Store closes at 10 pm. Went there at 9.36 PM on weekend. It was closed. I saw two store personnels at the door when I passed by the store to park my car. They disappeared soon as I parked my car. Two more customers came after me and were frustrated by the same.

Have always had positive experiences at this CVS, but recently found out that it now caters to Hispanic customers. Don’t appreciate having to listen to Hispanic music while shopping. I and many other customers are different nationalities and each one has their own preferences. This is the most convenient but am considering switching to a different one.

I gave it one star but I would really have given it a zero. Pharmacist is extremely rude you asked a question and acts like youre disturbing him .Thats your job!Time for a change for sure. We go to many other CVSs and theyre very very polite.

Pharmacist are all rude. Always! No smile no customer service and I had a bad experience once that I wont even start to explain but involved her telling me a price and when I got there it was another.

The pharmacist was very rude I had a post-dated prescription in which no other pharmacies had a problem filling. It was also the 6th time I was using an RX written in that format and they had filled it for me 5 times prior and then all of a sudden gave me an issue this month, with no offer to help call my doctor or find a solution. I’ve had trouble with this pharmacy staff in the past but this was the last straw. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

They say they will send the results through a web site called MyChart. The website is a disaster, it gives all sorts of errors and it has bugs everywhere. This country is going down the tubes every day because of incompetent people. What a failure.

I bought one chap stick but the male cashier charged it as 2 chap sticks and I said no I only ordered one and he ignored me and I just left, won’t be bothered to come here again

I walked in and asked for assistance to find a body wash in shower lotion by dove or play and the male cashier told me he would help then rudely ignored me in the aisle and never came to assist me. By the time the other cashier (female) came over it was time for me to leave. This was my first worse shopping experience ever thanks to him. And I won’t be returning.

I made an appointment for immunization. And when I came to make a vaccine, pharmacist said that they don’t have a vaccine.( An appointment was for a week before vaccination). I was very disappointed. The staff was was impolite, indifferent and did not even apologize.

Cashier is clueless and lacks customer service, the red bulls have a special 2 for 5, every CVS i went to, its the same and i didnt need a card but here they charge you full price. I asked if she could give me the discount she said no.

This is my local pharmacy and I must say the service is excellent. The head pharmacist Omad is very courteous and explained everything I needed to know about the medication I received. Even if I moved further away I would still make the trip to this location.

My parents come here to get their prescription and I thought that I should do the same. But, when I got in and the girl was taking all of my information she told me that she didn’t know how to call for my insurance. I am a military spouse, for that reason I have a military card and the girl didn’t want to help me because she didn’t know. The girl who was taking my prescription told me to call .. I thought that this was her job and she’s telling me to call because she doesn’t know and her boss didn’t know either.I just found that extremely unprofessional.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. No knowledge of insurances. The pharmacists are extremely unprofessional and refuse to deal with insurances so they prefer for you to pay out of pocket. Or they will say come back later like they told me cause they were too busy.

CVS used to be my preferred pharmacy, not only they dont have the medicine you have to special order it, on top of that they are selling expired medicine, I was very frustrated on Saturday I had to take 2 trips to the store because the medicine I purchased was expired since 4 months ago and on top of the next one available was also going to expire in April. Make sure you check your medicine before you buy.

The pharmacy is really really unprofessional. My doctor called my medication 3 days ago and they still don’t have it filled. If it’s not one thing is another or they never have the medicine and they have to order it and takes forever. Horrible I will be changing to Walmart.

Today I showed up at cvs after a brutal root canal and used the pharmacy drive through. I was told they were a little backed up, fine I thought. I gave my phone number to the girl at the window and was told I would be texted when it was ready. I patiently waited 1:45 min half numb and throbbing, then decided to call to check. The prescription was ready and they knew nothing about my phone number. My number was again taken and I got a text message moments later while sitting at the drive through window. I will no longer be using this pharmacy. I dont tolerate incompetency and today was a mighty show of incompetence. PHARMACY FAILS

Friendly staff, clean lobby. But the restroom was disgusting. They ran out of hand soap so they had a bottle of liquid dishwashing soap on the sink. The walls inside of the stalls were dirty and the sink was dirty as well.
