I will update after corporate emails me back. As of now I wouldnt suggest for anyone to go there when we have so many auto part stores in the area. If corporate fixes and makes everything how it should have been then I will update my review and give a more accurate score. As of now it is more then accurate and fair

Purchased a starter for my 98 jeep grand cherokee in April 2021. A Duralast starter that the manager in April described as better quality then valuecraft, and stated it came with a lifetime warranty.So today Sept. 4th 2021 I need to replace the starter 5 months later and the manager tried to give me the run around about replacing it. He did reluctantly suggesting that it was other issues, and tried to actually get me to purchase other parts to which I refused. It was the starter, the new starter is working fine for now. I sure hope no one reading this review goes through the Hassel of returning parts like I did. I PROMISE I WILL NO LONGER BE DEALING WITH AUTOZONE. Other parts stores seem to not have personel issues like this.

Maybe not the most knowledgeable but definitely the friendliest and most helpful people you can meet at a parts store.

Make sure you know exactly what you need because they usually end up giving you the wrong part but other than that the employees are very nice and try to be helpful too

Went in and was ignored by the men. Being a woman that can work on cars, I get VERY upset to get IGNORED. Walked into the store. Stood at the counter for help. One lady was working a cash drawer at the other end of the store. I register down from me was a younger guy around 25 or so. He helped the man in front of me. Then he went to check out the only other person in the store (who WAS in front of me). People started coming in, and started shopping. This guy walked over to do something, and when he returned there was a line where he just came from. He proceeded to not say a word to me and checked out the other men. I spoke up and asked him why I was waiting ..... HE IGNORED ME. I thought, MAYBE he didnt hear me, while he was standing about 7 feet away. So, I waited a few seconds. Then, he had to go out into the store to get something for one of his customers.... and when he walked out he was less than 3 feet from me. So close I could have touched him. I said Excuse me! I need to ask you.... HE KEPT WALKING!!!! I am loud spoken. I was getting upset he was ignoring me, so yeah, I spoke LOUD. I WAVED AT HIM. Unless he was blind AND deaf it would have been impossible to not see or hear me, I mean, come on... This display was sooooooo extravagant that the lady on the register at the other end of the store, finally asked her customers to wait, and she came down and helped us. I was inside there for 30 minutes! There were 3 people ahead of me, 5 people came in after me. When I left there was 1 person left. The lady only spoke to me for less than 5 minutes and I was DONE! HORRIBLE SERVICE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT GO THERE! I know I NEVER will.

My Husband Buys Alot from AutoZone. They usually Always have what he needs. If Not, they get it there quickly.

This is one of my favorite places for tools and parts. That offer free battery testing and installs as well as free OBDII port scanning. They also have an awesome rewards plan and a tool loan program.

Worst place ever they dont know how to get out of a wet plastic bag no less no how to work on a car they even mess up looking on the computer no less matching the numbers up and bringing you the right part.... ADVANCE AUTO IS THE BEST THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEIR TALKING ABOUT

Most of the employees are great however there is 2 that make that keep me from giving it 5 stars. One was a younger gentleman who acted like I was inconveniencing him and just wasnt polite at all. The other was an older woman who rushed me out 15 min before they closed and couldnt be bothered to help. But every other time I go makes up for those two.

Excellent staff, good quality merchandise however the prices are rather high for what you’re getting. They keep the place clean and stocked as well which is nice.

I was traveling through West Virginia from Arizona. Stopped at rest stop and car wouldn’t start. Received jumpstart and made way to Faimount Autozone. Rodger helped me with new battery and told me the dead battery was under full warranty. What a great surprise. Josh pulled the old and replaced with the new one and I was on my way in 15-20 minutes. What a great experience from two exceptional people!!!!!

Keep giving me the wrong parts. Then when I take them back with the receipt, I find out that they rang up something different yet. What a bunch of morons. Eventually I get the right parts at no extra cost, but only after 2 or 3 trips back and waste half a day.
