Originally from 7/30/2020Where do I start?I emailed about the LS400 on Monday and ended up buying it by Wednesday. Ari had instant communication the entire time!Day 1:This is not a shop that you get the uncomfortable feeling at. You dont walk up and feel all eyes of the hungry sales douchebags on you. Before we opened the door, we were greeted by Tony. A very kind and good-natured fellow with either a British or Australian accent. He took us right to the car which wasnt hard because it stuck out the second you entered the lot! It was gorgeous, exactly what I wanted. It was even better than the pictures. My fiancee test drove it and i was STUNNED by how smooth this thing was. Straight up, I have a brain tumor and epilepsy so I get headaches REALLY easily. This car is the anti-headache machine. I wanted it, no, I NEEDED it to be able to drive comfortably. We stepped into Monas office to learn more about our options and the car. We ended up staying for over 2 hours just talking. Could very well say we bonded! We truly enjoyed spending time with her and Tony. We found out that we needed a loan from somewhere else since the car was a 98 and not financeable through their banks. The second we left, we were applying! I made sure my fiancee went to the place where he got approved to get the loan info first thing in the morning. We were going BACK. We had made a connection with everyone there and knew this was a place we desired to do business with.Day 2: I had spoke to my very high expectations and high standards father about the car and dealer with him brushing it off as they just wanted a sale, but boy oh boy was he wrong. I had previously made a huge car buying mistake, so he had no faith in my judgment in any way, shape, or form. When we arrived, Tony greeted us and I waved with pride our approval forms for the loan. He was also very excited! We walked into Monas office, showed her the goods, and she let my dad test drive the car. He was also impressed by how the car was. The cleanliness and pristine keeping of it was a shock to him! We got back and he continued to talk to Tony and ended up having a blast talking about old vintage cars with him while my man and I handled business with Mona. We had $1,000 of the loan ourselves so we got a loan to cover what was left. This meant we could put down a deposit to hold the car for 24 hours until the funds finally came through. We ended up finally meeting Ari since he was a busy guy running the joint, he hit it off with my dad and man instantly. This was huge for approval odds with my dad. Now, we only had to wait one more day...Day 3: The whole day I was dying of anticipation for this to happen. It was the same yeah car as my jeep and it would be the nicest, fastest, cleanest, and lowest car Ive ever owned. Plus who doesnt want perfect running ac and fewer migraine days without medication? We got the funds through and went right after work to get my new baby, my Betty White since it was a grandmas car and shes classy as hell! I was SIKED beyond comprehension. The process of finally getting the car in our names was quick and painless. And Ive bought a car from Paul Blanco...(evil motherfudgers), so this was a breeze! Ari was awesome to work with getting everything done. Both him and Mona gave us cards for services we inquired about and we would help set Ari up with something he wanted as well since we were all practically friends at that point. They were ecstatic to have the car going home with people who cared for their cars, knew what their were doing with their cars, and were honest car people.All in all, this place is WORTH A SHOT. Talk to them, be honest with them, and things will either fall in to place or wont. But we wont be going anywhere else for buying used cars or suggesting anywhere else to anyone. I had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Direct Auto Outlet. Due to a family emergency, I needed to sell a practically brand new Tesla with very low miles. I went to several dealerships as well as Carmax and the private market, and none of these would yield a price even close to the loan on the car. I was starting to feel discouraged, until I went to Direct Auto Outlet. They went above and beyond to make me feel like my car was in the absolute best hands. Found an ad in CarGurus for an older car with high-quality photos of every critical aspect. They made sure to supply almost “too many” photos; that’s how well they worked to be transparent. I was looking for a very specific car. They had it on the lot. I went to see the car. This really is a no BS lot. I actually appreciate that. (As I HATE used car lots) I couldnt use my own Credit Union ( My CUs issue, not the lots) but was able to secure funding within minutes through the finance officer. They search around and actually found me the absolute BEST rate. I had a down payment so that helps. I was in the office and driving away with a great car for a fair price in under 90 minutes. (That includes a test drive) LOVE LOVE the simplicity of the transaction. A month after buying the car, I noticed a small starting issue and called the office. They worked with me by taking the car to their shop ( real shop, not a guy in a garage) and pay their prices for the repair. (You will always have an issue when buying a used car...just factual) They saved me a couple hundred buck!!! Great staff, very responsive, and no shifty stuff. When I get my next car, I already have Direct Auto in my GPS. Thank you guys. We love the car and she runs great.

