I cant say enough great things about our experience working with Stone Design. The selection of granite was great, the price was fair, and the final product is beautiful. I also really appreciated how quickly Kim responded to my emails and the professionalism and courtesy of the installers. Highly recommend!

Katie and Kim great to work with. I replaced laminate countertops with granite and was pleased with how easy and quick the process was. Replaced two bowl stainless steel sink with single sink and was very happy to get excellent guidance on color of sink . Counter tops look great.

I am so happy to have hired Stone Design for the recent installation of our new quartz counters and full height backsplash. They did excellent work, on-time and left my home as clean as they found it. Our backsplash required very intricate notching, which they completed perfectly. The team was even considerate enough to wear socks during the final install since our floors had just been refinished...talk about going the extra mile! The owner, Osmin, and Kim, in the office, made the entire process easy and seamless. Highly recommend!!!

Very professional people worked in the office, was very patient with me in picking out my counter top. I felt they were responsible priced. The installers were very professional and layed down protective covers on my floors as well. Would differently recommend them to anyone looking for now counter tops.

I drove 40 minutes one way on a Saturday to pick out a granite countertop. I made the drive after calling first but no one answered, so I assumed they were busy since the voice message said they were open. I arrived and they were closed. Thanks for stealing more than an hour of my life, Stone Design.

Definitely would not use Stone Design LLC for countertops again. After trying to explain to the installers that our sink was not cut properly, they installed anyway which caused a lot of tear out/scuffing of walls. We bought a brand new sink for our kitchen and were told to bring the entire sink (NIB) with contents to the shop. My husband and I looked through the box prior to taking the sink over to Stone Design LLC and saw all -contents, which included cleaning towels and plumbing required for installation. During installation I saw this very same box in our driveway with energy drinks and trash in it. Before the installers left I asked for the contents of the box as we needed the plumber to use this the next day to connect sink. We were told there was nothing in the box except the sink. After calling the office we were told the same thing, there was nothing in the box except the sink. I sent Stone LLC the Amazon description of the sink listing all plumbing included and they still insisted the box had been delivered with only a sink (when my husband and I saw with our own eyes the content of the box prior to taking it to their shop). At some point it is wise for a business to admit their wrongdoing and not tell the customer they are wrong. I ended up having to purchase all the plumbing adapters again out of my pocket. Stone Design will lead you to believe they offered to replace the plumbing adapters, but that is an untruth. At NO time did Stone Design admit that the contents of the box had been lost - they consistently told me that there was nothing in the box when it came to their shop other than the sink. Again, at some point you have to say you screwed up and apologize instead of insinuating your customer is not telling the truth. IF they had admitted that the contents had inadvertently been thrown away and offered to replace them, I wouldnt be writing this review and I wouldnt have had to send them the Amazon description of contents.

We were looking to replace our 19yr old kitchen counter top and finally decided on Stone Design. From the start the costumer care was unbelievably positive. The attention to detail by Kim and Katie deserve a 5star+ rating.Maybe the best we ever experienced. Highly recommend Stone Design.

Needed a remnant piece of granite for a pantry countertop that looked nice, but was inexpensive. Stone Design was great to work with, as they showed up on time (or early). I plan to use them again during my bathroom remodel next year. I would highly recommend.

We recently moved into a house that had a single bowl kitchen sink. We wanted to install a double bowl sink in its place. This was a very difficult installation due to the dimensions of the previous single bowl and alterations necessary to accommodate the new double bowl.I doubt any other granite contractor could have accomplished what Stone Design did.Five Stars!!!

Stone Design was excellent to work with on my kitchen. Kim and Katie were very patient, kind, and helpful throughout the process. This was our first kitchen remodel. Katie helped with design and guided us as through may options and re-directions as changes occured. Finally, Stone Design was reasonably priced compared to other companies. I highly recommend them

Great experience! Kim at Stone Design was so helpful and quickly responded to all my questions. My install was scheduled within just a couple weeks after I picked out my material. The guys tore out and hauled away my old countertops, unhooked the plumbing, and installed my beautiful new granite in just a couple of hours. A plumber came back and hooked my plumbing back up so I did not have to worry about anything! Very satisfied with my purchase!

I am extremely happy with not just the product, but also the service too. I didn’t expect such large granite pieces to be installed with NO seams! Their “entry level” pieces certainly don’t look entry level in beauty and quality. I get tons of compliments on my countertops (and I do show them off quite proudly)!It’s not just my kitchen they’ve worked on. As a cabinet painting company/owner, I have been recommending Stone Design for the past 5 years. I’ve never heard anything but great things from my own customers!

I manage a hotel in Sharonville and needed a sneeze guard added to my buffet. The architect that had done some work for us recommended Stone Design. They did a fantastic job. They were very responsive and detailed. I was SO impressed with their work I decided to have them do my kitchen and bath. They gave me a fair price and did an amazing job. Osmin, Kim, Katie, and everyone else were great to work with. They worked around my schedule and completed the job quickly after I chose the granite that I wanted. I will have them do more work for me in the future.

Stone Design purchased the company we had used for our kitchen granite a while back. We had a huge crack develop in a place it should not have been cracking and needed to have a large slab replaced. Osmin returned our call right away, set up an appointment within 24 hours, found a good match, and replaced the piece. Even though he was not the owner at the point of purchase for us, Osmin showed much integrity by replacing the granite and making it right. I would definitely recommend Stone Design!

Another great project completed with Stone Design LLC. Cant wait to get the faucets installed on my new bathroom vanity tops! They also touched up a couple of nicks in my kitchen counter that they installed 10+ years ago and resealed it for me. Terrific customer service from helping me choose the granite and look in the showroom to the measure and install teams. I would work with them again!!
