This is by far the best store that Ive ever been to. I was greeted upon arrival by one of the most cheerful employees, Julia. From start to finish she made sure that my shopping experience was exceptional. I only came in for a few cleaning supplies but Julia definitely made this store memorable for me. Everything was neat, clean, and in order. Julias hospitality and customer service skills are unmatched. I was frustrated and in a hurry, but she helped me quickly and made me feel at ease. If you need a dollar store that doesnt feel like just another dollar store then I highly recommend this location, especially when Ms. Julia is working! Thank you for still showing kindness during a time where we are all panicked and stressed. You are greatly appreciated!

If some fledgling non profit wants to do a top to bottom makeover of a cemetery convenience store, then this Family Dollar is in tremendous need. This is where Joe Pesci gave Brendan Frazer the slip to go and die.Have more pride in your dilapidated infrastructure, whoever the corporate nobility is that owns those stores. When you go into a fall river Family Dollar, it has the feel of a place where not only dreams goto die, they never even make it off the ground. And they either cancel your cashback attempt with debit card at the register, or charge 1 dollar which is illegal mind you, but it is still going on.

Fine..mostly odds and ends for work..trash bads, sandwich bags and candy.Great prices, staff pleasant:)

Good store always have what I have gone to there to buy,,but never seems to have change I got in to a argument with a employee my total was exactly $27.05 I gave her $28 dollars only thing she tried to give me was my recipe I said hell no I will go to my car and get 5 cents ,,,,like she really tried to keep my 95 cents imagine how many people they do that to in a day Wow

Family Dollar is Family Dollar. Smaller store, seems untidy most of the time, register has a sign up, no cash back since forever. Customer service can be questionable. Bust, at the end of the day, Ill still remain a customer because their prices are far better than the average convienence store. Also, I tend to find nice seasonal/holiday decorations. At this time of the year, holiday supplies are always a good amount and youll be certain to save.

I have been going here for over 25+ yrs for my trash bags, all storage bags from zip lock, gifts, gifting decorations, to food and cleaners. My hubby loves the car section and I like the toiletries section. Again its one of these stores that surprise you.

Store is a mess, it smells disgusting, boxes everywhere, and the cashier working the noon shift is extremely rude, no customer service skills whatsoever.... needless to say, I should have listened to family and friends that no longer visit that store .... 1 start is actually too much of a credit for them !!!! Management needs to step up ....

Was not handicap accessible isles were to narrow and items were on the ground. Definitely not enough space for a wheelchair to go thru. However the staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

I love Family Dollar and usually go to the one thats closer to my home, but this was an unusual circumstance and I needed something from there asap. Upon entering this particular store I was appalled. This store was a complete mess. There were clothes and other items on the floor throughout the store. There was only 1 cashier open with about 7 of us in line. Absolutely horrendous. I will never stop at this location again, no matter how dire the need.

By far the WORST dollar store Ive ever been to in my life. If I could give it zero stars I would. This place should be SHUT DOWN. The floors look like they havent been washed in years, theres merchandise EVERYWHERE, all over the floors, everything is in the wrong isles, the shelves are a mess. NOTHING IS ORGANIZED. and to top it off all of the sales associates there are miserable, rude, and impatient, oh and can I add lazy?? Not only do they not clean up, there is one person cashing out and 3 other workers standing behind the desk talking, and they were talking trash about customers!! Very unprofessional! WARNING: Do not go here!!

I absolutely love this store I shop here all the time. It actually has stuff for your home that is very cheap that looks like you purchased it from Wal-Mart, Peir1, and it has A LOT of name brand items...cheap, cheap, cheap!! I live 3 mins away from it 5+stars all the way
