Avoid this location at all costs. We went in with a rather straight-forward request, to start a new account and purchase 1 new phone. It took 2.5 hours to complete. The manager who was originally helping us, left us mid transaction to try and sell a phone to a customer who just walked in. Another employee who was still being trained tried to assist us as much as possible, but needed help from him. But he was too busy trying to schmooze others to lend a hand. When he would finally come over and help, he would offer his staff a condescending response rather than help them. He was also taking personal FaceTime calls with his friends to while we all stood there, discuss how great a party was last weekend.The icing on the cake was when, before they had our numbers ported over, decided to shred our SIM cards for our Verizon account. Before verifying everything was functioning. Their nonchalant response was to call Verizon and figure it out. If hes been doing this for 6 years, like he mentioned multiple times, youd think he would be at least competent at his job.Trash from start to finish.

Seriously the best experience, we left AT&T today and came right over to this store and the manager and the sales rep went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. We walked out with 5 new lines and phones for cheaper than what we were paying AT&T to begin with. They let us vent and made sure we were happy and understood everything. The peace of mind after leaving this store today was the best I have felt in months. Javon and Nadine you guys rock and deserve a bonus! Thank thank so very much from the Sanchez family.

Mykayla and Justin were a huge help today. Kept the experience very mellow in my time there. Mykayla was extremely knowledgeable and informative as well as patient. She assisted me while assisting two other customers and was able to multi-task giving us a great experience. Great team running this store.

Stopped in to switch carriers and purchased two new phones. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem for this store was for the customers who came in after me. They found that there was no place to sit down and several people were complaining about this.

I moved from a prepaid plan to 55+ plan at this store. I had a balance of over $100 on two prepaid accounts that I moved from. Manager said he would credit me $50/month for two months for that balance. Numerous texts and phone calls to him over two months got me nothing. I had to call corporate twice, then they credited my account for the $100. Dont go there.

Customer was blowing his nose in the store without a mask on wiping the snot on his pants with his bare hands. T-Mobile employee touches snot on phone then touches my phone. Gross me out. Sign on the front door says must wear mask!

I went to this place twice and both times they couldnt help. First time was to claim the jump program and get a new phone, but they didnt know how to do a standard task. The second time was today Friday the 13th. When my someone else transferred my number to a pre paid account, which I didnt. Theres wouldnt reattach my number to my actual sim. So T-Mobile cant help when someone steals you phone identity. I expected better.

My problem was fixed. It only took 1/2 hour . It usually takes longer than that. My only complaint is that I wish theyd would show me the fix, so that I could fix it myself, if it happens again.
