I’m not a land lover I’m a swimmer so all this land running is new. Due to pain in feet I was told to invest in good long distance walk/run shoes. Place was not busy and the female that helped me was not invested nor informative. I decided to leave I was over prompting her for information. As I was leaving a male came in and the other salesperson immediately started getting the male customers needs met got him on the treadmill. I will wait to return home to Massachusetts where science and health are the higher standards for athletes regardless of level. FYI I was prepared to spend over five hundred on shoes.

Im visiting from out of state and forgot my running shoes! Nick was so helpful, from on the phone asking for directions and giving me parking advice, to assessing my gait and helping my pick out some shoes. Super friendly. Just overall a great place and pleasant atmosphere.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Pacers! I’d had some trouble with plantar faciitis and was looking to try a new running shoe. Nick was very knowledgeable, asked me the right questions and evaluated my stride, ultimately getting me into the right shoe. Also love they offer a military discount and birthday reward. We will definitely be back!
Did a virtual consultation with Michael during COVID. Michael was great--he was able to find the old shoes Id bought way back in 2014 and was able to recommend a comparable shoe (Asics Cumulus 22--which are also great shoes). Ive never had a bad experience with the store and would recommend them way over a generic sports shop.

My husband and I visited the store for the first time. Overall is was a good positive experience. Jennifer was very helpful in helping us pick out running shoes based on our workout habits. I was also pleasantly surprised that they had a military discount. We will come back again.

Staff nailed it. Got me a comfortable, high-performance Saucony shoe that helps me run trails in all-weather conditions, including mud and rain. Staff listened, got me the right shoes, and running the Bull Run-Occoquan Trail in my Saucony trail runners is a joy.

Im an avid runner for the last 12 years or so, completing 7 marathons as well as many other races. This past season heading into my training for the Marine Corps marathon I was having some problems with my calves getting tight. I went in to pacers (normally I just buy shoes online) and talked with them. They did an excellent job speaking with me and got me set in a new pair of shoes. However, after 2 weeks of running them my calves were still having some problems. I went in and talked with them some more, told them my issues, and without question they took back other shoes and gave me a new/different pair (I switched from the Brooks Adrenaline to the Brooks Ghost). Needless to say I was very happy with their customer service and their priority to make sure I was in the right shoes and feeling comfortable. The tightness in my calves disappeared right away and I ran an excellent PR for the Marine Corps. Thanks Pacers!
Parking is a little confusing, do not park behind the store unless in a designated spot.I came here to get new shoes while I train for a marathon. They had me jump on a treadmill, which was hilarious in my suit, and then tried on a few pairs. I was in and out in a little over 10 minutes. The team knew what they were talking about and did not try to oversell me on gear/products.
