I dropped my phone off an hour before the store closed expecting to pick it up the day after and The Tech Team was able to get it to in thirty minutes. When they accidentally undercharged me they insisted it was fine. I highly recommend The Tech Team.

Would not recommend getting a screen replacement from them. They use cheap screens but charge nearly $400 for it.The first screen lasted less than a month before it stopped working. We were frustrated but decided to give them a second try because the employees seemed genuinely pleasant and willing to listen. They explained they couldn’t cover the replacement fee because we couldn’t prove it was their fault. I agreed (unfortunately) to pay another $400 for them to replace the screen once again. It has now been another month and the screen has stopped working.For the amount we’ve spent on replacing it, we could’ve just bought a brand new phone instead. We won’t be doing business here again and strongly advise you consider other options for screen replacements.Edited to add — the phone in question is my partner’s and the file is under his name. I’m writing this review on his behalf. We went to the TechTeam in Fairfield on Black Rock Turnpike.

Great customer service hands down. There has not been a time that I have not been blown away by my experience with the Tech Team. My phone took a really bad fall and I brought it to Awais and he took care of it. It came out great! Often time in the past I have brought my phone other places. After getting fixed they would ALWAYS glitch out with in a few weeks. I have never had that issue with the Tech Team. I also love the fact that they always have the latest accessories and protection for my devices. I picked up a case from the Tech team, my GF loved it for her IPhone 11. Had my laptop broken during the pandemic and when the malls/Apple stores were closed. They were super responsive and helpful, got my laptop back in two days in the best shape possible! Way better than going to the Apple store and waiting weeks. Highly recommend!!

Usually Im very nervous going to any electronic repair store. I fear the service charge would have a similar cost of buying a new one. But Im glad I decided to give this place a shot. The experience actually blows my mind. The staff was very professional and honest. Esp Ramzan he was so friendly and approaches me with a smile. He asked me a few questions and Im pretty sure he noticed that I was not so great with technology. He took his time explaining what the issue was and only fixed what truely needed to be fixed....4 months have passed and my 3 year old phone still going strong. Thanks for great service, hope I dont have to come back anytime soon, but definitely recommend to others.

I was going out of town the next day and needed to get my phone fixed immediately. The whole top left side of my screen was unusable. My LCD was shot and my screen was cracked all over. I’m not usually the person to write a review but I feel this is required of me. I had my iPhone cracked screen fixed by the tech team and while it functioned properly most of the time I began to notice that it wasn’t clicking properly or easily from time to time. I took it to another shop just to get a second opinion and discovered the screen on my phone was not of the quality that matched the price I was charged and several screws were missing or loose. It’s very shameful to give a new business a try and find out their integrity and work behind closed doors (I could not see my phone being repaired) doesn’t match the service they gave us which actually seemed professional. I will be returning with the parts I had to pay someone else to remove and requesting a refund and will update the public with the results of this.

Had 2 iPads batteries replaced and the screen on one. Service was fast and friendly and the price I paid was more than reasonable for the services, I went in there thinking Id be out of 2 iPads but they told me all that it needed was a simple battery replacement, and I asked them if they could change the screen on one cause I dropped it a while back... But Im in no way tech savvy and honestly would have bought anything they told me I needed, but they didnt over sell anything and only had me buy what I ABSOLUTELY needed. I recommend them for any repair phone,tablet laptop or computer and I plan on using them for all of my future tech repair needs
