The guys here are awesome. Nate and Evan were so knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store and asking for them. I literally felt so comfortable here and it was my first time here. The selection is amazing. They have everything. They felt like family. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Ive been a customer here for many years. There was a brief period of time that I stopped patronizing this business due to a frequent change in employees and poor customer service. Recently, I thought Id give it another go. I walked in expecting the same ol poor experience. But, no... this time it was an entirely different experience! A gentleman by the name of Tim greeted me at the door. His demeanor was pleasant and he made me feel welcomed. I felt the difference immediately upon entering. Tim and a gentleman named Henry were on task. From the minute I walked in, to the moment I left... excellent Top Notch customer service! It was so refreshing. Its almost like these guys went to school to learn good how to provide the best customer service. And maybe they did?! Honestly, it was that impressive!Thanks guys. I wanted to try a different shop then where I usually go. I was greated immediately and help by of the the knowledgeable staff. I have a lack of knowledge in vaping however the staff were patient with me in guiding my decision. I gained vast knowledge just in this one visit. I am extremely happy with my device and would recommend others to go to this location.

They have a really great selection of tobacco and marijuana accessories but they are a little bit pricey

Overpriced by allot but tried to help with finding something. Didnt like what I bought, was looking for smoking substitute, sold me a sub ohm pen that burns hot, for big clouds I guess. Maybe should have asked for e-cigarette instead of vape pen...

Though they never answer the phone (EVER), they are always open. The staff is super friendly, and generally stands behind the products they sell. I would definitely recommend this place for your vape/dab needs.

Whyyyy did you raise the price on zico lighters. I specifically come here for them but not now that theyre 20$ a piece.. you guys do have some nice pieces though! And the newer items youre starting to have is getting better and better. Keep up the variety

Perfect smoke shop. Very knowledgable staff on all vape products and helping me make my mod to hit a lot smoother. First time there and this is my new home for vape products. Prices on 120mL juice were around 5$ more than another shop but their selection of juices was much worth it but coils were muuch cheaper. I was able to get a mesh coil (for more flavor taste) and 60mL lost coast for around 30$.

Every time I come here I feel welcomed by the staff and the owner as well. This is easily my fav headshop Much love for the boys over there.

Terrible service here. I get ignored every time I go in here. I wanted to make a purchase one day and was still ignored. I should thank them though because it gave me enough time to find the exact same thing I wanted for half the price online.

This business never answers their phone and neither does The Bee location in Lincoln CA!! Not answering the phone is beyond terrible customer service to say the least! I will not be spending any more of my money at this “business” I’m new to vaping and vaping is not cheap so good customer service is very important! I highly recommend The Galleria Vape and Smoke in Roseville. They ALWAYS answer the phone and provide excellent customer service above and beyond when I’ve gone into the store many times. They have helped me with every single question or concern etc. even when they weren’t obligated to!!! FORGET The Bee!!!! Galleria Vape and Smoke is the place to go!

This smoke shop is pretty cool. The dude behind the counter is always super chill and has a variety of vape juices that you can sample. Their vape juice prices are reasonable and theyre always getting new flavors and brands. They also have really dope glass peices but be prepared to break the bank.

This is probably the best inhaled product shop in all of SacTown. I say inhaled products because they have pretty much anything u can think of to breathe easy if u kno what i mean. The staff is super cool n layed back. They make u feel like ur old friends. They will even let u sample the products b4 u buy them. Excellent selection and decent prices especially if u buy multiple products. They give great deals to loyal customers. I HIGHLY ... recommend u check it out.

Well first time in and credit card machine said my card would not work so we looked around went home bank sends me a text says been vase hass charged my credit card so I call and he says no its broke hasnt went thru so I wait the weekend and sure enough he charged it so beware of bee vape

All of their glass is overpriced, and the shop is usually full of underage highschool kids that hotbox the room with their vape pens. The employee that is usually behind the counter, Harry, is always noticeably high, and uninformed of anything in the shop. Overall BS smoke shop

I got vape pen and paid 35 bucks....I went to use it and got juice squirted into my mouth....tried 5 more times after that it just got worse.....now I have a vape pen that I cant even use ........
