The worst pharmacy Ive ever had to use. They tell you theyll have it ready in 2 hours (like that isnt ridiculous in itself) then you come back 2 hours later and they tell you that theyre still working on it . I have drop prescriptions off to return 2 days later, for them to tell me it will be another 45 min wait. This has happened to me numerous times and each time it happens, the staff couldnt have cared less. If you need your prescription filled same day, this is not the place to go.

The lady at the pharmacy extremely hostile and rude! Never going back just because of that. Taking my business somewhere else. Whats going on with corporate? Reading all the bad reviews and same experiences for years! they should pay more attention to what is happening with this pharmacy customer service. Shame on you.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE and are always rude didnt use to be that way. I think they are understaffed and overwhelmed! Ill be using a different pharmacy from now on.

I tried to get my COVID shot today and I first walked in they told me they didnt have any walk in appointments.. so I scheduled my appointment for 5 oclock today. I had notifications and everything telling me I had a appointment at 5. I sighin and walk in and they tell me they didnt have my appointment. Hannah the pharmacist was rude (even though she said she wasnt) she said I would have to open a new one and waste the other . She said she told me earlier that she didnt have any appointment.. which was not true. The worst experience I ever had. I just dont think they wanted to do it so they can walk around and talk about their costumers. I have an appointment at 5 tomorrow... hopefully 😒🤬

The lady who was working at the pharmacy drive thru was friendly and provided directions needed to complete the Covid test. It also didn’t take very long to complete it.

Worst pharmacy that I’ve ever used. Pharmacist and staff are beyond rude and unprofessional. Very poor communication. It shouldn’t take numerous hours to several days to receive needed prescriptions.

Cancelled myCovid appointment because some system was down, called back an hour later and said come on in. Drove there and no one would pick up the phone. The pharmacy drive thru line wasTo the road and wouldn’t move so I just had to leave. Really unreliable.

Had a COVID test appointment and waited in hour in line. The pharmacy tech was extremely slow and asked the same information repeatedly.My wife was able to pull up to the woodman location 5 min before without any wait or any of these issues.

They NEVER answer their phones when called..!!! You will be put on hold and NO HUMAN BEING will ever answer... Their pharmacy phone response is a utter joke... Their us absolutely no excuse for this... !!!especially if it is not during peak times... Thank God I am not going to die just yet without having someone go and ask for refills of my medicine...

Staffing must be an issue at this location, as evident by the inordinate amount of time you wait for service. Pack a lunch and make sure you have a full tank of gas if you intend to use their drive-through.

This CVS is the worst! They NEVER answer the phone. They don’t fill prescriptions for days to weeks. They suck!

The speed and efficiency of the drive thru is absolutely poor!

This location is extremely slow and unorganized. They obviously have staffing issues. Dont ever expect to be in and out especially at the drive thru here and its been like this before covid 19 started. This place is a mess

Terrible at answering telephone, supposed to text when medication is ready but this seems to be hit or miss depending on workers. I dont recommend this pharmacy unless its a last resort.

The staff here are so knowledgeable and kind. Both in the pharmacy and up front. Type of friendly people that know their regular customers by first name. Everyone here has been so helpful! Best CVS ever.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude staff, inexperienced, slow as all get out, and dont know what they are doing. I only go here to pick up prescriptions for my mother. This pharmacy will NOT have my businesses. I would recommend you find another pharmacy, just not worth the hassel.

My daughters seizure medication was back ordered at my CVS on Brandt Pike. I transferred the prescription to the fairborn N Broad st location because my CVS said they had the meds available. My regular CVS neglected to release the rx so it still looked like it was on hold and the fairborn office couldnt fill it. It was a crazy mess but I tell you Rebecca was so nice and accommodating and just a sincere person. She was a nice ending to a hectic day.

We are so lucky to have such an AWESOME pharmacist Rebecca!! She goes over and beyond for us!! Don’t know what we would do with out her throughout my moms Illness ❤️

Go to the one on Dayton Yellow Springs road. The employees are nicer, and actually know what they are doing.Here the employees are clueless, cant seem to help you if you have a problem, cant seem to answer a phone when you are calling (I was left on hold for over 15 minutes, and then I gave up and went to the store, and there were no customers. What the hell?!) and cant give you a straight answer.Ill never be going to this CVS ever again.

Very weird experience the checkout clerk is normally very nice a man named Scott, but today it was a lady I didnt recognize she may be new, after my experience I will never return. I simply asked her why my toothpaste was not the price advertised and instead of explaining like a normal person would do she became very argumentive and just rude I said I didnt want to argue with her it was very strange to say the least,I am very nice so she must not be all right mentally and if this company puts up with there customers the ones paying her and all cvs employees salary being treated that way I will not spend my money there.

This pharmacy staff is very rude. I stood at the desk for 5 minutes and they looked at me and never acknowledged me, then another man walk up and she look at him and say can I help you. I told her I was here first and she replied I’m gonna just ring him up it’s only 2 of us here. First of all I’m disabled, walking on a cane but you made me stand there while you helped him. Then while I’m sitting waiting on my meds she constantly helped others and made me wait instead of filling my prescription. She even went to the drive thru as I sat there. Her name is Sara and she’s the pregnant pharmacist. Btw, I’m African American so it’s obvious she racist. Didn’t say thank you or anything. Management should watch the store camera to see this. Today is 8/1/2019. I’m gonna complain and go above the store management as well. This type of behavior has to stop. CNN, MSNBC will also get this complaint

Extremely slow and disorganized. Doesn’t matter if there is one car or ten. They aren’t very friendly.

Never has meds for children always has to order them. Its the closest to my house but Ill make the drive across town to Walgreens who always seems to have the meds in stock!

Well I really am a little put off with how well these cvs employees know my little family and I and Ive caught myself apparently upsetting one of them not even meaning too never have I ever said a cross word to any of them I now feel uncomfortable when I go in

It’s about a 50/50 whether staff will be rude or short with you. They’re also never at the counter. Several times I’ve waited almost ten minutes at the counter trying to flag a worker down so that I could pay and leave. Very inefficient place.

Only pharmacy close to where i am and closes at 9. I showed up 5 minutes before closing and would not let me in. Wal-Greens bought out Rite Aid to strengthen their business. Plus CVS will only fill pain medication for 7 days at a time now. You all need to pick it up or you will get bought out as well.
