Terrible customer service no one’s friendly, you walk in they just stare at you till you tell someone why your in their store. Then I had my part thrown towards me on the counter. Not your friendly neighborhood parts store. Have had multiple instances where I received the wrong parts, their lack of interest in what you need and rushing you out they forget to ask important details so you have to come back twice.

These guys are the best in the city. They always have the part. Its not like the big box stores. These guys have knowledge about every vehicle and theyre not afraid of opening a book to help find that part. They definitely are much better then any kid from the big box stores who just go by what the computer tells them... These guys have knowledge and they use it collectively.

They usually have parts in stock that other parts stores dont, and usually at a better price.

Have a 2005 accord ex, went in for rear light bulbs and connectors, waited on by young man patient took time to give me proper bulbs & connectors with advice as to which go where. impressed with time spent with me for amount of $$ spent. also bought replacement key set here. this is my go to shop for auto parts. felt respected
