Had to get the correct part that another popular auto parts store gave me and wouldnt exchange. NAPA had the part on stock and several brands of the part. They recommended which brand was best and I was out of there quick AND with the correct part. I would have given them a five, but because their prices are a bit higher, I gave them a four. It was worth the slightly higher price to get the correct part and one I could exchange if I wanted to.

Stopped in here, very ignorant of a basic car issue, the manager who was qt the register could have really fleeced me but instead gave me excellent advice. This type of integrity and honesty makes lifetime customers, highly recommend these guys!

The team at Fallbrook was very helpful. They had no problem going out of their way to try to figure out a complicated electrical problem with my vehicle. Employee behind counter did not want to test an alternator because they had product in the way of the machine. Even after the manager told the ensured us they could and instructed the employee to move the product, at the end he did not do it simply because he was lazy.
