My van was banged up in auto accident. Perfect Finish lived up to their name and straightened doors, painted and did an excellent job on the repairs required. I was made aware of job being done, how it was progressing and generally given excellent petsonal service. This is a auto/body shop that knows their trade! If you want your vehicle to look its best then Perfect Finish is the professional shop to have the work done.

My overall experience was horrible. Customer service was horrible. I constantly had to reach out to them with bare minimum feedback. I felt like I would constantly have to reach out to them and they made me feel like I was being an inconvenience for asking questions. Even though I’ve already paid for my services but my part was on back order for over 3 months. Which I had to constantly follow up on and even that went unanswered for days.

I needed my bumper repair from a rear end hit. I was expecting a week or so to get my car back but it was only a 3 days! And it looks great!

We have been taking our cars there for years. As the name says Perfect Finish. I am always happy with the work.

If I Could Give Them -5, I would. Upon entering, I interacted with a large (weight not length) caucasian guy with blue eyes. He was quite rude and extremely unmannered while communicating with me. Everything for my car is on my phone due to the other persons insurance company. He all but called me an idiot for not having the physical insurance estimate. Once again all this is on my phone. Worse customer service ever. Insurance Claim=Guaranteed Money. To live in this community and be treated in such a manner is offensive and uncalled for. My 3 cars and I will find somewhere with better worker standards.

The day I was picking my truck up when the repairs were finished I was on a time crunch to get my daughter back home after a weekend visit and Steve let me leave my rental car there and he returned it to Enterprise for me! Great experience here. I highly recommend this auto shop. They do excellent work and are super friendly. The owner Steve came in on a Saturday morning just so I could pick up my car for my convenience.

My insurance told me to take my car into Perfect Finish after a fender bender. I had really great interactions with all of the staff from start to finish and they were respectful. After picking up my vehicle, I took my car to another local place for routine oil change and to rotate my tires. They called me and said my battery was leaking. I told them I had just got maintenance done so I would not be buying a new battery. I wanted to take it back to Perfect Finish to see if it from the accident. When I got to PF the next morning, Steve walked in and asked, Where did you take it? I think they were trying to sell you a battery. It is not leaking. Everyone had already been very kind and accommodating. They helped set with up with my car rental. Ill definitely be coming back here for all of my car maintenance. I interacted with Nick, Tony, and Steve throughout. I certainly trust them.

TL;DR - Work was excellent, people were courteous...don’t leave -anything- in your car.Recently had my car repaired there at the recommendation of my insurance company after an accident. After 3 weeks (one week longer than the original estimate), I got my car back. The work done on it was exceptional, no doubt about that. And the people with whom I dealt were pleasant enough. There’s just the small factor of several personal items that were in my car (which was towed while I was at work) weren’t there when I got it back. Maybe $120 worth of stuff, not a huge loss...but the fact it happened at all irritates me. And of course “no one saw it in there”, because whoever took it isn’t gonna just jump out and say “You got me!” They had my car for three weeks; I’ve already just written it off as a loss since there’s no way to single out who took it. I just feel others should be aware and prepare accordingly.

I was referred via Jack Schmitt Chevrolet to Perfect Finish following a collision. While I never physically went to Perfect Finish, my phone interactions with David were fantastic. They worked very closely with my insurance and kept me updated with the process every step of the way. I especially appreciated that they werent overly eager to collect my payment until they knew for sure that they were the party that needed to collect it. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely recommend having your vehicle serviced here. Steve and his manager Tony kept in touch while my truck was being repaired from accident. Im from Michigan which is 10 hrs away, so phone or texting was my only option. They were knowledgeable and polite. To take the time to connect with me assured me they were going to do a great job. This review is for work I had done here six months ago. I had damage from the rear driver side panel to the driver side door. But now it’s as good as new with no signs of work or damage. Everything was taken care of through my insurance. Although it took a little longer than expected, I can’t argue with the result.

I scratched my car pretty badly and was told that I would probably have to get a 400 to seven hundred dollar paint job to remove the multiple deep scratches on my car. However, they took it back, buffed it out, and put a clear coat over it. The scratches virtually disappeared. I was very pleased with their fast and professional service!

I cant give them a 5 star yet until we have the car for about a week after getting repaired yesterday just to make sure the car is properly repaired but this was very quick service and they washed the car. The car was spotless.

Very bad consumer service. Entered the building everyone sitting down at there computers talking to each other. No one asked me of I needed help or anything. Once they got finished talking to each other they asked me if I needed help. They were more concerned if my repairs was going through a insurance claim they anything. Not a place O would want to spend my money.
