I recently had the opportunity to visit this location and I was extremely pleased with my experience. Great customer service and awesome packaging and shipping knowledge. The store associates really took their time explaining to me step by step on the best and safest way to to make sure my package arrived on time, not damaged and insured. Which it did arrive on time and my 20,000 dollar painting made it safe without a scratch thank you guys so much!

Lady works here is soo amazing!She does it all plus she could send USPS, DHL, FEDEX UPS andI LOVE the price!! at least 35% cheaper thenUPS Store near by.Often I visit see peoples are really rude and ask free services ,not respecting her because she is so soft person?? or not White Big Majority.Whatever, She always smile to everyone in good spirit every times I visit this store.

I’ve had mediocre experiences in the past, and dozens of paid transactions, but over the past few months they’ve become increasingly rude, borderline hostile, and not at all helpful. For example, if you have a box you need to ship somewhere, they will not tape it up for you. If you have a fully taped box, ready to go with a pre-paid label, they wont even give you a slip pouch to use (which is free by the way). Dont waste your time here, the UPS store at East Market is 1.3 miles away and is better all around.

After many successful transactions, there was one major failure. We all make mistakes but it is the way in which issues are handled that determine whether it warrants future opportunities. Two major mistakes (one not knowing service level of a major carrier, the other was the omission of the packing slip that was required) caused the return of a very important international package which was sent w/ great urgency at great cost ($300+). The package was returned and I was never refunded the shipping cost and there was no follow up. There was no empathy shown and no admission of mistake made. Bad customer service in handling is the problem since we all make mistakes.

Called three times and the woman didn’t answer. Drove to her store and she was completely useless. Wouldn’t help me because I had prepaid my package. Nothing in it for her. So rude! Unbelievable!

Some time back went to this store to drop off a package with a prepaid return shipping label for an item weighing 1.0 lbs. When FedEx received it while still in the local area, the tracking showed it weighed only 0.2 lbs indicating an empty box. I immediately reported it to the large company returning it back to who opened an investigation, and I was not charged for the loss. The man working there that evening seemed a bit sketchy. With this happening and with all of the other recent negative reviews of various issues, will not return and use this location.

It would get better stars if they opened on time. The time in the door, nor the time online are correct. Both UPS and I were outside waiting for them to open and he mentioned that he came a few days at 1030a and they still werent there.

I have been using this store for many years. They are always helpful, always attentive, always polite. I have never had a bad experience. I ship all over the world, they pack it, they tell me which forms I need, they take care of everything.

Hard to understand the bad reviews. Ive used this place multiple times for about a year to ship things domestic and international, and each time the lady there was great. I didnt even think to read reviews before going there (and I dont bother writing reviews usually) because its just the closest place to my house and thats just where I go for my mailing needs. Today I wanted to give them a call about a package and searched google for their #, and saw all these bad reviews... Kind of shocking how many people had such a horrible experience that they felt compelled to leave a review. I think that the ladys straightforward style must be misunderstood by some people as being cold or rude. Ive been there when it was packed, when it wasnt, with a ready-to-ship package and without any box. Each time she was nothing but helpful, and I actually like and appreciate her quick and direct style of communication. Isnt that a good thing for a mail center? I also found her quite friendly from day 1. The bad reviews really make me wonder if we are even talking about the same person!

I came for the notary service. The lady was very polite and knowledgeable. I have to send my documents, but I didnt have complete address. The lady help me to find correct zip code. They provided convenient and friendly service. It also very convenient to go Safeway next store, and leave my clothing in the dry cleaning next store. I like having a good alternative to USPS in the neighborhood.

Hours on the door and on the phone say 9am, hours online say 9:30...I waited until 9:35 and the store is still closed. No one is even there to get the store ready to be opened...bad bad service.

I’ve been shipping from this shop for years, especially for the holidays and to my children away at school. It’s closer than the P.O. and generally has shorter lines. Great customer service, friendly to deal with, and efficient. I highly recommend the place.

Service was attentive and the woman who helped me was very nice! The rate was a bit higher than I had expected for USPS... Almost double. Not sure why but I was in a rush & didnt think to question it until I was in my car.

I am not one to leave reviews, and if you look at the reviews I have left in the past they are all 1 stars, but in this case I feel the need to leave my first positive review. I have interacted with the lady here almost every day for the last month picking up my mail and packages. She has been nothing but very sweet, kind, and accommodating. I cannot for the life of me understand the other reviews here saying that she is anything other than wonderful. Maybe she was very busy at the time, or maybe it was a cultural misunderstanding since I know some Asian cultures come off cold and indifferent even though that is not how they intend to. Whatever the case I believe any customer service issues she may have had in the past are long in the past. She is a very sweet kind lady and I find it hard to believe how anyone could think differently.

