Went in and bought furniture several weeks ago. Waited for delivery. They called me four times to confirm date. Great! Yesterday they said between 8a-12p. Great! They promised to call one hour before arriving. Great! This morning at 9:27am they showed up without calling me at all!!! Then they starters demanding…Said if I couldn’t be to condo gate in five minutes they would leave. We tried our best. But ten min later when we arrived they were gone. Delivery driver wouldn’t take my calls or texts. When I called the R2G store the person hung up on me after I explained what happened. So I got in my car and drove to the store. Asked for store manager…she doesn’t speak English so I asked for someone who could.We have now been here half an hour and they are saying delivery in a week. We demanded a refund. And for some reason that apparently takes forever. They have literally been “working” on the refund for 30 min.We wanted to support our community and buy here. But I advise you to stay far far far away from this place. They don’t want your business. The people have an I don’t care attitude about everything.