We were in the area, I had a list of a few places to look for a car but since we are not from Sacramento, it was a challenge. I purchased a used car from this dealership. I was searching for a 4x4 SUV and found a 2008 BMW X5 here. The car was in great condition for its age. Note - their cars seemed to all be a lot cleaner and better looking than other places I looked. I was two hours away so I contacted them by phone, very pleasant and well spoken and asked for an honest description of the vehicle since we all know pictures can be photoshopped. I spoke to a gentleman who answered all my questions and even told me about the imperfections he found that werent easy to see in the pics. I was impressed so I came to see the BMW myself and I was shocked! It was exactly as was described (when does that happen with used car salesmen?). The paperwork was simple and the facility was car themed, nice touch! The reviews about the people being very friendly and genuine is true, all around impressed and happy with the whole transaction. I have had my SUV for about three months now and I still couldnt be happier. Well worth the trip and feel confident working with them again. Highly recommend!

I had such an painless and positive experience at Direct Auto. I live in the SF Bay Area and drove up to visit this dealership as well as several others in the Sacramento area. The reps were polite and friendly - no pushy salespeople hovering around you as you look at the cars. The prices were reasonable and the cars were clean and in great shape as compared to the other car lots we visited. Friendly and chatty. Over-valued and got the feeling they are unwilling to negotiate much.Update- I was correct, not willing to negotiate. Most cars overpriced, with the statement of that is the price. Asked to test drive a car and was asked if I was really interested in the car? How would I know unless I drove the car? Was interested in the car, but not interested in doing business with the obnoxious and insulting woman in the office. Trust that you can do better elsewhere. Ended up getting a better deal on a better car from Harrold Ford!

I offered a price I am capable of and they responded very rudely. I thought people talked poorly only in third world countries when it comes to customers but I guess its catching up in America. I wouldnt recommend anyone to even speak to this auto place.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stopped by this place last week to purchase a car I saw online. I pulled up to the lot and walked up to the car that I was looking to check out and test drive. The guy that was outside saw me while he was helping another customer. Although he had plenty of opportunities to greet me or at least say Ill be right with you, not once did he say anything. At one point, this guy and someone else that worked there passed right next to me and didnt say a word. I even walked into the office and couldnt get any service. If these people couldnt even greet a customer, I could only imagine how the buying process would have been. STAY AWAY from this place, there are plenty of other places out there that actually want your service and value their customers

Bought a 2000 corvette front this place in March 2018. Be very careful of buying here as they don’t inspect there cars well. I had coolant leaking from the vehicle since week 3 I had it. Come to find out the reservoir had been hacked up by a previous owner. Called in to ask for some sort of courtesy service. I got told nope sorry I can’t the car has been off the lot over a month. Yet it’s been broke since the day I bought it. I’ll never return or think about returning this place. There quick to sell a 15k car to ya without doing any proper inspections. Stay way and I saw the dot codes on the tires were from 2001 definitely stay away from this place you’ll be apt more safer going to a certified dealer .

My husband and I went to several dealerships looking for a Toyota 4Runner. There are so many available for sale online but when we went to see them in person, they looked nothing like the pics. We drove from the Bay Area to this lot after speaking with Ary on the phone several times. He was polite and patient with all the questions I had. When we got there, we were blown away, it was the cleanest, fanciest used car lot we had seen! There is even a courtyard with a water fountain! The 4Runner was exactly as described. He explained the pros (of course) AND the cons of the car and recommended we do a standard service soon for oil and transmission fluids. Its been four months and we are very happy with our purchase and the friendly customer service we received. It was obvious they cared -Ill never think of used car dealers the same again. I dread used car dealers but a trusted friend recommended Direct Auto Outlet to me and I found a Kia Optima I really liked. My friend, who has been in the auto repair business for decades, inspected the car and was very impressed not only with the quality of the car, but with Ari as well. My experience with Ari was that he was approachable, helpful, and patient. Tony, who went on my test drive, was very easy to talk with and personable. I went to the lot twice and Ari worked on finance options and scenarios for me. The best part was being picked up to sign my papers and getting a chance to just talk to Ari on the ride over and then Mona at the office. They are truly genuinely caring, helpful, and professional. They care about what they do, the product they sell, and how they treat others. I am SO pleased with the Kia and with this car buying experience.

