It is one of my favorite places for shopping food, snacks, chocolates, gifts and different kind of accesories. Their costs and deals are the best. You should visit one of its stores. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to buy very good stuff at very good prices.

Nice to buy in bulk and freeze items for later use. Good produce and choice meat cuts. Easy in and out check-out. Be sure to grab an Acai bowl for a treat once youre done shopping OR their pizza is yummy and a great price!

It is a big whole sale at cheapest price

A standard Costco. Theres great prices on groceries and random deals can always be found that will surprise you. This location itself isnt particularly great. The layout inside the store can be a little difficult to follow. There isnt enough parking. It is absolutely packed, even on a weekday afternoon. Prepare to wait in line for a decent amount of time after youve done your shopping just to check out. But, if you like Costco and this location is close to you, it wont kill you to come here.

Mary the Pharmacist is amazing! Ive always had a lot of pain with the flu shot and she did a beautiful job of giving me my dose. It didnt hurt at all, and she was super friendly and had great bedside manner :)

I still really dislike this Costco versus the Costco in Chantilly. I feel like Fairfax is completely unprepared for $1000 shopping trips. Why are they wasting so much space/effort on self checkout? And because they dont sell the diesel my truck takes, the gas thing is just super annoying to me as it takes up way too much of what used to be usable parking.

I went to Costco to get several pizzas and drinks for a training event for my company. I advised this to the gentleman at the door and advised I was told I could get a guest or day pass to see the services and see if this would be good for my needs. The gentleman just told me I couldnt come in without a membership. I asked if I could talk to someone, and he just started the same line to me. Did not attempt to get me to talk to a membership associate, or even to direct me to the membership desk. Would not even let me thru the door.I suppose they already do enough business and dont care if they get any more business or not. I went to the pizza shop across the street and spent my $250 there.I will be getting my goods from other places that like getting more money and business.

Clean store, ample parking, great selection of products. Worth the membership fee.

It is always a madhouse at Costco, but much more so on weekends. The staff does an excellent job at keeping the store processes flowing well.

I LOVE Costco BUT I got the mocha freeze from the food court and it was just tossed on the counter! I remember they used to drizzle the inside of your cup with a little chocolate syrup and actually filled it to the top! Not anymore! I know its only $3 but I could get a better drink/service by spending a few extra dollars at Starbucks. They dont have enough people working that department for all the business they get.

I love this Costco! Its always busy but even with the large number of people shopping, things move rapidly. Ive been to Costcos where there is truly no parking and you need to wait a *long* time for a space. This one has a huge parking lot, and if youre there on a busy day you may not find parking close by, but you *will* find a space. When inside the store, Ive never found myself standing in line for excessive amounts of time, and the employees go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for. The store is consistently well-stocked and well organized - a great place to shop!

Mary the main pharmacist is the bomb. She has helped me so much, its amazing. My scripts get filled and correctly I may add and the lower prices are fantastic. Ok, you may have a slight wait if you didnt check prior to going to get them, but other than that they are great. If you have any questions or concerns call Mary.

Usually crowded, or very crowded, but Cmon, folks, its Costco-clear your shelves, refrigerators, freezer- & have @ it. Please, be polite inside & outside the store, as it is a madhouse.

Its a Costco. Each Costco seems to have certain foods options geared toward the local clientele so this one has some interesting Asian food. Also, their produce is awesome. I get a ton of raspberries and blackberries every time I go (when they have them). Return policy is excellent as well. If I have a product that breaks 6 months after I purchase it (Im looking at you, Philips Sonicare...twice), theyll usually let me return it so I dont have to go through the manufacturer warranty. That alone is worth the cost of the membership.

Well-stocked but checkout is chaos! No store personnel managing the queue and so many people ignoring the basic social norm of waiting your turn. Same issue in the parking area.

You go in for one thing and come out with more. Lots of treasures to be found while shopping. Good prices too!

Different layout than any other Costco Ive been to before, which was a little strange but not a big deal. It was incredibly crowded though, and there wasnt much room to maneuver the massive carts that they provide (Id personally prefer a normal sized cart like Walmart or Target). Good experience overall though.

