I’ve been occasionally visiting this business the past year for air pressure updates on my car and they have immediately assisted me so when I needed new tires I purchased them here the workers are kind professional and very attentive! They offered me several options and once decided were courteous and very efficient! I highly recommend this business located in Fairfield Ohio.

Best place for auto repair and tire replacement. Clean, affordable in price and knowledgeable in car. What I can say and affirm is that I went there with $ 2200 estimate, from a local dealership, and came out satisfied with a couple hundreds $ bill in repair and saving of dozen hundreds $ . I can not say more because I gave you a reason to trust them.

The price with my coupon was good and the services done were good. However, I didnt appreciate that I was surprised with a COVID Protection fee of $11.50. I was informed they would disinfect the car when they finished, but they didnt inform me that they were charging me for the service and that it would cost that much. Even if it is mandatory, I dont feel like I can trust they will be transparent with the cost of my service if they chose not to be transparent about this.

I have been a customer for the past 9 years and feel like this is the most trustworthy place to take both of my vehicles to. I actually go here instead of going to the dealer where I can get free oil changes at. The dealer always wanted to add on extra maintenance items so to me its worth the price to pay at Grismer than feel taken at the dealership.

Great as always.Updated: 1/31/21Again great as always. I took my car in for an oil change a few weeks ago. They of course doing ghe great job that they do inspected the brakes which I already knew need attention. They gave me an actual measurement of the front brake pad thickness & of course the ridiculous price for a brake job which is common for all mechanics shops. I thanked them for the information but also informed them that I would do the brake job myself. I get the oil change there because these days its really not much different in cost to have it done as opposed to doing it yourself & I dont have to dispose of the old used oil. They also informed me it was due for a fuel system cleaning. I got that done & they were finished in record time. As I said, great service as always.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires that I had been putting off for months. With the negative temperatures coming and already having to refill the tire every other day, I decided I should probably get it replaced. I tried to go to CarX and the man was very dismissive and rude and said I had to come back another day. I left and went to Grismer. I had never been there before but I walked in, the place looked very nice and professional on the inside and the man at the counter was very nice and helpful. They were able to get me in for my tire right away. I gave them my keys and left feeling very satisfied with the interaction. I ended up getting two new tires with a rotation and alignment. They put the new tires in the front for better traction since it is winter time. The work was done in under an hour and a half. The price was reasonable and the customer service was the best Ive received at any auto service place I have been to. Needing to get work done on a car is not the most thrilling thing in the world. So when you find a place that has great employees and great customer service, it makes getting car repairs a little more tolerable. I will return to Grismer again and will definitely recommend them to my friends!

We had a fantastic experience. We needed an oil change on quick notice (long story). They were able to squeeze use in before our trip. During the oil change they noticed that our rear brakes were low. During our conversation they noticed that we were headed out of town on a trip. They asked how far we were traveling and said that given the distance that we were traveling that we should get the rear brakes replaced. He gave us a good price and had us out the door in a reasonable time. Great customer service, very friendly and competitive prices.

My tire pressure light came on, I happened to stop by there. They checked and filled my tires for very little cost. Went back to get my oil changed, they were able to get me in and out quickly. The customer service that I received by Jon was excellent and very satisfying. He was very thorough on going over my car with me.

The service personnel here are great. It took a little longer than I expected, a little over an hour even with an appointment, but they got my truck into the bay within 5 or 10 minutes of me getting there. They did the oil change and came to me with other issues they found while performing the oil change. They also topped off all my other fluids. All in all, a very good experience. I also love how the inside was nice and cool on a day when it was over 85° out. Pleasant experience all around and I will be back.

Work done on time and very professionally all questions answered about repair, price less than estimate by 15% for complete job. Total wait time before service started 3-5 minutes, total time to complete work after inspection 45 minutes. Staff is very friendly and good at their job. Support of getting replacement part is fast, 20 minutes from time of inspection to input of part.

The team here was amazing and worked quickly to fix my car. They were polite and took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly what they fixed. It was a relief to know that my vehicle was in good hands.

As I was driving back from Cincinnati, I ran over a bolt attached to a three foot chain. The bolt went straight into my tire, and the rattling chain sounded like the bottom of my car had was dragging on the road. We took the car to Grismer, and they put on a new tire. They also checked the car for any damage that the chain may have caused. Thank you Anthony and Grismer for your great customer service and prompt, knowledgeable care of my car.
