The Big Screen Store did a great job with our custom theater seats, as well as our media cabinet. Matt in particular was great and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Their prices were very competitive and they were local, so it was far superior to trying to purchase something online from the number of different sources sight unseen. I purchased a TV and sound system on Sunday and before I even got home from the store, a technician called to set up installation for next day. The technican arrived on time, set up the TV efficiently and walked me through the setup and use. I was very impressed with the quality of service, the detailed information/guidance provided by the sales rep and the knowledge and friendliness on the installation team.

Im so glad I ordered my new TV here and not at Amazon. The price was the same but the added bonus is the free delivery by their own truck. They delivered on time the next morning and brought it into the house, took it out of the box, plugged it in to make sure it is working. This to me made all the difference!

This was an extremely positive experience. The salesperson acted more like a consultant, explaining the advantages that each line offered while explaining and showing me why one would want to up or downgrade between series for different applications. Further, he explained why some TV types were better for the type of watching I do most often and the room the TV was used in. He offered me some older models where the new sets were not observably different than the older ones. Finally, the deal (pricing, delivery, warranty, etc.) were clearly laid out and delivery was accomplished quickly and efficiently. While the price was pretty standard (it is with Samsung), I thought the combination of pre-sale consulting and efficient delivery made this a 5-star experience.

Although prices tend to be a wee bit higher than the Best Buy and HHGregg type of stores, the employees at The Big Screen Store on Lee Highway in the City of Fairfax offer more value with their knowledge.

Salesman at the fairfax store was very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. My only issue was with the delivery/installation teams. The delivery was fine, but there was a separate installation team that refused to take packaging materials with them, claiming that they couldnt fit them into their car. Now, a 65 inch tv with a soundbar and subwoofer create a huge amount of packing, and I feel that the installation group shouldve removed the boxes, etc. after the job was done.

Being well versed with televisions/monitors for home theaters I made my first visit to the Big Screen Store in Fairfax in search of a specific Samsung model.I was greeted promptly and offered assistance, however, there was no pressure if I wanted to look on my own.After walking the store I did not see the exact Samsung model I was looking for and was promptly told it was in a certain area as it was Samsung’s “Flagship” unit, which I was aware of.I had some questions about availability which were quickly answered by Mr. Fitzgerald and when he realized I was up to speed in technical specifications was happy to get down in the weeds and provide more information.They checked inventory and had units in stock and knew that would be the last available ( and the new models had no great new features to justify the big price increase).I made the purchase and delivery was in the next business day.I will definitely do business with them again!

Great support a local company, which is what brought me here. Working with Mark at the Fairfax store was easy and he had a great deal of knowledge between the TVs I was looking for. I had them do the install as well, Romeo was great and it looks fantastic. Nice to finally have a clean install with no wires. Overall the experience from purchase to install was easy and it was nice to work with some good people. Definitely going back when the new sound bars arrive.

My wife and I originally bought a big screen for the super bowl. The salesperson was very helpful in guiding us to a model which is perfect for our needs vs. simply up-selling the latest model. We chose the Samsung Q60 LED and couldnt be happier. As a result of the positive experience, we have gone back to The Big Screen Store for theater seating recliners not once but twice, purchasing two each time for a total of four. Again, the staff was extremely helpful in selecting models and fabrics. Also, due to the COVID situation, the manufacture of our chairs was delayed, but the salesman, Mike, went above and beyond to ensure we were kept up to date on the progress and he expedited delivery. Even the guys who delivered the chairs were great. I had a few special instructions for them which was no problem and setup was quick. Im not normally effusive, but I cant say enough good things about our experience.

Got an Definitive technology’s advanced studio sound bar at a cost lower than on any other website. Their furniture look fabulous and are priced very reasonably.Reducing one star though for the TV mount installation team. They were patient and friendly, but struggled to get the mantle mount we had purchased to mount our tv (we had our own and did not purchase it). They charged us a little more than we were quoted by others. We went ahead with big screen since they are in the entertainment business and we expected much better and smoother experience with mounting the TV over the fire place.We know we will always go to big screen for our TV, audio systems and furniture, but tv mount installations- may be not.

We purchased a TV mid-March and I cannot say enough good things about the service, delivery and quality I received. We came to the store on a weekend, and were greeted by 2 very nice consultants. Joseph was my sales rep and he was great from start to finish. He was well educated on the TV I was buying. I bought the TV from there, I forgot my receipt and he called me before I noticed and emailed it to me. TV delivery was on time and they plug in the TV to make sure it works and there was no damage on delivery. I had them also install it on another day and the installer - Vincent was excellent and very friendly. I was very satisfied with my purchase from The Big Screen Store. Joseph even called after the installers had left and made sure everything went well and helped me with any leftover questions I had. I highly recommend them over Best Buy or HH Gregg.

This was our second experience at the Big Screen Store in Fairfax and that was because our first experience went so smoothly. Every electronics store and online venue has all the toys but they don’t have Joe, our salesman. We went back because our first experience with him was so pleasant. He was knowledgeable, listened, and worked with us to get what we wanted. Even after delivery he called to make sure everything went smoothly. So it was a nobrainer to go back when we needed a second system. You might be able to get your equipment a little cheaper somewhere else, but the customer service Joe provided was incalculable and we left feeling great and more than satisfied with the experience.

I had a problem with my Samsung 55 inch TV, the staff was great and worked hard to resolve the problem. But the third party extended warranty company they use is awful. I started in Aug with a repair ticket, two different repair companies and no shows later, company number three picked up my TV and I finally received a new TV in Dec. Again the Big Screen Store staff are great!
