Love the products. The representatives of the store were friendly and helpful. Testers are no longer available, however if you would like to smell a product someone from the staff can assist. No more than 3 people in the store at one time and of course wear a mask.

The body Shop is one of my wife’s favorite places not only in the US but around the world. This review is not definitely about the quality of the products rather than the very low quality of how we were treated in the store by the store saleswoman oh who appeared to be the store manager. This lady seems to treat her customers based on race and origin, The minute we walked in the store and just for the fact my wife wears Hijab are we immediately were asked by the sales woman To sanitize our hands and sounded like or else leave the store. At first I thought it was a store policy which to me sounds fine considering the current pandemic situation, however I realized after two other customers came in into the store and weren’t asked by the same woman to sanitize their hands that she selectively choose which customer does it and which ones doesn’t.My wife and I are very disappointed of this woman and more importantly disappointed of the body shop who hires such character and put her to represent the company’s culture.

The Body Shop is a great place I used to shop there all the time for the vanilla oil but they dont have anymore I did buy something new do its okay

Clean organized and friendly. And the employees are very kind. They help the homeless around Christmas time which is very amazing!! 5 star services

The store it self is very organized and clean but the customer service not so much. A worker named Jenny greeted me when I entered the store. She was staring me the whole time while I was browsing...I get that they kinda have to do that but I felt super uncomfortable. I felt like it was too much to be staring the whole time....Made me feel like I was doing something wrong just by shopping at the store.

Went in with my husband and bought several items, argan oil body lotion and several skin care items. Everything smells amazing and Ive loved the Body Shop for years. The girl working that day was very nice and helpful and I signed up for their rewards program. You get a $10.00 gift card on your birthday and coupons throughout the year. Will definitely visit again.

Clearance rack was awesome !!! Conveniently located on the bottom floor of Fairoaks Mall. Small store with lots of items, nice staff.

I would never ever visit Fairoaks body shop...I am severly dissappointed by their service...So not helpful,associates are extremely rude ,not friendly atall.My last visit was on 17th december 21012 and probably thelast one.They are always outa stock.There is a male associate im not too sure about his name but i think its John,extrememely rude..OH my God i asked him to excuse me beacuse i wanted to get some shampoo and he was filling stock in that area,HE completely refused to move saying that i have to do work here .SERIOUSLy.Plus they never gave me any points everrrrrr though iv spend like almost 100 dollars there .They should go get some training from Bath and body works which is same kinda store with allot better service and products....I loved body shop,but these associate made me hate it .Never gonna shop there ever...
