I would not be doing business from this company. I bought items a year ago and with covid i realized that i would not be receiving my items. So i asked for a refund and when i contacted corporate no one would answer my calls or emails. This company is completely unprofessional and i will not be doing business with this company again.

Worse experience ever shopping for furniture.. waited 7 months for a couch I fully paid for and still couldnt tell me when I would get it.. went in the store and they told me I could put in a request for my money back and that could take up to a month and I would have to pay a restocking fee for something they never had in stock or get something from the store they had there in stock.. chose a couch they had there asked for a discount since Ive been getting the run around and been patiently waiting this long they told me no if they gave me one they would have to give everyone a discount thats been waiting.. the girl came in behind me.. low and behold they didnt know I knew her so after I left they ended up giving her a 25% discount on a couch she had to purchase in store.. finding that out I went back the following day to confront them over it and got the run around again.. long story short they say they want the couch I purchased back before they can process the request for my money back.. no.. why when I dont even know if Im going to even get my money back or instead only get store credit and have to purchase the couch I have again and pay yet another delivery fee.. so to all that read this dont go there.. definitely dont order anything through them

I was so please with Sarah and the service I received on 8/12/22 at Home Decor Outlet. I went in needing a 3 piece living room set and needing it delivered same day and they did it! Even getting the furniture from a different location. Not only was it a great price but It was delivered within an hour of making the purchase. I couldn’t believe they were able to make it happen. I am very grateful and would recommend this store to everyone.

If u could rate them no stars I would. I spent over 1100.00 on a full mattress set on 3/9/21 for my daughter. On 3/8/2021 the top part of the box spring fell in. All I want is to exchange for another box spring but I was told no in store refunds or exchanges. I was told I needed to fill out a claims form. I am in my forties and Ive never seen a claims form that is so difficult to fill out they offer a service for 30.00 for someone to come out and submit the claim for you. So while Im waiting to go through this process for a simply exchange my daughter is now without a bed. But Home Decor has my 1100.00 dollars and Im left with a claims form............

Nice staff, but the more involved I get with this company, the more they appear to be fraudulent. I had a layaway account. I found better furniture readily available for a lower price, I went back to Home Decor Outlet to seek a refund, waited for weeks only to be told that my request for a refund was denied and they would only give me store credit. OK, so I went with a living room table set, was told 6-8 weeks to get it. We have passed that and I still have no tables. I called to follow up and was told that they are hoping to get a shipment in a few weeks but there is no guarantee that my furniture would be on said truck. I asked for a number to speak to someone at corporate and when you push the button for an operator or for assistance, the automated system tells you to text for fast service, and I still have not heard back. Never knew of an actual business where you cannot speak to a real person. Buyers beware. Currently seeking options to get this situation handled.

Great customer service, products and pricing. Kept word about arrival of product. Unlike other places stock came in a timely manner and that’s important in this pandemic. When I was shopping store salesman was very knowledgeable and honest. Will be shopping at the Fairview Heights location for all my future furniture needs.

Great prices of matresses/ box springs. Sales person very knowledgable and accomodating except concerning matresses in bedroom didplays.

Visited here for the first time. There was only one person working who was busy with other customers. The lone employee never even acknowledged our presence. With limited selection and an employee who appeared to not care that my husband and I were there, needless to say, we wont be rushing for a return visit!

The cashier or showroom saleswoman was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me decide on bed in my price range. The gentleman in back who I assume is an merchandiser or mover helped load everything up. And I was on my way.

I went to home decor to purchase furniture back in no November 2020 while doing so I was told it may take just a little while for them to get the set I requested I was ok with that. It has been almost 6 months and I still haven’t received my living room set from them. Every time I call they give me an answer like oh it will be on next shipment I’ve been being told this since February!!!! They are very unprofessional and I would recommend no one go there to purchase anything

I purchased a mattress and box spring at a reasonable price I thought the delivery guy was going to set it up for me that was my intentions when I went into the store so glad I had someone to help me if I would of known that from the beginning I would of had someone to pick it up for me and saved my money for delivery

Bought a coffee color couch, chair and ottoman set from here. Within 2 months the surface of the couch arm rest began to peel leaving the inner fabric exposed which is very messy. Entire couch arm rests, and pillows have peeled off completely over the course of a year. Have to vacuum the carpet daily because of so much loose debris from the couch. I have complained, but they will only give store credit with receipt showing we have donated to Goodwilll. Even Goodwill has standards. Please look at the pictures. I felt I needed to share this experience so you dont have to.It may say its only one picture attached but there are 8 (EIGHT) pictures to view

Horrible place. Bought a recliner and couch in June. Waited a couple of weeks to get them. This morning the 3 month old recliner broke. Stopped by the store and was told that I have to bring it in to be repaired. I told them Ill just take my money back. He said we dont do that. I recommend everyone to steer clear of this business. BBB will be my next phone call. Hope this helps.

I had such an amazing experience here. We bought a living room set about 3 years ago from home decor. The customer service then was great. They worked with us and helped us get the best deal possible. 3 years later, the leather couch ripped, and was just getting the normal wear and tear from having kids and pets. We contacted the insurance, and after a few weeks we were told since they could not fix our furniture, as the parts are no longer available, they gave us a store credit to get a new set. We went to the store to use our credit, and once again, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Worked out a great deal, answered all of our questions, and we walked away with another beautiful living room set. We will definitely be going back again for more furniture when the time comes.

Horrible worker named Eric and horrible corporate customer service! Wanted my money back from a order placed right before lockdown in March! Store just reopened in June and they told me I only had 10 days to get a refund.(They were closed for 3 months) and corporate said they can only give me a store credit for furniture I no longer need!

Went to the fairview location looking for bedding. Ms Becky was awesome in helping me decide what was best for me and my home. Store was neatly laid out and everything was easy to find. First time visit but definitely coming back for future purchases.

Just to be fair this was my first time buying furniture from them. The quality of thier furniture is pretty good but that wasnt my issue. My issue was when it was time to receive my order they first told my wife it would take a day or two to get all of the pieces in so we had to wait when they told her that it had arrived we went to go pay it off and set up a delivery date when making the final payment they told us that all of the pieces werent there yet. So disappointed.

But I didnt back out since I was already $900 into my purchase, so now its paid off and its delivered and set up Im just as happy with my selection today as I was then... When buying furniture you get what you paid for if you spend a little youll get a piece of furniture that will last a little while, the more you spend the better your quality.
