The experience was totally positive. The service staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent sales team, the salesperson Ed, very professional and knowledgeable.

We were on holiday in Devon and our Mazda 3 developed a problem. We phoned in the afternoon and were able to get a booking for the following morning. Our car was looked at after a very short wait and the necessary work was then carried out promptly. Our holiday was back on track well before midday. Excellent service. Not the cheapest, but I know the work is done properly. Have helped me out with little problems like the resetting of engine warning lights without charge. Car is always returned cleaned and running beautifully.

After recently buying our MX-5 from a private buyer it became apparent our sat nav was frozen in Banbury ☹️.Becoming more and more frustrated with my efforts to solve it I decided to call in Vospers mazda for some advice. My Mazda 2 had its year 2 service at Vospers Exeter yesterday. This entailed a routine oil and brake fluid change for which I was charged £374. I think that is an excessive amount for the work involved. Because of that I dont intend to use Vosper servicing again. I do not recommend them.

I have used Vospers Mazda Exeter for a number of years and always felt well looked after and supported. I have recently purchased another car from them and thanks to the expertise and kind help in finding the right car from Sales Executive Paul and the team, the transaction was made simple and efficient, even under the necessary restrictions of Covid. Thank you Vospers once again and needless to say, we are delighted with the car.

Went to see a car, first impression of Vospers was excellent, I was not pounced on by a salesman, I was just looking but when I wanted assistance staff were on hand to answer my questions, the staff were very knowledgeable about the cars and so helpful. Staff were friendly. However I had a appointment for a airbag recall for 9:00am. The job was planned for a hour and a half. I was there 1 hour and the car did not move. No reason was given and all that was said was sorry for the wait. I guess that was something. If you dont want my custom you only have to say. Is this the way you treat all your customers, or just recall customers.

We bought our Mazda from Eden Taunton & car had multiple warning lights within 3 weeks. Eden Taunton refused any help and wanted to charge us despite the Mazda warranty. On the contrary when we approached Vospers Mazda they not only went out of their way to sort this out for us by talking to Mazda directly & took in our car for repairs but also provided us with a courtesy car. The customer service staff is very friendly, polite & efficient. This is one of the best customer service we have experienced. The staff here are an asset to the company. This dealership has restored our faith in Mazda brand & Vospers have new customers for life. We will surely be buying our cars from here & all the rentals for our business will be through them too. If Mazda is reading this you need to make sure your dealerships are like Vospers, the ones like Eden will make you loose business in this competitive market & senior management at Vospers look after these lovely staff members. Bought my Mazda 3 from here and have had it serviced and MOTd here for the past 4 years. Never had a problem with them, the staff are very friendly and professional and the car has never let me down. Will keep using them and when I come to change my car (Mazda 3 again) I will probably buy it from them!

Jeep serviced and came back clean and shiny. Poor valleting guy hates the amount of hay that gets into my cars but does a great job. Roy their dedicated Jeep engineer is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk to customers over specific problems. All staff at the service desk helpful and smiling.
