I am new to the area and I went to multiple different shops with jewelry I had. I’ve been dealing with jewelry for a long time and know what to expect for the most part. This price was very knowledgeable and fair on the prices they gave. On top of the customer service was amazing. They gave me the highest price out of 4 other shops I went to. Good experience buying bullion silver

Great Experience, came in from Phoenix area for a couple days and my son wanted to buy some silver and browse coins. The folks at Gold Rush were very helpful and friendly. Fair prices on all their gold and silver. Will definitely be back if I travel out that way again

Shops will give you the same BS when pricing your silver or gold. I will make a dollar on this. This is a very famous line. Now to get to my silver. I brought 5 coins in, that were already priced through ebay before I left the house. So I knew exactly what they should have paid me. I had a 2014 1/2 ounce year of the horse colorized horse. I was offered $7.99 cents. Are you Fin kidding me. The next coin, A 1965 Canadian silver dollar 80 percent pure silver 7.99. Finally, a kookaburra 1 ounce coin 2014 again 7.99 cents. Someone please tell me where you can buy silver bullion for $7.99 cents. I would buy it buy the ounces. Non the less in all respect Sal was not there. I would hope that he would be more considerate, and not treat me like I know nothing about silver. When I came into the shop I was dressed tidy with lots of gold jewelry on, so I was not hard up for money. Sometimes when you do not know your customer it can come back on you by way of this review. I was selling just like any bullion dealer sells. This was business plane and simple. But after trying to insult my intelligence and take advantage of me. Im afraid this will be my last visit to gold rush. If your a new customer first time sale you might get a deal. Deal at your own risk. After that the next sale will not be worth your time. The reason for this review is at 7.99 for my silver, yes your guy was taking advantage of me. I DID NOT SELL THESE COINS TO YOU. I went down Folsom Blvd and received $15 each. Maybe it would have been different had you been there, but your staff does not all price the same. These coins were verified through ebay for pricing. I am a fair and reasonable guy. Just came back from their Roseville location on douglas blvd and sierra college. Very professional, nice, and made my gold selling experience great! Horrible customer service, they told me an amount one day and then I came in a couple days later and he completely chopped the price to little but nothing.. if your gonna say one price one day it would be nothing but courteous to keep that same price the same especially since I spoke to the same gentleman the first time... after that I asked to speak to the manager but I had already left so I called them and the same guy that I spoke to in the store picked up the phone and said I am the manager what do you want I didnt even wanna speak to him after because thats no proper not professional way to talk to a customer or speak to them...
