Had this shop mount my tires on my brand new rims, when he was done i asked for a receipt and he said i dont need one for a simple tire mount service, when i got home i noticed they scratched my wheels and tried to cover it up, when i went back a day later he told me since you dont have the receipt you cant prove i did this so i dont care. I understand accidents happen and things get scratched but he just straight up said you cant prove i did this. If you want try your luck with this shop but i personnally wouldnt recommend it.

Damaged my $350 wheel(brand new out of the box), when mounting tires onto wheels. When I came back to get my money back, he told me my wheels were trash and thats why they got scratched. Told me he doesnt care what I want. Very disrespectful and rude. Quoted one price over the phone and raised the price when I came.Aviod this place at all costs!!!

They gave me an extremely reasonable price on a tire, told me to come the next day and so I did, they kept the price they gave me out the door, did not try to upsell me or do any kind of bait and switch. They were very friendly and had me in and out in less than an hour! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Google says open at 8:30, sign says open at 9. Waited from 8:30 til after 9, no one showed up. If I cant count on them to start work on time, I cant count on them to do a good job with my car.

Came here on wed, Jun 26, 4:20pm and it was all locked. Just 2 cars on the parking lot that look like theyve been sitting there for weeks. Is this place permanently closed or what? Just wasted time. And theyre suggesting that theyre open 7 days till 6 pm both on maps and physically on their window. Very disappointing.

This place is great! The new owner, Jesus, could not have been more helpful or friendly to work with. They installed new tires on my trailer at a good price and very quickly. They do a lot more than tires at their shop so I will definitely go back for any issues with my car.

Was in the area and got a flat so I pulled in and Jesus greeted me as soon as I got out of the car and was super nice and efficient! Found out they just took over this shop I was so impressed with his customer service didn’t try to up sell me. Will definitely be giving them my future business and highly recommend Jesus! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUISNESS WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!! had this place replace the tires on my truck and two day later the tires they replaced were flat I reinflated them and monitored the pressure everyday. Both valvestems were loose so I tightened them up and kept tracking my pressure. Continued to loose five pounds a day. Yesterday I soaked my tires to look for bubbles and found they had cracked both of the rims they serviced. I called and spoke the the guy who changed them and he swore that it wasnt possible and it must have been something else. When the tire ram is used incorrectly it is known to crack rims. Based on his struggle to install my tires and the new scratches all the way around my rim when he was done the job was not done correctly. He refused to fix the damage to my truck and used curse words when handeling the issue. Dont take your vehicles here they dont do safe work and dont back their work and dont fix the problems they create, I will not recommend them to anyone I known and will not recommend them to the hundreds of cars that come through both of my auto shops that are located near him. Next I will contact BAR and BBB to report this sloppy and irresponsible business.

Owner was pleasant to work with and gave us the $200 deal for 4 new tires. Although we were presented with the top of the line tires first which were waaayy out of our price range once we expressed that we were going to look around he told us about the standard 4 tires he had in stock that would fit our vehicle and work just fine. We werent bothered by the up sale because it is a business and he gave another option. 4 tires and alignment cost us $285. Bonus note/book planner for doing business with them. Just moved to the area so will definitely be doing business with them again!

Back to back got my back! They went above and beyond to help me get my tanker truck off the side of the road. Their mechanic is badass. He came out with top notch tools and got the giant lugs off. My tire was too big for their machine (tanker steer tire) so he somehow mounted it by hand.Im glad I knew about these guys. Ive been buying tires here for years because theyre right down the street and their prices and service are on point.

Jesus did an amazing job of installing Rear Camber Arms on my Acura TL, jesus even made it to positive camber so the alignment was on point & the handling on the car is 10 time better then before! Back 2 Back Services & Tires are highly experienced & knowledge! Learned a lot from them! Great in person experience very welcoming shop feels like home to me! These Guys are legit very honest and straight forward! Also was able to do a full synthetic oil change on the same day of installing the rear camber arm!

We bought a tire there because we had damage to one we already had. Asked them to align the car. They told us they could, but we needed something fixed which would mess up the alignment and we would have to re-do it. He said to fix it and bring it back and he would do it. Didnt want to charge us for something that would be messed up when they fixed the part (tie rods?). Loved that they did that. Saved me some money. Totally honest. We will return and refer our family and friends. We got a great deal and the service was amazing.

My wife took her car to get a rotation and balance done. They broke the wheel lock and tried to charge us $7 dollars to replace each lock with a regular lug nut. Their service is terrible. Stay away. I like to support local business. But this place sucks.

Had to buy a single used tire because of time constraints and cash flow while heading out of town. Tire blistered then exploded while stopped to inspect on highway 50 almost to Mather blvd. Went back and had to pay again for another tire without a whiff of an apology or an inquiry to while we were back. This time the tire shredded at 70 mph on 50 almost to Bradshaw. I called to let the shop know that they had put my kids and my lives at risk by selling me two obviously defective tires in a span of 12 hours. I was then offered this nugget of care, wisdom, and all around humanity ,I dont know what to tell you. I know its my fault for buying a used tire, but its never happened before when I needed a quick fix in a pinch. I miss the old owners. This group who own it now are shady.

Back in December 2014 I bought 4 brand new tires from what was then called The Tire Dealer and was guaranteed full warranty for up to 40,000 miles. I also was told I could get free safety inspections every 5,000 miles. I went in today (6/12/2015) and i was informed it is now The Tire Shop and it was bought out by another owner. The only difference was he changed the name from dealer to shop but kept the phone number and everything else. The man refused to honor my warranty and completely dismissed me and said that store went out of business and told me to go online and find the old company. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! It is not the same excellent customer service I got last time. NEW OWNER IS AWFUL!!!!

Took my car in at 9 when they should be open because I was told I would be first helped, they said it would be 3 hours. Employees showed up at 10, said they would call when they found problem. 1150 I call to see what is going on and they tell me they found the issue like an hour ago but didnt call me. 3:30 and they are just starting on my car... Never coming back here again.

Gotta hand it to these guys, due to time I wasnt able to get a new tire today but they were more than willing to let me borrow anything I needed to get my car there, spare tire, jack, lug set. Will most likely be going to these guys for any tire stuff I need.
