This Walmart has the basic necessities but way less choices compared to other Walmarts. Nice and clean.

I have had two absolute nightmares dealing with the photo department. Lost photo book albums, lost photo prints. Apparently their system for receiving photo items from the Walmart warehouse is good. That needs to be fixed. It is none of the employees fault. The employees are actually friendly and willing to help.

Convenient location and easy to navigate. Overall the experience was good. A big thank you to the employee working in the area of self checkout. She made everything go smoothly.

This Walmart is the bestttt. The only bad thing is that they were out of cookie dough bitesss :(. This Walmart is very organized and they’re following the covid guidelines very well. The bathrooms are cleaaaannnn ( which is not always the case for walmartsss).

Where should I start? Always overly crowed.... not organized... costumer service is terrible... all workers seem to be so busy that they cant assist you in finding what you need... their shelves always seem to be bare... love the self check out machined though....

With so many items on back order or simply not available, I found the Fairfax Walmar Superstore stocked with my favorite good humor sugar free Popsicles, Krispy Kream donuts and the only cat food my fussy cat will eat. I was even able to buy fusion glue for a small rip. The checkout was quite convenient. I waited for a few minutes and had my groceries bagged. I had the option to use the self checkout and the last time I was here, I told the Walmart employee handling self checkout that I did not like to bag and they actually took my stroller to self checkout and proceeded to scan and bag my quite full stroller. Excellent customer support.

Walmart has renovated a big self check out area and kept only two cashiers.Technically you get to learn all the vegetable and fruit barcodes and work as a Walmart cashier for free. 😖😡

Nice store, clean, lots of options. We now check out ourselves, not that many registers. Parking too packed, you have to be careful parking so no one hits you. People inside helpful. They have lots of options for cat food and other pet supplies. Nice staff, thanks team.

Every time i come to this Walmart the employees act so bizarre. The guy at the front door accused me of stealing because my swiffer wet mop kit wasn’t in a bag and neither was a box of dishes i bought. The mop was way too big for a bag and the dishes were also too big but mainly too heavy for a bag. I was so shocked and embarrassed because i couldn’t find the receipt i had stuck in my pocket instead of a bag or my purse. He threatened to cal the police without even checking the cameras first. I found the receipt for every single item i paid for but i left without my receipt after being humiliated in front of every one. I wish this wasn’t so close to home but i guess it’s worth driving a bit further to a different Walmart to save the harassment and demeaning treatment from employees.

I bought a max ever start h6 battery im march 2020. I did an exchange at another walmart becuase of bad battery charge. The second battery had the same problem and went to this store to do a free 3 year replacement. Talked to Mary the manager and she pulled up the system and said since i did an exchanged my battery no longer available for a warranty 3 year replacement. I was so upset and decided to call 1888everstart, the gentlemen who answered all my question understood that i still have warranty under the 3 year free replacement. Everstart employee advise me to go back speak to a manager who has the override for the replacement. Then i spoke to an assistant manager Osman who also did not understand the 3 year free replacement battery policy. There is no customer satisfaction here at all. I think this walmart needs to retrain there employees on replacement and warranty. Now i dont have a car battery to start my car and its stuck on the side of the road. Such a horrible experience i will never buy a battery from walmart again.

The store was remodeled and has lots of products and great prices! I can find Clorox and Lysol products. Parking lot is big and convenient.

Like the concept, not typical Walmart inside. Staff is very helpful and friendly which is also not typical of other Walmart’s.But this store has the worst stocking I’ve ever experienced at a Walmart.Empty shelves for weeks. Even basic items like milk, creamer and yogurt haven’t been stocked for weeks.It’s like the Walmart truck missed the turn on 66!

This is Walmart is poorly manage store. I bought a bike on AUG 1 Return it Aug 3 the customer services person told me they dont allow bike returns at this Walmart per their store manager, so I should return it to another Walmart. I told them I have receipt and bought from you; this store. I talked to a manager who told me same thing. And told me she will check store cameras on whether a employee told me about store manager policy on bike returns. They did finally return the bike. I decided Im not going to do business with this Walmart. I recorded the encounter had and will post it social media soon. Big company like Walmart should have universal policy for all their stores

Its a Walmart. Got what I needed but beware in this parking lot. Crazy terrible drivers. I always park in the far lot. I was almost hit last night while walking to the store! Not a slam on the store but the patrons.

Place is always packed and dirty, and service/help is rushed and irritable. I recognize that the location is difficult to work with and in the center of a city so this is to be expected. Nevertheless I would not go here unless nothing else is open and it’s late enough to avoid the massive crowds.

Went to this store today and was harassed by the door guy about wearing a mask. Wal mart has stated they are not making it a requirement for customers so why is this guy harassing people to wear one. I kindly said no thanks and he followed me and kept saying its recommended. If you require it then do so, if not then stop harassing customers.