Avoid this place if you can. This place is terrible. I purchased an 01 Civic over three months ago. I was expecting my plates to come in the mail as it normally does whenever I purchased a car. The plates never came. I called and emailed Ari, the owner, and was told that patrons normally come back to the dealership to pick up license plates. I told him that was pretty unusual and he replied by saying that his customers like to come in to get the plates personally which is pretty odd to begin with. Who would want to go back to a dealership to pick up plates? What if we live too far? Regardless, its an inconvenience, not a service. I was disapoited because 1) Ari never called me to let me know my plates were in. I had to call him after over two months for him to initiate anything. 2) I asked to mail my plates to which he obliged, but first, after waiting a week for my plates, he said he was too busy to mail it to me. Then, after a week, he said he mailed it personally, but I still dont have my plates after over a week of waiting for local mail to arrive. At this point I dont know where my plates are. I keep getting the run around, and Im afraid he will give me some excuse that maybe it got lost in the mail. As of today, I still dont have my plates. Ive had my car over three months.

I showed up and the vehicle was in immaculate condition and priced well below similar vehicles Id seen at local dealers and at CarMax. Ari is very knowledgeable and truly has the best detailers in the Sacramento area. The purchase process was FAST - the paperwork took less than a 1/2 hour to complete once we sat down. And even though we couldnt come to an agreement on my trade-in value, Ari offered up other alternatives and even travelled across town to pick me up to finish the deal. Quality vehicles, fair prices, great service, what more could you ask for! Id definitely refer them and would do business with them again.

Was looking for a new 4X4, I had always purchased vehicles from private parties in the past and had never purchased a vehicle from a dealership. Somehow, I felt that automatically I would be taken advantage of because I would be overpaying. So I spent countless weeks looking on Craigslist and going to random weirdos houses just to receive some off the wall story such as Im selling the vehicle for my brother or it belongs to a relative whos in the military or its a salvage title due to light damage and the cars never looked the way they do in the pictures. As I was ready to throw in the towel, I stumbled on an ad for Direct Auto Outlet that I had actually seen a few other times but didnt look further into since the price was above other private sellers on Craigslist. But I figured at this point, Id give it a shot. When I arrived at the dealership, I couldnt believe how well I was treated, how professional and clean their lot was and the fact that the truck was almost exactly as described with the exception of a door ding that couldnt be seen in the picture. The truck ran as it should and I couldnt find any mechanical problems with it whatsoever. I worked with Tony and never felt pressured or uncomfortable. As weird as it sounds, he felt like a long lost uncle to me and felt like family. I later met the rest of the staff and received phenomenal service in every way. Fast forward three weeks and my check engine light came on and I contacted the dealership for advice afraid that the treatment may be different after the fact now that I need something. And to my surprise, they were very understanding, asked me questions about events leading up to the light coming on and offered to have their mechanic check it,. I drove there the next day and they got my truck in right away and 90 minutes later, to my relief the issue was resolved and they said I dont owe them a penny! Turns out it was just an oxygen sensor that had gone bad and they replaced it with a new one while I waited. I almost wish I needed another car so i can do it all over again,. definitely not the type of stereotypical car lot experience that were all afraid of. I will definitely make the trek and recommend all my friends and family to do so as well if they want to buy a great car and be treated like family. Thanks guys!

Grabbed a 2009 honda civic for a decent price. All taxes are within reason and you leave off the lot feeling comfortable with your purchase.

