We stopped by on the way to Chena and couldnt help but stop on the way back. Loved how delicious it tasted, how clean it was and very great customer service. All 3 of us enjoyed everything both time! Good job and keep it up guys! In regards to pricing, it is on the pricier side but honestly it’s a couple bucks more than Charlotte NC and everything in Alaska is more expensive including cost of living, so I think it’s fair. It was pretty cool, cause they make the ice cream right in front of you and they helped out when we didnt know what we wanted, nice place. We saw a sign that said no dine in, so we just grabbed our stuff and left.

Great roll-up ice cream. They have a great variety and also serve bubble tea. I enjoyed it a lot.

First time trying Sweet Monster ice cream- it’s really neat how they serve it rolled up. The ice cream was nice and the toppings were great- it was served beautifully. I tried the strawberry fruit shake and added the boba beads or whatever they are to it- very strange texture and flavor. I can’t say that I really enjoyed the shake at all- I tried to drink it without getting the boba balls in the straw and even the shake seemed to lack flavor. It was right at $30 for 3 cups of ice cream and the shake- pretty pricy and while I wouldn’t exclude visiting again, I think I have other preferences on places to get ice cream.

Not from around here and we randomly craved some boba tea and found this place! Such sweet workers, Boba tea is sooo good I also grabbed a matcha rolled ice cream! Best ever! Definitely check this place out if your in Fairbanks!

Good selection of boba drinks and ice cream flavors. My favorite is the black sugar boba. Need a better enforcement on masks but other than that its an open concept and conformable seating.

Best shakes and boba in town!! Isnt super sweet or heavy on the stomach but its rick in flavor and the bobas are yummy🧋🧋

The brownie ice cream, cookiesncreme ice cream, and chocolate cake were yummy! I was told by the employee, since they are slow on Mondays, they lock the doors at 7:45pm (which I didnt know). I got there at 8:05pm and they reluctantly let me in to order, which left me with mixed feelings.

Expensive as hell no flavor. Appearance of ice-cream cups beautiful but no flavor threw most of it away.

So customer service not so good lady gave me attitude when I asked what they had. Place is beautiful. Very clean . I had a chocolate milkshake tasted like water . I didnt like it. Not really my thing. The employees were nice, the restaurant was clean. The ice cream combination bowls are interesting but not to my liking. Would be awesome to have a coffee or chocolate combination. Also the menu is difficult to see unless at the counter.

Treats are well priced. Boba tea is great. Ice cream tastes wonderful for the price. Staff can be hit or miss. Sometime they are great. Sometimes they act like teenagers and hide in the back.

Today was the third time in the last month my family and I tried to stop for some ice cream and the doors were locked. We arrived around 8pm all three times, online it shows they are open till 830pm. Today the doors were locked, a customer was walking out and held the door open for us. She said they are still open not sure why the door is locked. As we were walking in the employee quickly came over and stopped us from walking in. Very rudely says we are closed, we ran out of everything and shut the door in my face. After reading some of these other reviews, this seems to be the normal attitude and customer service from this place. Not impressed!

When they first opened their ice cream left a weird coating on your tongue. I dont know when they changed their, made in-house, ice cream recipe, but IT NO LONGER LEAVES THAT COATING! Im so excited! I loved their drinks, but now I can eat their ice cream! And there mochi bubble waffle things are amazing too. They are my guilty treat. Im so happy because I was honestly disappointed originally, but now Im so relieved

Service and place are good and clean. Not for the boba tea :(I am a big fan of Taro drink and milk tea. Finally got a chance to try it out after their grand opening. I ordered taro milk tea and not expected to taste something different, I was very disappointed with the taste. I could taste taro but feel like I was drinking 80% less sugar taro milk tea. On the other hand, husband ordered ice cream that tasted good.Updates: My husband and I went back again for boba tea. I ordered black sugar with fresh milk and my husband ordered matcha frappe. Second attempts were not disappointing. Must try!!!!!!