They’ve attempted to modernize the design in the past year or so and it’s so bad. If possible go to the other walmart on fair lakes parkway. but i mean it is a walmart, so what do you expect. and it’s not the worst one i’ve ever been to. but it’s always crowded as well.

Yes okay this is not a fancy place or anything like that but if you know what you want to buy and know what you need you can find things here at a very reasonable price. And thats really what its all about. Saving money.Honestly, my wife and I wouldnt know what we would do without Walmart or Costco as these are our two main shopping stops.

1. Called yesterday for good 15min and nobody answered from the customer service. It was so urgent. Finally, got a hang of someone. Guess what, they hung up on me. Thank you!2. They have the fitting room in the middle of the store. They installed it about 2-3 months ago. Guess what, every time I ask someone to open it this is response I get its not ready yet. They are unable to answer my question regarding when its gonna be ready, go figure.3. Inventory and stock issues. Online stock is very inconsistent. It would show a few available, you place your order to receive a cancellation. Frustrating!Other than those three issues above, dont have any problems with this location. The staff is friendly, store is clean and its very convenient location.

Surprisingly wide selection of groceries at excellent notice points. They are expanding a choices for plant-based diet which is appreciated. Find groceries, household supplies and more in one stop shopping for the weekend.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews hating on the self checkouts but I think it’s great! You can still check out if you want with the 2 cashiers and there’s always lots of registers open- no wait. I don’t get my food from Walmart because there’s a place closer to me that has better fruits and veggies but I don’t mind stopping by for a crossaint or two. Having no cashiers is great bc of social distancing, so we’re safe, and if we need help we can just request help at the register. Easy, fast, nice staff, neat store, cute layout. Amazing.

There were so many helpful associates in the store today. I found everything I’ve been needing and couldn’t find elsewhere. I must’ve asked 5 people for help and I spent more money than I intended on my trip today but I am happy that I found everything I need. Thanks Walmart!

I dislike giving negative reviews. Hopefully they are viewed as opportunities to improve. Because this place,it seems, has a lot of room to improve. Dirty, grimey, and disheveled are words that come to mind. With the exception of the manager, who curteously checked me out at the counter while dealing with other customers (she was the only one behind the counter), virtually all other employees that I encountered in that section of the store (3 or 4), ignored me and my attempts at getting help to find what I was looking for. Turns out they did have the item I was looking for, but it was mislabelled (stuffed in a scratched up clear plastic box that was too small), in the wrong section, and in a pile at the bottom of the display (as if they just threw them there not bothering to hang them up). Walked out wondering how long a business can stay in business with a store as disfunctional and dirty as that one seems to be.

It was nice for regular use of things and clothes. You will find everything from washing powder to washing machine. Clothes quality is not that good. Overall satisfying.

It is not a super center so there is no fresh produce section. However, this is placed very close to my residence, which makes super convenient to come by when I need something.

Its time of year to buy cooler on sale , summer suite,or shirt ,and has great produce and looks very fresh as any other store. Service is good.

The lady at the self check-out area was extremely helpful, cheerful and kind. She grabbed my cart scanning all items for me while packing everything very well. An extraordinary experience. Ill be going back for sure!

This is a big supercenter we opt for our weekly grocery. The stock is usually up to date and well maintained. They now have 8 parking places dedicated for free pick ups. The staff is helpful and very courteous. Keeping all the fresh vegetables and fruits, it makes our shopping easier. The clearance section too usually displays some great stuff. Another thing I noticed in this particular Walmart is that the price of dairy and other fresh products is lesser. This definitely attracts a lot of crowd to this one.

Walmart Super-center was the 1st store we had visited when I moved in USA with my family in 2016. I remember that time the price for milk was 96 cents. It’s affordable price, isn’t it. Walmart is favorite place of my nephew who had a training in US. Specially, he likes instant semi-finished products because he says that’s convenient and delicious. As a matter of fact Walmart Supercenter is a very good place where you can find whatever you want for affordable prices. I strongly recommended this place.

Theres always a extremely long return line, they NEVER staff accordingly or if they do theyre slow. Smh

Its hard to say much more about Walmart than most people already know. I searched Walmart online for some storage boxes, which were in stock at this location. I found them quickly and picked up a few other items. Prices were very reasonable as expected. My only complaint about this store is its location. Theres a lot of traffic and terrible drivers in the area.

I much prefer to shop online rather than come into this store.

Employees doesnt know how to process coupons especially the customer service manager! if it doesnt scan, they will tell you its not good without reading the coupon description. so frustrating! they refused to read! the worst part, even the customer service manager doesnt want to read it! makes you wonder if they can read?!?!?!

This one is kind of gross. Ive tried to get curbside pickup and got mostly rotten items and then a customer service person went to follow up and told me that I need to call them before leaving a bad review but the truth is if you cannot make the site work and you have the amount of employees and infrastructure you do, you choose not to do things right.

