Very friendly and quick staff. They set you inside your office with snacks and drinks with a timer on how long your car is gonna take with a discount if they go over the limit. Would reccomend to anyone just for their mannerisms alone

I usually get my oil changed here bc they are so very nice. Last time I had my oil changed I took my car somewhere else. Before too long the car was giving me a message that I needed an oil change. So today I took the car back to Grease Monkey and they checked it out. The oil change indicator had not been reset. They saw that I had at least 2000 miles left before I needed a change. They very generously topped off my oil put a new sticker and handed me my keys. They are great here and I will not take my car anywhere else! Thanks so much!

Took my jeep there for a radiator flush. They were very nice and the wait room is clean and has complimentary drinks available. It is an old jeep and they made sure the flush was done properly and the new coolant was clear. They even cleaned my windshield for me since it was so filthy. 😂 Thanks for everything guys!

This place is wonderful!!! Before I could even close the door to my vehicle, the service technician was right there! He was friendly, told me what options were available, and mentioned that there are refreshments in the lobby. No more than 20 minutes later, my oil was changed, and I was back on the road. The service is fast, friendly, reasonably priced, and they do a great job!!! This is the place that will be getting all of my business when it comes to things like oil changes!!!

Affordable prices, friendly staff, quick service, convenient location off of Fairmont Avenue. I was able to drop vehicle off and come back later to pick it up. I had my transmission serviced and power steering flushed. My car runs great now.

They only allow two people at a time in their waiting room so might need to wait in your car for a bit

Went in for full service oil change and had air filter replaced. Shortly after leaving service engine light came on car started missing I replaced plugs car still missed bought MAF sensor replaced and found they didnt tighten clamp where air filter assembly meets throttle body, and that was my problem.

I give them a start because they do have nice staff other then that thats all they have. Everything is way over priced. $70 for an oil change when you can buy the exact same product from Walmart for $30. So there charging $40 dollars for 10 minutes of labor witch is Ridiculous! Never going back I wouldnt recommend anyone going unless youre willing to give money away

They got the work done as quickly as possible.

16 minutes to change my oil, rotate my tires and top off all of my fluids. They vacuumed the floors and cleaned my windows. They went above and beyond! I will be a returning customer. I used a $5 off oil change coupon from the website, cheaper than other shops for my car by about $15!

I will recommend this place to eveyone. First the service is quicker than at Urse Dodge, they fill all the fluids (windshield washer) if they are low and they are cheaper than Urse Dodge. Just saying better quality thats less on billfold. Good Job guys.

Fast and thorough service.

Went in today for a pre trip oil change. Synthetic oil is pricey but standard for this car and a good choice. They correctly identified dirty engine and cabin air filters and I OKd the change. They were so good I prompted them to change a high beam bulb that I knew was bad. All this while I was in a hurry. I will take car back for inspection in November. Those quoting lower prices elsewhere should go for the cheaper service. Worth every penny. This was my first visit.

Very friendly staff everyone was nice and it is a very clean facility with a waiting room with drinks and free wi-fi very comfortable... slightly more expensive than Monroe but much better quality and staff. Only issue I had was that on my receipt they say that they vacuum the interior of car but it was clearly not touched. I was only in for a small fix and interior was in no way part of my issue so it not being vacuumed didnt concern me I just dont understand why I was told it was done.
