This location is always nice and clean and well organized. Unless its right before Halloween :) Good selection of party supplies for any occasion. Balloon Station. Parking is shared with shop rite so can be difficult to park in the front.

Went to go get a costume tonight and it looked like the store was looted. Costumes all over the floor everything open. store was a complete mess. Went at 10 pm and heard an employee say just wait till closing to restock meanwhile there was nothing left. Why he open then? Countless employees just walking around the costumes on the floor and not even picking them up. Terrible experience said online they were in stock and employees said they couldn’t get it for us. Terrible experience dirty and seemed like no one was working here do not come here. Waste of time disappointment of a store. How is this place even open?

Ive been delivering for a company for about a month and a half, going to party city and has been very easy. I went there on Sunday. It started off that there was an issue opening up by the manager, then not many orders had been filled yet. I picked up my first order and told them Id be back for the other order that was on top to be blown up. I returned and a woman who was holding the order paperwork was very rude and said to the employee that I had to wait when no one was waiting, for balloons to be picked up. A gentleman that was there my first visit said he tried calling for over an hour and no answer so he drove down. I was there Saturday and it was much busier and no issues. Sunday was just a show

I love this store. One stop and done for all your party needs. They even deliver balloons the day of. That worked out great for me,because everyone knows, the day of an event is always crazy. One less errand to run.

I had an order that was supposed to be picked up at 3:00. Got to the store at 3:00 the balloons weren’t blown up, they order wasn’t ready, took the employees five minutes to even find my order. Once they found the order the employees at the ballon station were joking around with each other not blowing up the balloons. It took them a very long time to blow up 15 balloons

Horrible experience. Horrible. They completely messed up a very simple order for a balloon tree. Very little stock, blamed on “graduation” from over a month ago. Felt like what it would be to shop at a place in a third world country. Won’t be returning to this Party City location ever again. Save you time and choose elsewhere.

Messed up the balloon order for our babys first (11am). Said they were ubering balloons. Balloons showed up at 3 after the party. Suggest getting your own balloons as they arent reliable.

They are very unprofessional and disorganized. The associate seemed lost and confused about where my balloons was. They never got delivered to my daughters sweet sixteen party. I was highly upset because they were part of the decorations at my daughters party. So the party wasnt as I had visioned it to be.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready in 2hrs, but it wasn’t ready until the next day. When I went to the store to pick it up, I used the tracking link PC sends you to alert the store you are on your way. Once I arrived, I notified through the link that I was there, and I inserted the description of my car and where I was parked. I waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came out with my order. The other option is to call the store to tell them you’ve arrived, but it was a busy signal every time I dialed, so I had to go into the store. The first person I spoke to took my name and went to the back to look for my order, but came back empty handed and told me to go to register 6 where I had to wait to speak to another associate who then came and took my name and order number, and then came back out with my order. I might as well have just gone to the store, grabbed the product off the shelf and paid for it at the register and it would’ve been a better experience. Also there were cars parked in every curbside pickup spot and no drivers inside, so basically if you have to go to this store, save yourself the headache and don’t do curbside pickup.

I am so disappointed and upset with this party city in Fairfield, CT because you guys told me if I wanted to have my balloons 🎈 in the air for more than 7 hours and one ballon is already down on the ground. Is it me or is it always painful to checkout. The manager says it’s always busy on saturdays but then why do they have one person in front of store despite four registers. Manager herself said it’s always like this. Just makes no sense.

Lots of merchandise but didnt find all I was looking for. Color coordinated displays are helpful. Appreciated the big selection of plastic dinnerware, if a bit expensive. Balloons are great!

Uniformed Front Staff told me they didnt have compact florescent blacklight bulbs if not in Aisle 1 despite online saying 9 in stock. Young kid in back helped me find them in last aisle on top, we stocked the shelf together. Lisa, who was manager here used to make this store amazing but no longer...

Its 4:50 pm. So far what Im glad to say is I found what I need and no one was rude but need some more people to work here. As soon as I walked in probably what feels like half hour to 4t minutes ago 3 people have asked if I work here. Im hiding in the bathroom. I raced here. It took me forever to find someone and get help on figuring out how to find it. Its way too loud here and overwhelming and overstimulating. I dont like all the decorations being on all the time. Its too much. Craziness.

Has almost everything. However I could not find anything for a baptism without a cross. And I think if you added a small pretty section of decorations and supplies for baptisms for LDS or other religions or people who dont want the cross but something else youd hot a wider audience.

