Diane at the Fairfield store was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help. Unfortunately, the part was not machined correctly.Retuning part was no problem. Will definitely do business with them again.

These guys are great. Purchased a radiator from 1800Radiator 10 years ago. It started leaking.. They recovered my invoice from the system saving me the headache of _where did I put it. Exchanged it for a new radiator without any problem. In todays crazy world it was nice to see a company do exactly what they said they would do with their warranty. Thank you .

Had a radiator that was defective tried to return it and told could not because something was broke off it. Ok a piece was off it but it is defective are they going to resale it. Will never go back.
