because it was now month-to-month. I didnt want to change plans, nor was I told in advance that would happen, and my plan was already month-to-month so the explanation was incorrect and/or a lie. Be careful with these scammers.

Had so many issues in with Verizon in the past 15 years I have been with them and thought it was to late for any change.But then I came in here to the Verizon here in Fallbrook and Tatiana got me out the door with the best deal possible. I decided that the phone was not the best for me. So I went back to them and they fixed every single issue that I had Julian and Taelor (assistant manager and store manager) are some kind of saints or saviors.I can finally say that I have walked in and out of a Verizon store with out issue and as happy as can be.Thatnk you Fallbrook verizon!!!!!
