Rudy and nasty not until I had stem coming out of my help did a another lady come help me and found my Oder in a minute where the guy four different try’s with no effort on his part said can’t find it and walks off. Help these days is hard to find

Today was the 1st time I ever had any problems at the front desk probably someone not familiar with how it works but overall all good and the other employees did help me with finding the right thing for me ✌️

Awesome trip and experience

Was there with very simple return, only one employee was behind the desk. He was dealing with a difficult sale it took him 15 minutes to get over to the return desk. By the time he did there were several others waiting. During our wait I witnessed a total of 6 other employees wandering aimlessly. Two of which even asked how I was only to follow by saying someone will help you. It was disappointing that such an easy transaction took a back seat to one customer making their only working employee ignore 5 other customers

The people at the pro desk are extremely helpful being a professional trim carpenter I can say Ive never heard them give bad advice to anyone.

Good experience. always have good experience with Home Depot not so much with Lowes would rather go to Home Depot 10 times more than Lowes
