I love her. Every liquidator in the business wishes they could hold a sale as she does but nobody can hold a candle to the way Joy operates. Shes really an Angel masquerading as an Estate liquidator.

Hiring Joy and her crew at Capital Estate Liquidation was the best decision I could have made in liquidating my fathers country estate. My family was overwhelmed by the scope of the project. Joy inventoried the home, barn and outbuildings, appraised the antique furnishings and equipment, and organized and staged the home and grounds for the estate sale. She even polished the silver! On the first day of the sale, we had more than 50 people waiting to get in! The sale was a great success. And we were very happy with the net result.
