I arrived at 2am just got off work needed allergy pills really bad....the sign on the door said please use window I rang the window bell and the clerk said “I’m on lunch I can’t help you right now “ why not put a sign that says on lunch??? The morning shift is great the night shift is not!

Not a bad place but the employees need to wear there masks properly!

Lady with the braids who work early morning shift is rude and horrible service and she smokes in the store

Poor service does not serve a customer well they are discriminatory for not speaking English and asking for something whenever they could understand

What Bad customer service. There were 3 elderly woman cashiers working all at the same time at Loop. One customer in line was asking for pricing assistance. The woman pointed and announced the pricing. Obviously the customer did not know what they were referring to. The woman cashier stamped over to the cooler and rudely pointed to the price as if the customer should know this information and Not ask for assistance.The cashier then called over the 2 other elderly gabby woman cashiers and they all began reprimanding the customer verbally in front of the others waiting in line. I am surprised the customer even bought the item.This is not customer service. This is a group of older ladies trying to hold a job after all these years and disciplining the customer.If I had a choice, I would go to another convenience store, or at least hope Loop would get better workers. Of course, it seems obvious they could not find any help besides this group of gabby, old women. I was ashamed to witness this scene.

Great selection of bottled drinks, walk-in beer cooler, and even FroYo. Nice addition to the convenience store line-up.

Wonderful atmosphere, charming staff, excellent coffee

Was very impressed with the customer service and the clean restrooms. Find a wide variety of snacks and drinks that i can only find in a Whole foods or a Trader Joes. Coffee was freshly made also

Nice store berry clean and the cashiers r berry friendly...

Service was very rude; whole experience highly unwelcoming.
