I went to advanced auto parts because I was having trouble starting my truck. They tested my batteries and told me they needed to be replaced. Since I had Interstate batteries with a 6 year guarantee they recommended I go to Olympus as they carried Interstate batteries. Once there I told the guy up front what was going on he told me that since i didnt have a reciept to either buy new batteries or try and add water to them. I was not satisfied with the answer I got so I called the distributor in chantilly. They asked me for a code on the batteries and told me while they were out of the free replacement period I could get them prorated all within a few minutes. I would not shop at Olympus as they do not respect the customer. Both advance and Interstate batteries were superb and I hope others will not be satisfied with poor customer service.