Its Costco! Whats not too like. Convenient Fairfax location, plenty-o-parking, lines move fast, friendly people, great prices (still you should price compare). Yeah! Costco!

This is a good Costco, just remember it is almost always full of people and the parking lot is hard to drive in.

Nice place. But a little too busy. Like diving into a jungle usually. Carts block paths, people just come out of isles without looking. People take up whole isles and cut each other off. Thats not Costcos fault but it does put a damper on the experience.

Was at this location for a job interview and they have a waiting in the lunch room for hour 1/2 and no one attended me.So I walk out the opening job was for Holiday season that paid only $15 hour

Im giving this Costco 5 plus stars because its sooo well deserved...I dread Costcos in Maryland because they are poorly disorganized and managed.So I come here and my membership expired so my friend and I sign up for their black card membership. Yes its expensive but you get money back at the end of the year in a rebate check!! As much as I will be shopping here, yes!!! It will be worth it and cant beat gas prices. We had a lovely associate Jia who helped sign us up and gave us some great tips about store deals and offers.Now we are here on a Sunday and it wasnt chaotic. Employees here are friendly!! The meat department, had a lot of good stuff!Sample people are back!!Fresh flowers actually last a long time!!I found a Squishmallow Hello Kitty for $19.99Checking out was a breeze. Ill make the trek here for now on.

Excellent selection (especially of organic produce and food) and refilled sections of everything with management restocking amidst a crowded warehouse on the 1st of the month. Well done Costco.

Fairfax store has a nicest employee very helpful and caring. i recently went to chantilly store and my experience was exact opposite. Fairfax Costco is My favorite Costco in entire northern Virginia.

Good price and good quality are what Costco is known for. What is specific for this location is well organized and easy to find what I am looking for. Maybe because I get more familiar with it. One of my few complains is that it has stopped carrying organic soy milk for a year or more. I have to drive further west to the store at Sterling to get it..

You can save a lot when Costco has stuff on sale. Its best to shop items there when they have the coupons/discounts. Walmart has very good prices and you dont have to buy in bulk.

Worst customer service management clearly doesnt care about the customers. Associates are rude. Never helpful. Cashiers are the absolute worst rude, throw products like rag dolls- today the young cashier just tossed our roses with total disregard and didnt even apologize or offer to grab another bunch.Avoid this Costco and go to chantilly instead. Im considering switching to another club Ive just had too many bad experiences here.

Got tires, they became flat after less than 1 mile of ride while they fixed the tire immediately( hopefully new one), many of tire representatives were laughing inside after telling this story that tire became flat immediately. I was stranded on a highway for 1-2 hrs (my spare got flat too unfortunately, unfortunately no cop went by or none of the traveler helped me), lost whole day, not explanation or even simple sorry. My neighbor told same story that he has similar at fairfax location

Ample parking. Lines were not too long on Saturday afternoon.Food court was crowded and there was congestion after the checkout and tables for food court starting too soon.Restroom were clean.Staff was curtious and friendly.

The customer service here is rude and unprofessional. They make rude remarks to customers, talk badly about customers in front of other customers, and make inappropriate facial expressions. They decline returns stating that they can’t guarantee customer satisfaction and advise customer to call the manufacturer. The return policy states, “we guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell, with a full refund.” The supervisor argued with every customer that approached the counter while I was in line. I’ve lived in several states across the country, and this is unlike any other Costco I have ever been to.

You just gotta love Costco. Good service and down right cheap prices.

Always clean, friendly staff, shelves are full of product, great prices and yummy free samples.

Lines move quick, well laid out store,, and staff are always helpful. Only concern is that often times other customers really dont respect your personal space. If you need gas, go early to avoid lines.

As always Costco is great but wondering why they do have the metamucil capsules, checkout all the Costco in my area no luck! Hope they bring it back. Overall we like costco for its fruits. Nuts bags etc.. great place to shop!

The gas lines are always long but they move quickly. Love that the gas pumps are able to reach across to the other side of the car. Costco always gets it right.