Just left this location because I needed a few items...BIG MISTAKE. I need a therapist to see why I keep putting myself through the madness.I love Walmart but this location is beyond horrible when it comes to customer service. Staff stand around in phones and chatting with one another, totally oblivious to the customers struggling at the self checkout. I hate the self checkout because I feel like Im being forced to work and without my employee discount! The aisles are always blocked with merchandise that some guy isnt putting away because he too is on his phone or chatting it up with another colleague. Note to you guys...you wear a BRIGHT YELLOW VEST with the Walmart logo. Whew...I love Walmart but this location makes the company look bad.

I mean, its Walmart... they have groceries and is not tiny, so for the Walmarts in my area, thats great. They often run out of stuff and the app is at least equally good at finding stuff as the sales associates. Most of the lanes are now self check-out, which is annoying. Biggest downside is there rarely People of the Walmart there.

Hi, I really like your service here, everything organized and clean but I would like you guys to give your people-counter person a chair to sit. Hes an elderly and looking at him stand makes my heart aches. Did you know when youre older you, standing for long brings pain to your knees and make you tired. I hope you take this review into consideration.

Frustrating and annoyed because Walmart employees doing the Pick-Up shopping blocking In-Store CUSTOMERS from getting to items, and being bumped w/out an apology!!Shelves being empty or/& neat empty and not being re-stocked!

They have pretty much everything, and is a great place to knock out errands. My issue of course lies with customer service, if thats what you want to call it. I honestly think its because theyre underpaid. I dont mind paying more if it better supports peoples livelihood, and Im sure their employees would be more inclined to provide good customer service if they were making more. The security guard posted at the exit makes me extremely uncomfortable, and deters me from even coming in here because I do not want to deal with them.

Goodbye, Walmart! I came here twice a week for groceries, but Im not interested in ringing up hundreds of dollars of stuff on my own. This is the stupidest decision I think Ive ever seen a store make. Today after seeing the changes and after the frustration of trying to find a good cart, I just left. Im over it. Ill go to Wegmans, its fine.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.We ordered an item online and came to pick it up. We went inside to the customer service desk and were told we needed to go outside to do curb pick up and they couldn’t give it to us inside.So we went to the curbside pickup, called the number, no one answered. We called again, and we gave the employee our name for the pick up. He told us that we needed to go inside and he couldn’t bring it out to us.Eventually the manager got involved and had to bring our order to our car. There are obviously issues with their system that need to be fixed. Very frustrating.

Compared to the SuperCenter at Dulles Landing, this is not so super (not as big). 😀

This was one of the worst experiences Ive had at a Walmart.. I went to pickup an online grocery order for my son with a time slot from 1pm-2pm. I arrived at 1:05. My son checked in online and I called the number posted at the parking area. I sat for 20 minutes while other pulled in after me received their order and left. I noted that all the others except for 1 female( Asian) were white. I Called the posted number which went to voice mail. 1 male workers came to my car and asked for customer name. I gave it and waited an additional 20 minutes. I finally had to leave my car go inside the store and fine a manager for assistance. Total wait time was close to an hour. I had to actually make a fuss to get service. I wanted to know if this was because I was black. This is the second time Ive had this issue with the Lee Highway Walmart in Fairfax .

Twice in one night, I had 2 different delivery drivers stand me up from this store and go back to the store, without even a call!

First time in this Walmart...has everything in one place....staff very helpful...

The Walmart store in Lee Hwy in Fairfax is the Little Engine that Could location in that the staff always seem eager to get the merchandise out on the shelves as soon as possibly only for the items to be sold. So the shelves always seem empty. The produce section is a little crazy with selections everywhere not a real good flow. And there is section to the left of Produce area that I have no idea is available. Walmart may want to showcase that area to get shoppers interested in that area.

I like Walmart because youll most likely find any common items here, great chances, less expensive than at other stores. I would not buy every things here (there are stores that provide a larger variety and a better quality), still for many cases Walmart works good.

This is one of the biggest and newest Walmart supercenters in the state, you have more of everything.

Worst Walmart I’ve ever visited. Selection is very limited, store is small and crowded and the parking lot is poorly designed to the point of being dangerous. This used to be a normal Walmart, not a supercenter, but they crammed in the groceries and as a result had to make every other department tiny.And as if it couldn’t get worse, they’ve remodeled and removed all but TWO cashiers, replacing all of the others with TWENTY-ONE self-service registers, so now you get the privilege of ringing up your own order no matter what. Thanks for giving me yet another reason to avoid this store!

Im disappointed with this Walmart. I placed my first delivery order with this store yesterday. After waiting for an already late delivery, the store canceled the complete order 2 hours after the estimated delivery time. I tried contacting the stores customer service; however, they never ever answered the phone after many attempts. If I could rate this store a zero I would.
