We went here because they had relatively good reviews, my husbands experience was not good. He received new lenses for his glasses and quickly learned the new prescription was not right. In fact he could now see better without glasses than with them. We have it a few days to be sure and then called them. They said bring them back, which we did. The person looked up his OLD prescription and said this one was considerably weaker - makes no sense. So she set up a re-examination for the first available appointment, 4 days later. We showed up right on time, only to be told we had no appointment and the doctor was completely booked! The next week we were going out of town so this now meant we had to wait 10 days for a new appointment. On the next appointment, he says the doctor was in a big hurry, not giving him adequate time to compare the pictures they flash up asking which is more clear. She said his exam this time showed different results as the one 3 weeks ago and wrote a new prescription, but rather rudely said his answers were inconsistent and that if the new one doesnt work, he should consult an ophthalmologist about cataracts. Now almost a month with glasses he cant see out of, we are waiting, again, for new lenses. We will NEVER use this location again.

Broke my glasses, went in there to get some new frames since that is where I usually go for my contacts and glasses, the girl told me I had to make an appointment for later date to try on glasses that she was there by her self. Just don’t think I’m going to go there anymore.

We have been seeing Dr. Moore since we moved to the area over 10 years ago. She is the best and very personable. Its like family. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my optometry care.