Went to pick up a prescription that I have many times before. They said I need my drivers license, never have had to have it any other time for the same prescription. I forgot my ID at an auto dealership that I recently bought a new car from out of state but had photos of it. They would not let me get my prescriptions mind you I have never been asked for it previously. I get it, if it’s the law but why was I never asked for it before? I had photos of my license on my phone and they still denied my prescription.

Great gas prices for the area at the beginning of a holiday weekend

They have good supplies, but are always crowded. You got the selfish older couples who seem to go up the center of isles like they own them. Not Costcos fault, but it does damper the experience.

This place is an absolute nightmare traffic jam inside and out. Brace yourself for long lines and long walks from the parking lot to the store. They do have a lot of inventory and prices are good.

Its a typical Costco with a similar layout to other ones with most of the same products. They had most of what I needed. There is a gas station, also, with their wonderfully low prices compared to gas prices at other stations in the area. It was fairly crowded at checkout but I didnt have to wait too long.

I would rather go to this Costco then the one in Pentagon City. This one to me has a smooth flow of people. The lines go much faster. You’ll find everything you need. The parking is much better. I recommend it.

Costco is a great place to find almost anything you want. There is so much quality goods that I have to make a list out before I go so I dont buy too much. The one thing I miss a lot is their combo pizza. I wish they would bring that back....even frozen. It is the bedt.

This Costco had beautiful and well priced annual floral pots for people who love flowers for their porch or deck but do not have the skills or time to put them together.

I returned an item , very nice customer service. Big store. They follow the COVID rules. Food court is all to go, no more sitting down. I wish costco numbers the isles, same with parking. Gas prices still below $3 @ costco.

You can spend thousands of dollars a year at Costco.Very easy when you buy, but very nasty when you return. They interrogate you for a $7 product you’re returning and will make you feel guilty. Not properly trained customer service desk team.

We adore Costco but this trip freaked us out and well be reluctant to return. Original review (5 stars): While we dont find shopping at all enjoyable these days, Costco does its best on safe shopping. Most products are in stock, and a sign outside the door lets you know what essential products are not. Brand selection is limited and sizes are large, but prices cant be beat. Meats, cheeses, dairy all excellent quality. (We cant consume large sizes of produce, so we dont buy it here.) Costcos brand, Kirkland, is good quality. Lots of seasonal items. Some unusual items we dont see elsewhere, like precooked duck with orange sauce. Checkout is very efficient. Best price on gas, got 10+ gallons under $20.

Processing was okay but the mood wasnt that good for me.Costco return department is very popular for easy processing, however I had unexpected conversations between the staff.It was my one and only return in last 12 months.I explained why I brought the product back, but she didnt even try to listen what I was going to tell, just tried to refund. She didnt say anything to me but I felt like I did something wrong.I used two different credit cards when purchasing, so I mentioned a card I want for refund, but no answer for sec, she told me put the card that I want for refund.She probably so tired to treat the customers in every minute.

Great produce, fantastic meats, and seafood cant be beat. Got household batteries for half the price of even other big box stores like W@!m@&+. Oh and always beautiful fresh floral bouquets. Small business/restaurant owners cant go wrong here. Lines can be a bit nutsy though.

Very hectic store. I came here on a Saturday evening it reminded of Black Friday shopping people blocking the the aisles not being considerate. You can find a variety but for certain bulk items this place is very good to buy from. The check out lines were long but the workers have a very good check out system. I was very impressed.

Some products are cheaper here than in regular stores. Quality of products are great. Customer support is good. One thing you need to know when buying with bundles, you will buy a lot somehow. My average balance per visit is $200+ so very costly if you are not big family

I love the value I get from Costco. They always get new items. I got several Vega One Nutritional shakes which is a new item. You get at least twice the amount for the same price or less than the grocery store. The staff is friendly and helpful despite how crowded it is on the weekends. I highly recommend a membership here!

First time back at Costco in over 15 years. Had a Groupon that zeroed out the first years membership. Wanted to checkout their eyeglasses since many websites highly recommended. They did not disappoint ($199 vs. $300 at Target). Of course, many other great deals around the store. Would make it 5 stars if they took Mastercard as well (Visa only)--our airline mileage credit card is MC and we try to pump all our spending through it.