If I could give zero ⭐️ I would. I walked in the store the lady behind the counter was too busy on her cellphone feet up on the chair as if I was interrupting her day. At this point I’m looking at her like hello!!! I finally got her attention!!🤷🏻‍♀️ I only needed one stamp she refused and said I have to buy the whole bulk. But I only need one then replied they only sell by bulk, when in fact they sold me a single stamp before It was a different sales person, but this woman was being so difficult, no consideration whatsoever. I hope she is not the owner she is bad for business. No sense of customer service!!! Avoid this place!!!!

Don’t go there!The lady there seem to hate her life!She shouldn’t be in business. I have never met someone who isn’t only rude but also stupid. She refused to give me a receipt and argued with me that the tracking number on the package was my receipt!I think she does that so she could claim that lost packages were never given her.Bottom line, never go there. That was my first and last time there.

HORRIBLE customer service. Lady could not answer simple questions about the whereabouts of my package. When asked to speak to a manager, she hung up the phone. I called back multiple times. She finally answered. Told me I was barking up the wrong tree and that she was the manager. I asked for her name. She hung up again. I called back multiple times with no answer. So I called corporate to file a complaint. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

These people are deceiving customers. I shipped with them Using UPS for next day delivery. UPS did not deliver on time and took 3 days. I asked UPS for refund and they issued in within 3days. The refund goes to this guys and they are required to give it to me. I did not receive refund so I contacted After 3 months and they said they did not receive it. When I called again, they said they can give me only $21 while I paid $56. Worst ever experience...Update 12/19/2018: Since We wrote this review, the lady over there is not picking up phone and also not answering email when I inquire about the refund.

I dont usually write reviews, but my experience here was so jaw-dropping I have to warn others, and hopefully management will see this.I walked in and asked the lady behind the counter for help with printing a 2 sided color document off a USB drive. The lady there was munching on lunch behind the counter, and vaguely waived toward a computer saying You can do that there. She just stood there and watched me as I looked for the USB plug, and then after I couldnt find the print option, she reluctantly stopped eating and came out from behind the counter. She said Its really not hard, its basic computer skills.I work for a tech company, but I bit my tongue, wondering where her misplaced animosity was coming from. She opened my files and said Oh wait, we cant print 2 sided. I ejected the USB and started to leave, and then she said Oh, you can print both sheets out, and then make a 2 sided copy on the copy machine.I did what she said, pressing print, only to find the 2 papers printed out B&W. I said I need color, not B&W, and she quickly exclaimed Oh we only do B&W so we cant help you!She obviously wanted to get back to her lunch and didnt want to help me (or anyone). As I turned to leave, I said You know, you really have an attitude problem. Its obvious you dont want to help anyone. This was a really strange experience. THEN, she says Where are you going?? You have to pay for those 2 sheets of paper and your time using the computer!!I was totally in shock, and shook my head and left (I left her with the lovely B&W print outs too). She shouted after me THIEF!So, fair warning... go to an actual FedEx office spot and avoid this place like the plague. I was really shook up from such an odd experience with this strange lady, and I hope shes fired soon so she doesnt hurt their business further!

9 out of the last 10 times I have tried to go to this place of business during posted business, there was no one there and the doors are locked. Literally 9 times it was me and 1-2 other people standing outside looking in the window. Useless. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.

Warning this business is owned by a crooked, theiving scumbag. Previously he also owned the Pakmail at 7011 Manchester Blvd in Kingstowne. He charged everyone the renewal fee of $200 knowing full well that his franchise was being terminated for violating the terms and fraud. He then closed the business without telling anyone including the post office and left the doors unlocked. The Fairfax County Police Department had to come and contact him to get the place secured as there was a ton of mail left unattended including packages of mine that were stolen. He ripped off a bunch of people that had paid for a years worth of service and then allowed people to walk out with our mail. It took a month to get insurance claims filed on several stolen shipments and a new credit card canceled that unfortunitly was stolen with the rest of my mail. Thanks for the nightmare you double dealing jerk. Beware, these people are continuing their lousy business practices and you will get ripped off sooner or latter.

I have visited this place (in farfax towne center) a few times and evey time I go the lady at front desk tries to make me spend more moeny than i should on shipping supplies for my package. Today was even worse. I asked her how a priority mail box was for a few items i had and she said around $17. I said thats too much, any other way? She then proceeded to put my stuff in a box with bubble wrap and weighted it said it would cost $13 to ship.but she refused to tell me until i got the receipt that it was $13 plus $4 for the box plus another $4For the a very very small piece of bubble wrap. So total of $21 for something i could have shipped for $17. And it was not only that, i was returning a pajama from groupon for which i had a prepaid label, also put it on a $4 box and then one more item sending priority mail which could have also been $17 flat rate but instead she put it on a $4 box plus a $15 shipping stamp. Total thief.

Weve had three packages that were supposed to be delivered to Amazon not reach their destination after dropping them off at this store. When we told the clerk about this problem, he was indifferent and told us to go elsewhere. We were not asking for a refund, but pointing out an issue.
