Sizes not clearly marked on kids side, no sales rep on the kids side. When checking out I get a sales pitch to buy a 16 dollar shopping bag or another. I asked if there were other bags she repeated herself with a rude a tone. First off can’t hear due to loud music, people making noise, masks and a partition. I don’t even know if I got the discounts NEVER WILL GO TO THIS STORE OR WHAT EVER CORP OWNS THEM! People work hard for their money and deserve better.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. They have the worst costumer service. I politely asked if their fitting rooms were open and I was yelled at. The man working there told me that I was stupid. They also told me that I wasn’t allowed to buy shorts that were my size because they need to have at least one pair in each size in the store for people to try them on. The fitting room wasn’t open though. The shorts are sold out online, so I ended up not being able to buy any clothes. I would not recommend going to this store ever. Whoever the man was that yelled at me in the store was a terrible person who really shouldn’t work in customer service. He made me want to cry.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We went into the store and while we were shopping an employee rudely asked us “are you paying for that?”, then we decided to get a pair of sunglasses, we made sure to look at it, but after we got out of the store we realized they were broken while we were checking out and then the employee refused to let us return our glasses. OVERALL just really rude and their products are really low quality!!

I was at Cotton On yesterday night. They had such great customer service in the store two young men were very helpful and helped me with sizing and picking some tops that would match my denim. I will be back to cotton on at Fair oaks because of those two young men.

Tysons location...Employees closed the dressing rooms while there was still at least 1 hour left for shopping

They come up to you to be rude. Never have I seen such rude and horrible customer service in my life. We were just shopping but the employee there decided to come to us and be rude.