We bought a truck from this dealership and they neglected to transfer titles, 7 weeks later, we get stopped for expired tags and find out the car was never registered to us, and was still under dealership name that they bought if from at the auction. Our truck got towed and impounded ....450.00 later we get the truck out and direct auto outlet on sunrise manager Ari Parvin, says its not our fault , so now I have to go take the dealership to small claims court. Lesson learned . Buy a car or truck from a reputable dealer, this is not one of them in my opinion

My Experience at this lot was TERRIBLE. The salesman showed very little interest in our needs and was clearly not wanting to make any sales. we barely got to check out one car before he rushed off and said he had another customer to deal with. I am in the market for two BMWs, I dont think we will ever be going to that lot again due to the service provided, & attitude of the salesman.

If I had the option to leave 0 stars, I gladly would.2 weeks ago my husband and I traded in our 2013 Altima with less than 100k miles on it with a scuff on the front bumper, an airbag light on & fairly used tires for a 2003 Tahoe with 195k miles on it. We wanted the truck for our expanding family and we were told there were no issues or repairs needed on the truck. Ari Parvin, the manager, traded the vehicles and wanted $1,500 on top of the trade. We agreed. 3 days later we took the truck in for an oil change and walked out with an estimate of over $2,000 worth of repairs needed. Aris chop shop on site removed the AC belt because the compressor is locked up and would clack and rattle if left on. The transmission has a leak and the power steering needs a new filter and the pan is leaking as well. Along with a few other issues. We were well aware that there would be a few minor issues we would need to repair but not to this extent. Especially after being told there was absolutely nothing wrong, when in fact that was a complete LIE. I called Ari to explain the situation and see if he was willing to work with us on pushing out the payment we owed, he declined and told me that he could have his guys do the work for $700. I couldnt wrap my head around how he could give me an estimate over the phone in 30 seconds. I politely explained to him that my husband drives the truck to work and we take our kids to school, he proceeded to tell me that his offer was 100% fair because the truck hasnt left us on the side of the road yet. I asked him again if he could work with us and he declined. I told him that I was trying to work with him and tell him our financial situation couldnt afford $3,500 in a month and I told him I would have no issue going to small claims because he wasnt understanding of the our situation. His response was very unprofessional. He told me that he wouldnt repair the truck anymore and he preferred that I go to small claims instead of working with me and that our conversation was over and he hung up on me.For someone who runs a business, he is unprofessional and rude. The trade in value of our Altima was almost $7,000 and the truck was close to $3,500. Again, we knew the financial differences between both vehicles but we wanted the truck because he advertised and verbally told us that there were absolutely no issues with the truck because his guys on site took care of everything before it went on the lot. I wouldnt recommend buying or trading any vehicle into this dealership. Youll drive away with something far worse than youd imagine. Ari is only polite until he gets signatures and a guarantee he is going to take full advantage of an honest, hard-working family.

I emailed this dealer about a vehicle via CarGurus. The car was exactly what I had been looking for. I emailed back and forth with Ari and he seemed really nice and like he knew what he was doing. He answered my questions and eased my concerns that my boyfriend and I wouldnt have enough income. I called and he went right to work on helping us get pre-approved. The proces took about 15 minutes of us telling him our information. He called us back 15 minutes later and told us we were approved. It was that easy. My mistake was that I read the ad wrong and the car wasnt the right drivetrain for where I live. Ari suggested a different car from the same maker but Im pretty set in my ways with the car that I envision myself in. Ari said that he would look around and see if he could find the vehicle I need. Overall this was a painless, fast process. I just wish the vehicle was the drivetrain I need! I really hope to do business with this dealer in the future.

I bought my 06 BMW 550i on 6-10-17 this was the worst experience of my life I couldnt believe that this had happened to me I had got screwed over this bad i paid 10,500 cash for this car I literally drove the car 48 miles from Aris Chop Shop where I purchased it I was sitting in the driveway checking the car out with it idling thats when I noticed it started to smokeing from the exhaust pipe the next day the check engine light came on after driving the car 60 miles total he refused to take the car back it cost me $4,000 worth of engine repairs this guy is a thief and a liar and I would never recommend him to anyone Ill see you in small claims court.