Its a very busy store during weekends/holidays so long line is a norm. For my daughters birthday, I waited for almost an hour just to fill two balloons because its a busy Saturday. Finally, one (managerial) employee intervened and asked another employee to fill mine first.Today, I went to pick up an online order and the staff couldnt find the item. She went on to fill the balloons (without telling me what is going on). I just assumed someone else was looking for the order for me. After 5 minutes of balloon task, she went to find the order again (I could see her every move) and magically found the order with some ridiculous excuse about the label. I rushed home.In the middle of night, I found the items were incorrect: instead of 20-piece kit it is a 14-piece kit. As another reviewer mentioned, there is no designated cashier for online pickup. So the most efficient way would be go the the store during a weekday morning to locate the item(s) myself.

Didnt have pre-ordered birthday balloons ready. Employees didnt seemed concerned about preparing the balloons in a timely manner and consequently we were late my 4 year old nephews birthday party.

Horrible experience. I usually go to party city in Norwalk but I was trying somewhere new. Boy was I wrong! I should’ve stayed with Norwalk party city because the customer Service from staff and managers are the worst I’ve encountered in a while. Only one associate Tyrone is trying his best to help however they can’t even find my order, still waiting 30 minutes later.

Wow just wow.. this was probably the worst experience of my life. First I was trying to get a Star lord costume then I had to wait in a long line to find it wasnt available. So we tried the kids large then I had to wait in a long line to find out they didnt have my size. Then I tried a clown costume then I had to wait in a long line to find it wasnt available. Then I tried both a Micheal Myers kids large and adult small and guess what.. then I had to wait in a long line to find it wasnt available. The thing was I ordered online thinking wow this was such a good idea realizing that when I picked up the order they said that they canceled our order when we got no email.. oh yea we also had to wait forty minutes for him to come back and actually say that and we he just showed us the costume I ordered but was missing the mask and one glove.. surprising. After asking for another Star-lord he gave us a different one then I actually asked for and I just sucked it up because this store was so bad and I wasnt going to get another costume. We then went to the SLOW checkout place where we had to wait 30 mins just to get our things checked out. The line went from the front to the back of the store and the cashiers were terrible at their job and really slow. Honestly the costume he actually gave me was missing some stuff but either way just go to your local halloween spirit store or some other place because this place is absolutely terrible. Please dont go and give them money so they can scam other people because I would love to see this place close down do the lack of business

Ordered online for store pickup. Online and in the store touts follow the sign for online ordering. Get to the store and they want you to stand in the line for all customers. Why over the convenience if youre not going to provide it.

The worst curbside pickup is not really curbside pick up you have to go inside and wait in line. The line was all the way to the back of the store. After waiting in line they still dont know where your order is and cant find it. Lots of people working and no one really doing anything.

Awful managers. I had a manager help me out her name is Marilyn, she is just awful has a horrible attitude very rude to me and my family provided no help at all.

Reviewing my receipt I noticed I was charged 2x for a 14.99 item. I returned to the store the following day (today) I explained the over charge and was credited 13.95. When I asked why I wasnt being credited for the full 14.99 item that I charged I was told the only way I could be credited the full 1499 was to bring all my items I purchased that day back into the store so they can scan them all so that the $10 off $50 more coupon coupon would recalculate . My full bill was $75.00!! Im not happy Party City. You over billed me and under credited me. and if you really needed to scan all the items to credit me the correct amount of the over charge - you have shelves full of these items! You could have grabbed them off the shelf instead of expecting me to bring them all back and return to the store for a 3rd time!! Keep the change Party City. I work full-time and care for my special needs child I dont have time to come back!

Horrible customer service! Drove an hour to get a costume, employee didnt care couldnt be bothered to find the costume that they had 4 of according to online. Said backroom wasnt organized and wasnt going to go thru the boxes so I would have to call in a week to see if they found it. And stores wonder why they are going out of business because of Amazon.

As the name discribe its for party time. Birthday or anniversary you can buy decoration and other accessories for party. Its a seasonal store which change its inventory as the season ends.

A variety of items but isles were unlabeled. The building was uncomfortable cold. And it was a long line at check out. Not too many registers open.

No associates in the aisles, 2 separate visits where online said they had it in store but the store didnt actually have it. Very frustrating pickup in store process.
