I came in today with my friend after work to buy some lingerie. I had an amazing experience very good service. There were 2 young ladys that are always very nice and helpful when I come in. Thank you Rosey for being so sweet and always being so helpful!! You girls are amazing!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

The girls thst work here are always helpful and nice. they have a decent selection of things, but be ready to shell out alotta cash for stuff you can get way cheaper online. guess thats the price you pay for not planning ahead.

Cashier never acknowledged I was even in the store and acted like it was an inconvenience to check the price on an item. She had her feet kicked up onto the counter and on her phone when I decided to leave without buying.

Its fine, has most anything you would want and good experiences with the staff my wife and I have encountered.If you come here, or anywhere right now, wear a mask; dont complain and poorly rate because you cant follow state mandated guidelines and no one is entitled access to any private business where others may be put at risk because you want a new teddy or sex toy.Its an adult store, be over 18 and bring an ID like an adult!

Went there today, it was a good experience. The two women both asked me if I wanted help, and it was a comfortable atmosphere. There was about 6 or 7 people in there but there was still plenty of room to walk around. Huge selection and they battery test the stuff before you buy it, which is awesome because one of the things i got WAS defective so they got me another one. Im going to go back because they have a lot of sexy outfits I want to get for my wife.

Extremely good customer service -- consistently -- and we find ALL employees to be the utmost in helpful, knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend this location because of them and their high-quality, reasonably priced, diverse inventory! Definitely something for everyone in this classy but fun store!

Simply put, its the sort of adult store that a couple feels comfortable shopping together in. The staff is extremely friendly, and helpful if you ask them- otherwise they leave you alone. The store is also organized such that you have to go through the more innocuous stuff to get to the toys or the video sections, so you only have to go as far into the store as you need/want.

Great service. Came in later last night and the gentleman that helped me was really helpful and kind. Made me feel comfortable about shopping for something special for my husband. Didnt make it awkward at all which I greatly appreciated. Dont go into these stores often so it can be uncomfortable for someone like.me whose not used to it. So I really appreciated being made to feel welcome and comfortable here. Prices are really inexpensive compared to others Ive been to as well. So that was a huge plus in my book. Store is clean and tasteful as well. Large selection for anything you may be looking for too.

Well what can I say, I love shopping here, very clean, girls are very professional and they know their products. But this last Friday me and my fiance came in and we noticed that one of the girls that was working looked very unprofessional, she had on shorts that showed more then half of a tattoo of some kisses on her butt. Half her ass was hanging out. I mean I know we are in a adult store but come on girls.Not very comfortable to come into a place like this with my husband and the girl helping us is half naked. Not so impressed.

This shop is amazing. Clean, top of the line products, and very knowledgeable staff. Nicole, the manager, has worked there 8 years. Ask for her help and guidance. You will be in for a treat.

My husband and I come in here for lingerie and other items. Usually its a great experience, very private. The last time however was awful. Normally when we swing by after my husbands off work there are two girls working who are very helpful. But last time a girl I havent seen before was working up front. She kept loudly interrupting out conversations and in a store like this that can be awkward. What made it worse is when we checked out she was very vulgur and even said tear it up to my husband as we left. What??? This is supposed to be a classy place compared to most but that was totally inappropriate.

Been here before but now they require an ID nomatter how old you are. So if you dont carry your ID they dont want your buisness. Try Amazon.

Im surprising even myself giving this shop a poor review. This is normally my go to shop for lingerie, massage oil, and high-quality toys. However, I recently had a terrible experience due to poor service. Normally when I go on weekday evenings I see the same two girls (and once a man) who are all very friendly and answer all my questions. But last time I went in the morning there was a different girl ( they dont wear name tags so I didnt get her name but her hair was blue) and she was very rude. She was just doing her makeup when I came in and didnt even say welcome. Then I had to wait five minutes just to ask a question and when I did she was snappy and rude. Even when she checked me out she was talking on her phone and shorted my change. It was such a bad experience Im torn on whether or not I should go back and give it another try...

If I could rate you 0 starts I would how dare a store make someone with a medical condition wear a mask if I wear a mask to long I could have a seizure and the store was not even understanding in anyway next time I indeed want a manger
