The kids and I love this place. Bagels are delicious and prices are right for the excellent product and service! We will continue to make NY Bagel our breakfast stop!

This place is great, they’ve chosen one thing and they do it well. Bagels have good chew and a crunchy, blistered surface. Spread and sandwich options are extensive, providing solid variety. Skip the low quality chain stores and visit these guys for breakfast or lunch.

Bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. Tons of cream cheese and bagel options to choose from. My personal favorite is the cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese (which is whipped and fluffy). Highly recommended for a quick breakfast bite and a coffee.

Definitely prefer bagel with cream cheese over a bagel sandwich but the bagels are to die for! I wish theyd upgrade their point of sale system so you dont have to sign a receipt in the drive through.

First, I used to get my bagels at the grocery store, but then I found that Dunkin Donuts were better. Still later, I was able to sample a bagel from NY bagel. WOW! I had NEVER tasted a bagel that was so amazing! So now, I consider it worthwhile to drive the 45 minutes (1- way), & get 2 dozen at a time, & freeze them. A quick 30 sec in the microwave is enough, then cut in half & toast. Incredible! Great with coffee in the morning.Be forewarned though- once U taste them, no other brand will do!!

Very good product dining room still closed only service through drivethru. Everything else has been open for sometime

LOVE THIS SPOT! I lived in New York just outside Manhattan for 6 years, and their name stands true, this is the closest thing to genuine New York bagels which are some of the best in the world! Service is fast and efficient, also consistent which is hard to come by these days. Get there early if you want to choose from their full selection, the best bagels always sell out quick!

Wont be going back here. Last 3 times bagels were NOT fresh...tasted like 3 day old stale bread...they were flat and hard....gross....I ended up throwing 8 bagels in the trash bcuz they were not edible...they dont have a rewards program like dartmouth....all set...Dartmouth location WAY better...

One of the better and authentic bagel places Ive enjoyed in a very long time. The variety was fresh and artisan, taking me to my 60s childhood. Their cream cheese selections are to die for to not distract you from the flavor of the bagel itself. This establishment also offered a variety of fresh made delie sandwiches and great coffee. Easy access right off of route 24!

I have yet to find a better bagel! Staff is friendly and order is always accurate.

25 different types of BAGELS I love them all! Always a bakers dozen . Great choices to choose from for cream cheese as well. My favorite is the blueberry but I think its way over priced at approximately $18LB. This is Fall River most of us cant afford that. It may be expensive due to the cost they buy it at. Just an FYI if you plan on ordering a dozen call ahead because they only have drive thru due to the pandemic. You will be spoken to at the window lol just saying. Ask for xtra freezer bags and if you get the garlic or works bagels ask to pit them in a separate bag because they will over power the others. You wanna taste what each one had to offer.

Absolutely the greatest just like the name implies I felt like I was back in New York their bagels are made fresh daily. They sell pizza bagels they have various different types of cream cheese from lox cream cheese to even their new one Oreo cream cheese. Their lox cream cheese spread is absolutely the best Ive ever tasted and I had that on a toasted onion bagel with a slice of red onion shall I say yummy good. The only thing that they dont have is this ex New Yorkers favorite chopped liver everything else is the best. So if you are an ex New Yorker like me or just visiting then this is the place for you.

All I have to say is sun dried tomato cream cheese. Worth every star. And then add fresh, delicious, amazing bagels, this place its worth every penny.

Ive been here many times and gotten bagels with scallion cc and thought it was a little pricey around $3.55. But today they were out of scallion so I got veggie instead, holy cow was it expensive! Just a bagel with veggie cc $4.70! Thats just ridiculous

Asked for 2 plain bagels and cream cheese ON THE SIDE. I got the complete opposite. I got 2 everything bagels. I came back to fix my order and they asked me to wait for it. SO I wait for my bagels and she comes out and gives me 2 plain bagels with cream cheese ON IT. Why???? I never get the cream cheese on it because they must not clean their knife when they use it on the bagels because it taste like onions and garlic, which is why I ASK FOR IT ON THE SIDE. And she has the nerve to give me an attitude about it. How ON EARTH IS 2 PLAIN BAGELS WITH CREAM CHEESE ON THE SIDE HARD TO COMPREHEND. HOWWWWWWWWWWW??

If customers can’t go into the shop, don’t put a limit on how many bagels you can get through the drive thru.... the limit is 5???? Big yikes. Do better.

Had a poppy seed bagel with horseradish chive cream cheese. Generous amount of cream cheese, nice chewy bagel. Superb. My kids had the chocolate chip bagels and we took home a half dozen. Many different bagel flavors and cream cheese spreads available. Fresh deli pickles available, too! Friendly, efficient staff.