To start with the person behind the counter never said a word. She merely looked at me and wiated for my order. Which totaled $13.50. I gave her $15 and was planning on putting the change in the tip jar. As i stood there waiting for my change she instead hands me a numbered buzzer instead. We were the only people in there. And she never offered my change. My wife and I were laughing at this point. Well minutes later our tag started blinking. We never would ha e guessed it was our order. Lol.. we picked up our drinks. Which were at least what we ordered, and left. There was no thank you or have a nice day , just silence. I felt like we were in a monster drink library.Good luck with your adventures should you choose to try them.

I ordered iced taro with boba. When I got my order it had very little ice and boba tasted plain. I asked for more ice so I can add it to my drink. One of the worker said “sorry no we are low on iced.” I had the “WHAT” look on my face. Ok first of all this place should be packed with iced. Anyways I waited for a few minutes and asked another worker for ice. She went to the back and called another worker. The other worker gave me ice and said “sorry we don’t really give ice.” I explained to her that my drink is warm. She just looked at me and left to the back. What a customer service was that.

Man O Man, this place is so yummy!! Got it door dashed to my hotel in Fairbanks and it was so good that I drove there the very next day. I got the #MonsterMilkshake

I am a delivery driver and when I picked up an order that I assumed was ice cream it instead had a hot coffee inside of a paper bag along with a boxed slice of chocolate cake. Because the coffee was not secure in any cupholder. I didn’t know it was coffee because I don’t drink coffee and the word macchiato means nothing to me. The coffee spilled all over my car which resulted in the customer not getting his food. IN addition, the store hours say they are open until 9:30 PM. When I called them at 9:03 o’clock to re-order the coffee they did not answer the phone and when I arrived back at the store at 9:15 the doors were locked.Lastly, while I was in the store earlier another customer asked about using the restroom. They were told that the restrooms were broken and closed. I stated, to the worker, that if they were serving food to dine-in customers that they legally, per Alaska health and sanitation law standards, have to have a working bathroom so people can wash their hands. The response was …. “ I just work here”. 👎👎👎

Amazing boba!

I ordered a #5 chocomint icecream roll cup with chocolate sticks and it was awesome. Never had one before and first time there, had short wait time of 4 or 5 minutes and great friendly staff.10/10 would recommend.

Cute little place offering hand made ice cream rolls. They make the ice cream on cold plates, then spread it super thin, then roll it into fancy tubes for your dish. No non-dairy options except in their drink line up. While this may be a fun way for kids to see ice cream made, the music that night was more akin to a dance club than family friendly.

Really loved the cheesecake and milkshakes. I also ordered the brownie mix ice cream too, not a fan of crunchy brownies but I really loved it anyways. Way better than cold stone or any place Ive been to.

Good boba - hands down the best in Fairbanks.

First off the place is super clean, love that there is plenty of space.Staff is friendly the drinks are out of this world.Only one complaint for me, Ice cream should have some cream to it, they way they make the fancy rolls take that away. Kind of a killer in my opinion, although I do have to say they do an amazing job with presentation.

I arrived at 8:52 and tried to go inside and the door was locked with workers still inside. Both online and their window store hours say 9:00. I looked at them through the window and raised my arms as a question and pointed to my watch. They simple shrugged their shoulders and walked to the back.

The service was great, everyone was nice and friendly. Place was cute and very clean. I ordered the Cookie Monster ice cream and Mango Fruit tea. I loved the Mango Fruit tea, I will try more in the future. The ice cream wasn’t what I expected and probably won’t try more in the future. Tea was exactly like the ones I’ve had around Asia.

The employees were nice enough and Im always happy for new things to try, but overall I had to give it a low rating due to taste. The ice cream tastes like they bought dipping dots and just squished the dots, rolled it flat and re-served it to me. The topping choices they put in their signature creations are just weird and do nothing for the flavor. Mine came with fruit loops, Pocky sticks and a whole oreo shoved on top. Id prefer cold stone for a similar price but larger servings and better taste.

$27 for 4 ice creams is a bit excessive. Disappointed in service as well . We were order 59 . They had to remake 1 and forgot the other. Others up to #65 had already gotten their ice cream before our order was completed.
