I have never met a more kind, warm-hearted, and interactive ice cream scooper than Nathan Yu. The service was more than great, it was astounding. Not only did he have such a friendly attitude, but he managed to keep the cup clean and scoop the perfect amount of ice cream efficiently. I would love to see this man get a raise!

NATHAN YU!!!!!! This kids kind and interactive personality makes going to this ice cream shop an unforgettable experience. Top tier ice cream, top tier service, all for a good price. Nathan Yu especially deserves to be promoted to elder. He is also his master 2 and is a pay to win sweat but on the other hand he has the best ice cream scooping technique I’ve ever seen.

Nathan Yu is extraordinarily talented in scooping ice cream. This kid deserves a raise immediately. In my times of depression and darkness when I thought I was at the end, Nathan Yu was the light at the end of the tunnel. Never have I seen such a kind good looking young man. Haagen-Dazs ice cream is one of the best Ive ever tried. It is good they have own cafe where you can try it.Especially sorbets (raspberry and watermelon) are good with any toppings.They also have milkshakes.Recently they did a renovation inside and now they are cleaner place that is looking good.

Not enough selection of ice cream and flavors. 😒

The old married chinese couple who work here are extremely rude. Every time I walk in, they just stare at me and never interact. They like to argue with me as well. I have been very kind to them for the past 10 years, but I do not get this same treatment that I give. I am not coming back here and I am advising you guys NOT to go back and give mean and horrible people business. They are also rude to their son (and daughter?) who works with them. Sorry for the rant, but the service they offer is just really upsetting.

Gabe and Alexa are always so kind and welcoming to me every time I come in the store. I will definitely be coming back for my cookies and cream dazzler.

I have come to this Haagen Dazs ever since I was young. After moving abroad, I came back and received the same great service as I always have. Alexa received me with a smile (under her mask of course) and was very kind in welcoming me back even though I had never met her before. The service was wonderful and the ice cream was as as delicious as always :) Thanks Haagen Dazs!

I love this place! The owners are almost always there super friendly and kind! The staff is very attentive and friendly, I’ve been coming here for almost four years. I have to say I’ve tried other locations but the service here has always made the product taste better!

Glad to see this ice cream shop open for in-store shopping again, but I would feel more comfortable if staff wore gloves. Currently, they dont appear to.

We went on Free ice cream day and the Rocky Road (for the bees) 🐝 was delicious. Service was quick and orderly for a free day. Nothing outstanding on their service but maybe that would change on a regular day.Well be back to find out.

This is really nice HD, it was recently renovated and it looks great. Really nice local hang out. I would definitely recommend it for a quick sweet brake.

Ice cream is great but service was terrible. Beware of the Korean man that scoops the sub melted top layer of icecream in small batches that gives an illusion of a full scoop. The scooper itself is small but a trick to serve less for the expensive price. Also beware that they weigh ice cream so if your looking to pay more get less and eat air this is your place!!!