The woman working the drive through was so rude, short with us and unkind. She was smaller with dark hair and tattoos. Terrible customer service. The food was amazing!! But she pretty much threw is our the window to us. If the food wasn’t so yummy we would probably never go back.

They have very large bagels and assorted kinds of cream cheeses. A nice place to sit and have breakfast. They have a drive thru area and the service is excellent. They serve very good tasting coffee here too.

A little expensive.Service fast cordial server was doing everything, from checkout to counter. Very efficient. Nice, clean atmosphere! Big variety of bagels and cream cheese. With a sandwich menu. Didnt care for the pizza bagel though, it was hard.

Their food is great and they have a huge assortment of cream cheese that they have fresh every day. The only thing keeping them from a 5 star review is how they warm up pizza bagels in the microwave making the texture chewy rather than crisp. Also when taking this item to go, they heat it in a styrofoam box in the microwave which isnt good for health. They can fix this by getting a small toaster oven which would persevere the taste and texture of the bagels and clear any negative ideas about health from microwaving styrofoam.

These ladies always make my morning better! They are on top of their game and get to all customers as quickly as possible. The bagels are so incredible compared to other drive thru breakfast places, and this has now become my go to spot in the morning even though it creates a longer commute. #SorryDunkinWeBreakinUp

Bought a variety of bagels for a brunch. I put the leftovers in the freezer and have been having those. Still great after being in the freezer.

Microwave bacon egg and cheese! If I wanted that I would go to dunkin donuts! Bagel is ok but mushy not crispy! Its tough finding decent bagels outside NYC!

Picked up half a dozen bagels for my elderly parents. Asked them if they could slice them for me.For a 50 cent charge they would gladly slice them...Holy Customer service...

Awful experience with a newer employee. Been a patron for years. Gave my order... Repeated 3 times!Then he cut himself and handled the food with same gloves. I told the staff to forget it. Sent an email to the management with ZERO response. Great product, but I will not return out of principle.

The bagels are fresh and the variety is amazing. I would recommend the sun-dried tomato bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese...Yum. The prices may seem high,but the price is worth it.

Always great food. Bagel and cream cheese selection is big. Asiago cheese bagels are so good. They just got cannolli cream cheese so Im pretty excited for that. Staff is efficient, even on busy days they get you through pretty fast. Orange cranberry muffins are great too!

I highly recommend NewYork Bagel Company in Fall River and Dartmouth, Massachusetts: Great spreads on well-made, tasty bagels. One of the only places that offers Nova lox in the area! Friendly staff. Best bagels in the region, but different from size and slightly different texture compared to actual NYC-area bagels.

I LOVE the blueberry cream cheese. Everyone is helpful & pleasant. They are also quick. I just wish a bagel wasnt nearly $5.

Good variety of bagels and spreads. Honey cinnamon pecan on a french toast bagel is my favorite so far but the bacon scallion cheddar on an onion bagel is good too.

I have a usual go to which is a cinnamon sugar bagel with honey cinnamon pecan cream cheese. Delicious as always.

The food is fantastic. The service is friendly. The only problem (and its a huge one) is that its wayyyy too expensive. Its over double similar bagel shops that have equivalent food. If youre in the mood for a good bagel and there isnt another bagel shop around it might be worth it to you.

The food was okay but I miss the Jim Dandy burger as it was an AWESOME!! Bring back the Jim Dandy (ive been missing it since they took it off the menu. The Jim Dandy was worth 100 stars.

Their bagels are wonderful...their customer service is not. They are not friendly, no smile, not welcoming, seem to be bothered by customers easily when they are busy. If they can work on their customer service it would be appreciated by all who visit.

The best bagels you will ever have. Also, the staff is always friendly and even when its busy, they work efficiently and never keep you waiting. I travel from Rhode Island to get there and its worth the trip!

Nice cheap coffee to get the morning going. Very local and cute. Come here on my way to BCC in the morning.Much quicker than going to Dunks. Its worth a try. I have had their bagels and muffins and they are extremly delish. The place also has a drive though.

Staff always makes me feel uncomfortable, they’re very impatient and rude. I prefer drive thru over going inside.

Friendly staff, over a dozen different bagels to pick from as well as over 10 different cream cheeses. Only down side, bagel had enough cream cheese for 4 more people. Good coffee, but no espresso.

Great bagels and choice of spreads. Too bad that it is 1400 miles from my home. I go there every time we visit the area.

Obviously they use the same knife when spreading the cream cheese because my plain bagel with PLAIN cream cheese had a ton of little garlic or onion or whatever in it and some little black pieces and it tasted dreadful!! So disappointed

Great bagels. The staff are not always that great though. From being rude to getting mixed up cream cheese in what you ordered ( we has a bunch of oreo cream cheese in our sundried tomato bagel - yikes) Their prices are on the expensive side. The store is clean-ish. There is plenty of room for improvement
